I am rejecting this response because: I never received the return address label. I went onto the website to procure one. The tracking number is [redacted]. I will accept the response once I receive my refund.

Your company has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered.  Not only do promise on time delivery but your call center including supervisors are rude and oblivious only anything that is going on. I ordered a shipment on 11/11 to arrive on 11/18, I have called on 11/14; 11/15, 11/16 and 1 18  to obtain the status of my order. The first day no one could tell  me the status on to why it was being held, the second call I received thw same answer.  On Wednesday morning I received an email that the order would be sent for shipping, but was not shipped till Wednesday night. Today I received notice from ups that I will not be receiving my shipment till Monday 11/21. Guess what my child's party is on the 19th. Worst of all when I called today to see if your company would help me. Your supervisor stated "that I should have ordered it sooner if I needed it on time". I am disgusted with your company and will be making a claim with the Revdex.com. Also, I have to pay and wait 7-10 days from my money back. I will inform everyone of what a horrible company you are!!

If Ms. [redacted] is seeing a charge for the initial full amount of the order, she would have to check with her bank, as we only charged her for the items shipped and the shipping cost. After looking at Ms. [redacted]'s account, I see that initially there was an authorization for $77.55 and a second authorization for $0.04 as the total of the order was $77.59. This was done on 3/10 when the order was originally placed. Upon shipping, a...

second authorization was placed for the total amount of $77.59 that Ms. [redacted] saw reconciled in her account. When she called our call center, the supervisor informed her correctly that there wasn't a second charge, but just a second authorization. We apologize if this was done in a rude manner and as we record all calls, we are researching the archives to listen to the call and give the appropriate feedback to the supervisor. At this time, if the second authorization has not been released by Ms. [redacted]'s bank, she can have her bank contact our finance department to get an authorization release approval so Ms. [redacted]'s funds will no longer be held. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The business did not address my concern. I still have yet to receive a call from their "escalation" department regarding where my order is. The response did not provide me with any insight as to where my merchandise is or even if they plan to still ship the items I ordered for my son's birthday party. Just another example of their poor customer service!
