Mr [redacted] placed an order which has been shipped and delivered to him, and signed for upon receiptPer our website, Ground level shipments process and ship within 4-daysMr [redacted] insisted that the time frame was "days"; we are in MA., and he is in CA., so uless there is an Express level of shipping requested for an order, the time frame from MAto CAis more than four (4) days in transitWe consider the issue resolved

Ms [redacted] ordered size bib overalls with 36" long inseams from our companyThere was an unexpected production delay on the part of the manufacturer, as the machines need to be re-set in order to cut longer inseam lengths, as the standards are no longer than 34" in lengthWe had several dozen customers, including Ms [redacted] , who patiently waited for both 36" and 38" inseam-length bib overallsMs [redacted] received and signed for her order on November 24, 2015, and we are pleased to have finally been able to complete her order for herWe apologize for the delay, and regret the inconvenience to herAs she is in receipt of her orderwe consider the situation to have been satisfactorily resolved

I sent a complaint earlier # [redacted] So far nothing has happened with the refund I did get an E-mail saying he would forward the request for a refund to the billing dept That was in early July I sent him [redacted] with Big men Stout men shop on July 20th saying I had not heard anything about a refund So here we are on August 5, and still nothing from the company I am not unhappy with the Revdex.com or with the fact they contacted the businessI am just frustrated they have my money and I have nothing so far This goes back to April Regards, [redacted] ***

Ms*** used a Store Credit which was issued to her to order a size SMALL Men's *** plaid shirtWe do not stock this size shirt, as we are a Big and Tall specialty-sized retailerWe ordered the size small for Ms*** and it has been shipped and delivered to her as of 7/29/15, as she signed
for it upon deliveryWe had explained to Ms*** that it would take quite a while for *** Sportswear to ship the shirt to us, and we only stock their Big and Tall sized itemsWe consider the matter resolved

Mr*** ordered a winter-weight *** jacket from our company during the summer, which we ordered for him from *** clothingMr*** then cancelled the order the day after he placed it, once we informed him that the fall/winter items were not yet in stock for the season in every size,
color and style, but would ship to him within the 4-days indicated on our Mr*** then filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and a dispute with his issuing bank for the transaction.We did not challenge the dispute, and allowed Mr***'s issuing bank to issue him his refund in fullAs this is our 70th year in business, Mr*** is the type of customer who would be better served if he patronized another specialty-sized business.We consider the matter resolved

Ms*** ordered a pair of shoes on our website, which could not be shipped to her as the card she provided was declinedWe emailed and called Ms***, as a courtesy, to see if she had another form of paymentShe asked us to try the same card number again, which was declined a second time
Since her initial order could not be processed, the shoes she ordered were shipped to another customer who had paid in full for the same shoe in the same color and size.Ms*** then provided us with an alternative form of payment, so we reordered the shoes for her in the size and color she needed, as they were out of stock in our retail storeMs*** then filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, and complained to us by email, about "our terrible service"It is the customer's responsibility to provide payment in full for goods before they are ordered, processed and shippedMs***' order has been cancelled, and the shoes we ordered for her have already been sold to another customer, as she was too impatient to wait for themOur website clearly states that Ground level shipments are processed and shipped within business days, and it was longer for Ms***' order as her card was declined.We are not obliged to inform customers that their cards are declined for payment; we do that as a courtesy, as we have been fitting specialty-sized clothing and shoes worldwide since In this case, the same courtesy was not extended to us

Mr*** spoke to one of our customer service representatives regarding his *** Pants orderAll of our *** pants were delayed in shipment as the company's shipping center is located in TexasDue to the horrific hurricane conditions, several dozen pants orders from this manufacturer were

Ms*** has received her completed orderWe spoke to her on the phone and and corresponded with her by email, as one of the 7XLT sweatshirts she ordered was delayed in arriving from our US manufacturer, who, after supplying us for close to years, passed away from pancreatic cancer a week
before Ms*** placed her order, so his customer service and shipping staff, and his manufacturing plant, were in a great deal of upheaval after his passing, and his shipments to us were slower than usual as a result(The company has since closed, and their goods are being liquidated.) We shipped Ms*** one of her two sweatshirts, and then shipped the second one once it arrivedWe knew that she needed these for her disabled son, and we shipped each item as quickly as we couldWe regret the delay, but it was unavoidable under these particularly difficult circumstancesWe consider the issue to have been resolved

Mr***'s refund has already been processed per the terms and conditions of our refund policyWe are a year old company, and as we carry many specialty sizes, we have multiple manufacturers who make our products, so Mr*** probably received Jersey Weight Sweat Pants from two different
