This site made planning a party for my son so easy! When I accidentally ordered the wrong party kit they helped me out and sent me the right one with days to spare before my son's birthday party.
I was charged for this purchase twice and twice on the the so call recharge date which one of those charges fell off too. I called Birthday in a Box three times and was told a refund was to be credited to my account within 5 -7 business day. Last time I call I was told sorry and that there was a authorization number it should have been charged backed. If birthday in box will check the last phone call I made it was being to send to corporate. If birthday in a box has a clinch in thier credit card system. They should not be re charging my card not once or twice again with out asking me. And if they over charge me the should re credit my card. Or keep it on file like that to recharge!!!!
I used Birthday in a Box for my birthday party supplies and was so impressed with the selection and pricing! It was easy to order everything I needed since all the items are sorted by theme. It came surprisingly fast and I just loved all the variety. I know the party will be a big success now that we have everything we need.

ordered online, received product which was a costume and wrist of sleeve was hanging by thread, tags removed, original bag opened and part of costume was outside of bag in shipping box, called customer service told them I shouldn't have to pay for shipping and should receive full refund, they said they would put note on account not to charge shipping, sent product back and they still charged me shipping and only credited cost of costume
