[redacted]  Although I got some cookie cutter response on how to "supposedly" redeem in paypal, I cannot verify that I am in fact set up for paypal on my member page, there is no "profile" page for me to verify, nor have they sent me a survey to earn poin ts to cash out in paypal to test it. Untill I can verify that paypal has been set up I cannot close this case with you.

Pinecone was supposed to contact me about resolving the issues in question.  They HAVE NOT done so.  Apparently Revdex.com complaints do not matter to them.  I have tried for over a month to reach out to them to NO avail.  (emails, phone calls letter message)  If you can get any POSITIVE response from this company I will be thankful.  All I wanted to do was review my account and redeem the earned/promised incentives from them.   Thank you for any further help in resolving this matter.
