I understand their policy that reward points will be valid until there is no earning activity for consecutive months.The last survey I completed was Nov where I notified them of a glitch (see attached email).I never received any more surveys after this. I believe they are using ill tactics to close accounts without having to pay people.I complete surveys as an extra source of income and to stimulate my mind. There are other survey companies that I have also been faithful to. Pinecone Research was one that I enjoyed as well, and I would never have 'missed' completing surveys for months!

We have been made aware that third parties may be attempting to use the names and logos of Pinecone Research for different "scams." One example of such a scam is a "mystery shopping" assignmentEssentially, the victim is provided a fake check and advised to cash it, and then use some of the

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] First of all, I never gotten an email from said company saying they are trying to resolve the matter and that's over hours since this updateAdditonally, I can log in but I haven't gotten any surveys from the company for over weeks, leading me to being blacklisted from the companyThirdly, my past info on surveys taken have been wiped clean, suggesting that I'm being banned again from the companyFourth, no offers to give me points as a sorry for me missing surveys over the above mention time periodConversely I have two other survey panels that offered points when a survey went over the alloted time period or if it malfunctioned after wasting an x amoount timeUntil the company can give me email surveys I'll close this case

The reason I do not accept their response is that Pinecone Research never answer my questionsI want them to answer my questions that I have been askingplease tell me what is going on instead of keeping me in limbo, Why am I unable to login to my account? Why did you all of a sudden stop sending me surveys? Did I have any money left in my account? for being such a loyal panelist, I think that I deserve straight answers
