Only once in the plus emails to the company did they reply or even acknowledge the error or their partThey flat out told me they would not credit me anything in the one emailNever once did they email or state the item was on back orderNever once did they acknowledge or reply when I emailed to say they double charged meThey DID NOT take care of anything my bank took care of it having to cancel my card and the amount of time it took me to go back now and change everything and correct everything is crazyThis company is the worse company I have ever dealt with and should not be in businessI will agree the matter is closed

Mr*** placed an order which has been shipped and delivered to him, and signed for upon receiptPer our website, Ground level shipments process and ship within 4-daysMr*** insisted that the time frame was "days"; we are in MA., and he is in CA., so uless there is an Express level of
shipping requested for an order, the time frame from MAto CAis more than four (4) days in transitWe consider the issue resolved

Our Terms and conditions state that refunds are processed within days of the items returned arriving at our retail storeAs we ship customers worldwide, this allows each customer the opportunity to be refunded in a timely fashion according to the date their package is returnedThis policy is
detailed on the home page of our website, and on each store invoice enclosed with every shipmentWe have advised Mr*** that it is the customer's responsibilty to familiarize themselves with a store policy before making a purchase.Our phone lines are very busy, as this is graduation and wedding season, and our customers call and email us from all around the world dailyWe are also celebrating our 70th year in business, and as a waretail store (in addition to having a huge website), we also service the needs of wacustomersAs Mr*** has chosen to file a chargeback with his issuing bank, rather than reading our store policy, he will need to wait for our response to the issuing bank, once we receive the chargeback paperworkThis may extend longer than the day timeframe within which Mr*** would have been refunded, had he not chosen to file a complaint and a chargeback before reading the store policy

Mr*** ordered a pair of size 12-6E (Extra Wide) sandals from our companyAs we were out of stock on his size, which is extremely hard to get, we ordered them from the manufacturer multiple timesThe manufacturer repeatedly sent us size 4E (Extra Wide), which would not fit Mr
*** We have issued Mr*** a refund in full, and regret that we were unable to obtain the sandals for him

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here It should not take a business days to refund money I do not feel good about the chances of ever seeing my money refunded due to the amount of complaints online with the Revdex.com, *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, etc Some of the complaints state that months have gone by and they have not received their refund I did call my bank and ask for the charges to be reversed due to my not being able to get someone live on the phone for days at the number on their web site *** or the local number *** When I did finally get someone live she hung up on me after being very rude I called back and spoke to a *** who was much nicer but had an attitude of "this is our policy and we don't care if you don't like it." I said to him in the time it took to speak with me they could have refunded my money, but he said he does not handle refunds This is not a customer focused business They do not care about the customer nor do they care if you ever purchase from them again It's amazing to me how they have been able to stay in business with such a poor rating *** also told me the reason they have an "F" rating with the Revdex.com is because they don't pay them any money I know that is not how the Revdex.com works Their rating is because of the number of complaints the Revdex.com receives I will probably never get my money back but I will make it my hobby to write reviews about this business and let people know not purchase from them There are other choices out there that have a much better rating and are easier to do business with I just wish I had found them before purchasing from www.bigmen.com

We have already communicated directly with Mr*** regarding his shipmentThe package was shipped to his recipient on February 2, by the US Postal Service Priority Air Mail, and as no one was at the address to sign for the package upon delivery, a notice was left by the US Postal
ServiceMr***'s recipient did not pick up and sign for the package until March 5, 2016, according to Tracking and Signature Confirmation provided by the US Postal Service.We consider the matter closed

Ms***'s refund has been processed for her and she may check with her issuing bank to confirm that it has posted to her account
