to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[redacted] has been emailing on things I have to do to get my refund.  Problem is I don't know how to do it and I get stuck on questions.  It won't accept my password, It will accept my birthday, why do I have to give my birthday?, didn't have to give it to earn the money.,  it asks me questions I have not idea what it is.  EXAMPLE, they want to know my thrid grade school teacher.  It has been over 50 years since I have been in school, I have no idea,  They want to know my second pet.  My mother did not allow pets, I had none.  The list keeps going on.  I have no response.  Questions are designed to keep seniors from getting in to collect their earned money.  None of this was needed to earn the money.  I have ask for someone to call me and walk me through it and [redacted] said it's not their policy to call people.  That means she does not want to resolve this.  I ask just to send me the money I earned, and [redacted] said it's not their policy to send money without me going to the website.  Very upset with them.  This has not been resolved, and I have not received my money.
