Looking at Ms***'s account, we see that there was a party kit that included the missing items Ms*** is referring to on the initial order, but as it was out of stock, it was removed from her order before the remainder shippedThe only
items she was charged for were the table cover and balloon kit which totaled $with shippingIf Ms*** is seeing a charge for the initial full amount of the order, she would have to check with her bank, as we only charged her for the items shipped and the shipping costIf the bank shows the full amount charged, her bank can contact our finance department to verify only $was charged.
