Kyle was very quick and informative on every step of the way on the work that he performed .Also made sure that I was satisfied with the job he did and was very polite. And clean up the site thoroughly.

I contacted blau because I saw their trucks in my neighborhood. The phone was answer in a timely courteous manner and a timeline was clearly communicated with me in terms of arrival time. Blau plumbing did a great job when coming out to my home to diagnosis and take care of a leak in my basement and me not knowing exactly what was wrong. The technician diagnosed it timely and did the needed repairs quickly and efficiently. The tech. even went above and beyond by helping me secure my fence gate that got wrecked in the 50 mph wind gusts we were having that day. Great job all the way around.

I have been in the property management business for 12 years and dealt with countless number of services providers. I would rank my experience with Blau Plumbing up there with the best of them.
I placed an after-hours call for a water heater repair. My CSR [redacted] was polite, informative and very clearly explained the work order process and cost associated. The service tech [redacted] arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took care of the issue. He was very professional throughout the entire process.

Review: [redacted], made it seem the problem with our exposed hose bib was more complicated than it was. He charged us $738 for a hose bib and shut off valve. All the work was on exposed piping. It took him less than an hour to complete.Desired Settlement: We were deceived. We would like a partial refund.

Review: Blau Plumbing came to our home on January 31, 2013 to deal with standing water in the basement. They told us the problem was tree roots in the lateral line between the house and the main sewerage line. They used an auger to remove the roots and applied RootX. They charged us $735.16, and we were told that we have a 12 month warranty on the RootX. The City of [redacted] has initiated a program to check on the lateral connections for older homes. Our house was built in [redacted]. Technicians from the City came to our home this morning to inspect the lateral, which they did with a video camera. They found the lateral was heavily blocked with roots and recommended that we call a service to have them removed. They said that it was just a matter of time before there would be another serious blockage resulting in a back-up in the basement. I called Blau Plumbing this afternoon to report that the roots had returned. I said that since we had a 12 month warranty and that it was barely five months since the original work was done, we needed them to come back and clear the lateral. I said if they do not do so, it will only be a matter of time before we have another back-up in the basement. Blau responded by telling me that they do not do "preventive" maintenance. But, I said, we have a 12 month warranty. Blau said that they would honor the warranty only AFTER we had a problem, and that since we haven't had water in the basement since, we don't have a problem. I said, "Let me understand this. In other words, we have to wait until we have a another back-up before you will come? Is that what you are saying?" The woman replied that that was the case. What utter nonsense! I find this to be totally unacceptable, misleading, and clearly a violation of good business practice. To say that I am disappointed in this company would be a huge understatement.Desired Settlement: I want Blau to live up to their warranty. I am not asking for a refund of any funds. I am asking them to live up to their promises by returning to my home at their expense and clearing the lateral of all roots between our home and the main line.

This is above and beyond the RootX warranty which clearly states that RootX is guaranteed to prevent an obstruction (blockage) of the sewer line for 12 months. (see their website- www.rootx.com)

Blau has serviced my home for many years and their service, professionalism and results routinely exceed my expectations. Living in an older home with an abundant rainfall can lead to challenges during seasonal "monsoons" to keep the place dry. Blau has provided preventative measures to keep the sewer drains running clear and functioning properly. In the few times rooting has been necessary they have been prompt, fixed the issue and honored their warranty with no questions asked.

Very good experience with Blau. The service man called to say he was on his way and was on time. He explained everything in detail before he started the job. While he was writing up the invoice, he noticed a problem with the drain for our dishwasher and stayed to fix it. Prices were very good. He was very pleasant and everything was fixed to our satisfaction.

I found that the master plumber who came to look over the plumbing defects found by home inspector very knowledgeable, helpful,courteous,neat and very personable. He answered all my questions in a way that I understood completely.
He was thorough and respectful.

My three plumbing problems were efficiently fixed. My kitchen sink drain got snaked out. Water now goes down the drain as tho it were new. My Kitchen hot water supply had decrease to a third of the original flow. The pipes were in stalled in about 1940. So the hot water flow was switched to the bathroom sink flow which is much newer and it now flows at 100%. My shower needed new faucet seals. Leaking has stopped. Great job all around. aj

Steve, the technician from Blau Air Comfort, is a very good. He's thorough and doesn't mind explaining what he doing. Steve takes the extra step to make sure the unit is running properly.

The service was excellent. [redacted] was awsome. They showed up when they said, charged me the price I was quoted. Fixed my problem without any high pressure sales pitches or complaints. I WILL use Blau again and I will recommend them.

One of their techs named Kyle came over to snake my tub. Beforehand he quoted me a price and gave me an estimated time to complete the job. He completed the job to my satisfaction and on less time than figured and for the quoted price. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

Blau Plumbing put a new garbage disposal in for me and they did a fine job. The person who put it in was on time, friendly and got the job done. Blau has done work for me in the past and it has always been good. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

The guys came when they said they would and the work was done efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them to others and will use them again.

We have used Blau Plumbing a number of times to clean out our sewer line. They are dependable, professional and do an excellent job of informing you of the status of the line. Have kept a 3 year furnace and air conditioner maintenance agreement with Blau Plumbing for a number of years now. Very satisfied with their customer service. I contacted Blau for a plumbing issue and boiler/heating system tune up. Wasn't an emergency, but was hoping for next day service. When I called, was told today....was surprised and the technician responded within two hours. I have had a previous contact with the tech and he was professional and friendly. The job was done and am satisfied. Will contact Blau again in the future.

Replaced an AO Smith heater 14 years old before it failed. Bradford- white one of few American made 40 gallon unit was installed to replace it. Very clean and efficient install. My son is in HVAC business and helped me to get this done at a very good price. Blau Plumbing was here the day I called to inquire about their service.
