[redacted] I did nothing wrong to be removed from this panel.I always answered questions openly and honestly plus I did this as soon as I received the email to do so.I am not the only one they have done this to as I have heard from others who had the same thing happen to them for absolutely no reason.They did not have the nerve to contact me and inform me I was being removed from the panel and this shows that they knew they were doing wrong.It states on there that after a year of inactivity they will close your account and they are hoping that me and others would not notice this where they can keep the money we earned.I have gotten two of my checks,but I will not be happy until my account is reopened.It took me too long to finally get invited to this panel and I am not pleased with how they threw me out like I was garbage when I worked very hard for them.

[redacted] No other market research company has a business practice like Pinecone. When they release a lot of their loyal participants they realize they need to recruit again. Then I will be seeing a lot of aggressive advertising on other survey websites. I hope future applicants see my complaint and will not join this panel.

[redacted]This is the second time I am rejecting their response. I still have not heard anything from Pinecone Research. Before I contacted you, I sent a few emails as well as left several messages on the phone. I never heard a response then either. I have taken many, many surveys with them and earned a decent amount of money. I am not sure of the amount because I wasn't receiving the emails for surveys for some time. At first, the emails came every day or other day. This went on for at least a year. Then emails were coming once a week, then once a month, then nothing. I tried several attempts to log in with my user ID and password, but could not. That is when I tried to get in touch with the company. When I had no luck, I contacted the Revdex.com. I spent a lot of my valuable time answering these surveys, which I am sure they got paid for. I deserve my money too. The only numbers that come to mind is anywhere from $150 to over $300. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need further information.Thank You!![redacted]
