You are absolutely correct that we should be consistent with how we support our playersOne thing to keep in mind is for bugs we may start of being hands off but once it gets looked into by the developers and hotfixed we may have more control over how we can assistThis appears to be the case with your ticket concerning the artifact weapon. I was able to find two recently submitted reports from this account, but neither mentioned the issue described here Additionally, we have retested this error several times post-fix and not been able to duplicate it again since our repairs completed If this issue persists, please simply
open a ticket (even under a different topic) requesting a live chat, and we will adjust the chat so you can submit your data files via the chat itself, which may work better than trying to submit them all at once It's also possible the files are too large, but the pages that instruct you on collecting the files also have information on how to minimize the size - I would recommend trying that as well Thank you!

I understand that the id may be required to keep people safe. what my complaint is and clearly you did not understand is the ridiculous restrictions you place on acquiring that information. You only allow for a digital upload which lets be honest is subject to hacking as has been readily apparent from hundreds of fortune companies loosing millions of customers files to hackersI atleast want the hackers "when" not if a breach in security happens to have to work towards forging a fake id. When My frustration and complaint is that you do not allow for any other reasonable means to provide you a copy of said government issued id's to alleviate these concerns. " I.e. As I told you in my complaint and communications if you simply allow for a fax copy to be sent you can shred the copy once you confirm my identification" The second part to my complaint is, when some ones account is hacked. if that individual for example my sister has no forms of government idI suppose you just tell them sorry but your fked have a great day?! Not even my bank or *** *** loans service requires a fking photo id submitted to reset a password etc.. this is an asinine policy that needs to been re-addressed and at the very least more methods than a digital copy required to provide said information. You make no reasonable accommodations to anyone who either has no id forms or methods to provide it, or any way to really prove it is me sending you the copy of the drivers license vs joe smoe anyway. It is the same as if I read you out my driver license number. "like I would on even the fking dmv website not re-upload a copy of the license to them when resetting a password >;-( " you wouldn't be able to tell the number vs the picture anyway to confirm it was I providing it so what is the point. I digress regarding the policy stupidity. Point being, give me other options to give you what you want in a way that doesn't infringe upon my rights to privacy. Fax, Providing the number etc via the secure non recorded chats like you do for credit card info, what ever it may be give us and particularly myself options. I really would prefer not having to pursue legal action against something so freaking trivial as trying to fking give you what you want in a method that does not put my information to significant risk. This appears to be an issue of long running confusion on *** part and ours I was unable to locate an account under the provided email address, but I do think I have found the correct account under a similar email Hence, it's requesting repurchase because *** is logging in with a
slightly different user name, and the "ignoring" is happening because we are replying to the wrong account (so *** never sees our answers) If *** is unsure what e-mail the account is under, he can contact me directly via [email protected], with the subject ATTN: ***, and we can work on getting him back into the right account so it stops prompting him to rebuy the game

I would understand if this pre-purchase had already given me some benefit in the game, but as of the time of my initial complaint, the expansion pack Legion has not been released The actual date of the release is Aug 31, Most REAL businesses only require a 24-cancellation of services in order not to be charged I also refute the fact that they assert I know about this "time" constraint in the hundreds of pages of legalese posted in the game and on thier web sites Which as of even today, after spending hours, I cannot find this sales policy anywhere on their site through either looking on easily accessible web pages or there even more convoluted and hard to manage search engines that often gave search replies to games I have never even purchased as possible results I was looking for.A policy in either small fine print or not easily understandable by the consumer has been held, at least in the state of Illinois, to be non-executable

Yes, I have heard this argument from the GMs multiple times, the solutions offered is NOT what I paid for.My original purchase was fully refunded, that included any addons to the purchase that were revoked, when I purchased the product again I expected to receive everything I paid for as advertised.Instead I am given some draconian response with very little sense of customer support, instead it feels like im talking to someone who is completely unable to understand my problem with my purchase, and instead is there to simply bark some BS from a book of company policies, rather then actually help the customer with an issue with the product they paid for.Because of this I was unable to fully enjoy the pre-patch and am still unable to play with my friends on another server because I am being denied the product I paid for, I understand that there is a problem with your system flagging my account as "redeemed" but that redeemed feature was refunded and revoked from my account with no statement otherwise as to how it would be handled afterwards

As the player here noted themselves, the people they are reporting often use stolen or fake accounts While we take the reports that come in and use them to remove these accounts, but more spring up in their place We have placed in-game reporting and ignore options for players to avoid
and help us locate these accounts, and do our utmost to get rid of them, but it has not so far been possible to remove them entirely We recommend continuing to use the ignore and report options when these accounts are spotted so we can continue to remove them
