I excepted that they would give me a full refund of $within to business days well it is now been business days and I haven't received a dime let alone any of my items! Says that my case is closed and been resolved well know it hasn't been resolved because I haven't received any money of my refund as stated that they would send! So what needs to be done about this to get them to give me my refund because they have never gave me a refund! Is absolutely ridiculous and I have never in my life had somebody treat me this way and not send me any of my correct items and not give me a refund! This is insane! I would greatly appreciate if you could give me a response and let me know why I have not received a refund from them because I have waited long enough and it is now been business days!
