We have shipped Ms*** her order, which is out for delivery today, by Priority Air MailShe has also been updated via email regarding the delay in the shipment of her orderOur original manufacturer was supposed to ship the items to her directly, within a few days of when her order was
placed on our websiteUnfortunately, he passed away shortly thereafter, and his factory was closed shortly after thatWe were not aware that the order had not been shipped directly to Ms***, and had to order the same items for her from another manufacturer as a resultMs*** had ordered from us before, and we regret the delay and inconvenience to herWe have offered her a 20% discount on her next order for her difficulties with this order, and we shipped the order by Priority Air Mail so she would receive it quicklyWe feel that we have resolved the situation satisfactorily for Ms***, and hope that she will feel comfortable enough to order from us again

These people are crazyThe sent me the wrong item & they are trying to blame meThey are extremely difficult to get in touch with & when you do reach someone they put you on hold & hang up on youI was only asking for the person I was told to ask for by them (***)I have no interest in ordering anything else from this F rated company so this store credit does me no good(& who's to say they won't send the wrong item again & I'll be screwed all over again)--I just want my money returned for the item I ordered & did not receiveShe says I'm difficult to deal with--she needs a reality check--try looking in the mirror lady! She is the one that was very rude to me & hung up on me! I only want your error corrected--the shirt you sent was a substitute--not the one that I ordered & as I stated you all said I should be happy because the one you sent was more expensive than the one I ordered

Mr*** has been refunded in full for the shirt he ordered, as he filed a dispute with his credit card company before we were able to ship his shirt, which had been on order for himWe did not contest the dispute, and have cancelled his orderWe consider the matter resolved

Ms*** originally returned an item to exchange it for size; she subsequently cancelled the exchange when her item was no longer available, as she was not interested in an alternative item which was offered to herMs*** has been refunded for her returned item, and her exchange has been

Ms *** was issued a Store Credit on 10/30/for a pair of boots which she returned past the 21-day timeframe for refundsThe store credits are good for a year from the date of issue and customers may use them with an online order, a phone order a faxed order or a mailed orderThey just need
to give us the store credit number or their last name and state, so we can locate the credit note in our databaseWe are open 9:30-5:EST six (6) days a week, so customers have ample time to contact us for an order within the year-long time frameAs of this date, it has been more than two (2) years since Ms *** received her store credit

I sent a complaint earlier #***.
So far nothing has happened with the refund. I did get an E-mail saying he would forward the request for a refund to the billing dept. That was in early July. I sent him *** *** with Big men Stout men shop on July 20th saying I had not heard anything about a refund. So here we are on August 5, and still nothing from the company. I am not unhappy with the Revdex.com or with the fact they contacted the businessI am just frustrated they have my money and I have nothing so far. This goes back to April

To Whom It May Concern, This is to inform you, subsequent to the Revdex.com contacting Big Men | Tall Men | Stout Men's Shop, in ***, MA,on my behalf, a refund of $was returned to my account on October 21, I would like to thank Revdex.com for
interceding on my behalf and bringing this five month standoff to closure

There was absolutely no good faith on their part It seems as if they didn't even read the complaintI was promised shipment within a week to daysI received it three weeks after promisedI have no knowledge so far of any refund.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] While I appreciate the fact that the business is now willing to refund my purchase, I still think a complaint with an unsatisfactory response from the business should be on file. The credit card company had already denied the payment so there isn't much to refund, I guess. Also of note is the fact that the business now says that the shirt was never received by them, yet the one time I did manage to contact them I was told that the shirt had been shipped and apparently lost in the mail, and that a second shirt was in stock and would be shipped that day. So clearly the business is just being blatantly dishonest about this problem. Nor does the response address the problem of them being unwilling to respond to my attempts to contact them, return my emails, etc. I do accept the fact that they will not be attempting to collect the payment and that there is not much else to do at this point, but I also want this to be a record of the fact this business is very questionable. Mr *** was refunded in the amount of $on on 6/23/15, more than two months before this complaint was filed at the Revdex.comBefore filing his complaint, perhaps Mr *** could have checked with his issuing bank, where he would have seen that his refund had been processed

Mr *** was refunded in the amount of $for the White Jeans he returned for a large size, as the item was not available in stock, nor were they available from the manufacturer after the spring/summer season was overWe consider the matter resolved

Over the course of two months, I have called over times and have only gotten a hold of someone, three times. First time through, I was hung up on. Second time through, I have requested the tracking information from *** and was told that she would get back to me with that information and have yet to get that information from ***. Third time through, I was hung up on again by ***. I have not personally signed for any package nor have I yet to receive an exchange. If a replacement was sent and I can track down the package and get the pants, I will consider this matter resolved

I ordered, paid for, and requested an exchange on three pairs of pantsSince filing this complaint I have received one pair of exchange pants--possibly on Oct as the business is asserting. The delivery was accompanied by an invoice upon which a handwritten message was scrawled that said "to follow." I'm still waiting to receive the other two pairs of pantsI didn't save the invoice because, frankly, I considered myself lucky to have received the single pair of exchange pants from this incompetent business. When I actually receive the other two pairs of exchange pants, or a refund for them, then I will consider the matter closed.

of stock on Mr***'s size, and we were sold out as well, and we informed Mr*** of this when he placed his order, as well as when he called and emailed to inquire when they would be shippingAn unexpected production delay on the part of the manufacturer resulted in Mr***'s slippers shipping to him later than expectedAs soon as they arrived, we airmailed them to Mr*** and sent him tracking informationThe slippers have been delivered, and we regret the unexpected delay and inconvenience to Mr***We consider the matter resolved
