These six cases are all requesting refundsThey may have been inadvertently missed or incorrectly entered due to the death of our longtime bookkeeper in late 2013, during a new, computerized bookkeeping systemAll of the credit/debit card numbers are likely invalid as of this date, and we are unsure as to whether the customers in question are still at the addresses listed on their original orderIf they contact us during regular business hours with updated information, we will issue their refunds to them

We have already communicated directly with Mr [redacted] regarding his shipmentThe package was shipped to his recipient on February 2, by the US Postal Service Priority Air Mail, and as no one was at the address to sign for the package upon delivery, a notice was left by the US Postal ServiceMr [redacted] 's recipient did not pick up and sign for the package until March 5, 2016, according to Tracking and Signature Confirmation provided by the US Postal Service.We consider the matter closed

I personally spoke to Mr [redacted] on the phone on several occasions regarding the size 8XB leather jacket he ordered from our companyWe have been in business for years, and these leather coats are especially made for us by one leather manufacturer, as most leather companies do not manufacture leather coats in this size range (an 8XB leather is proportioned to fit a chest measurement of 74-76", and a waist measurement of 70-72")We inspect and measure each coat before shipment, to confirm that the size specifications are correct, and the coat was hung in a plastic coat bag, in perfect condition, when we prepared it to ship to Mr***We have never sent damaged goods to any customer, in all our years of businessI did tell Mr [redacted] to return the coat to us for inspection, as we cannot determine damages by phoneWe received the coat back and took it to our leather buyer, and then took pictures of the coat in the damaged condition in which is was returned to usWe sent these pictures to the leather manufacturer, and both he and the leatherwear buyer, who has years of experience in the big and tall industry, agreed that the damage was caused after the coat was shipped to Mr***Per our return and exchange policy, goods in unsaleable condition are returned to the customer, and the coat has been shipped back to Mr***We suggest that he locate a leather repair shop in his area who can assist him with the repair of his coat, as it is ineligible for either refund or exchangeIt is unfortunate, but there is nothing we can do for damaged, worn, washed or otherwise unsaleable clothing or footwear items returned to us, as clearly detailed in our store policy, which is enclosed in every shipment and posted on our website

Ms [redacted] ’s order was sent to her in two (2) separate shipments, as two (2) of the speciality-sized dress shirt colors she ordered were out of stock when her order was placedThe size she ordered was for five (5) dress shirts, in size neck and 40” sleeves ( a very tall shirt size) so we shipped the three shirt colors that were in stock to her promptly and then followed up with the two additional shirts once they arrived from the manufacturerMs [redacted] received her complete order, and we consider the issue to have been resolved
