This order was placed on but was lost in transit by *** The customer contacted us immediately Because of a management transition our replies to him were delayed which also delayed the refund process The customer received the refund for this purchase on The customer purchased another watch on but the battery was dead up receipt When he contacted us we informed him to have the battery replaced, submit the receipt for the battery and we would issue a credit for the battery According to our notes we haven’t received the receipt so that battery credit hasn’t been processed

Hello, Thank you for your feedback.Your shipment was shipped by WTD instead of S.f express because upon selecting the shipping method of the order, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) was selected which means you selected to pay for your duties prior to shipping and at that point the order was shipped WTD which has the same delivery time as SF express, if you are concerned about any delays, you had placed the order in the middle of the chinese new year, there were no order to China that were shipped during that time frame.In the future if you prefer using SF express please choose the S.Fexpress shipping method fro the webpage before submitting the order and you will pay for duties upon pickupIf you have any further questions please feel free to contact us at anytime!

It appears they are selling refurbished merchandise and falsely representing it by their statement aboveAs far as the week time frame, that is an LIE ! I have [redacted] tracking receipts.They had the watch in their possession on 2/ [redacted] and did not try to deliver it until 5/**That is weeks! It was refused because the credit card company had given me a credit on 5/ [redacted] after proving I did not have the watch ( [redacted] tracking) and seeing photographic evidence that proved the bezel was NOT scratched and because I did not want to accept a refurbished watchNow Ashford has lied to my credit card company saying the watch was worn for two days (absurd) and my credit card was charged back the $999.00! NO WATCH & NO MONEY!!! I had sent multiple emails to Ashford that went unanswered until finally I had to contact my credit card company multiply times to disputeThis company has multiple complaints onlineBUYER BEWARE ! This customer purchased his watch 11/**/and contacted us over a month later to tell us the “o’clock” marker had fallen off. The customer explained that the watch was unworn and requested a refund. On 12/**/we issued a full refund for the customer

The standard procedure should consider the physical truth,and also ,you should know that UCS is not a good shipper,they can not provide me the document you need.If this happended in US,*** *** *** also would provide yhou such proof,the only thing they can do is confirm that they delivered the pacakge,and the package looks normal.And also,As a well-known site,you should not shirk responsibility.The document you need,I contacted local post office many times,they did not provide such document

By now (10:am, **/9/2017, Beijing time) I still not receive the watch which the seller claimed to send me back one week ago.The order placed on Nov*** and arrived at the transit company on Dec***, nearly half a month was takenAs the late arrival, its delivery to China was delayedThat' s why I contacted the seller on Jan ***, 2017.The scratch was made during the 1st repair time, undoutedlyBecause seller has rules that they would take the photo and issue a report to customer after they inspect the watches sent back to themThey didn't send anything to me as the watch was brand new.(That's explanation they made)
The stap really became old, you may check the them (before/after repair) attached
The seller may explain that why the pillow turned dirty if the watch was treated gentlely.
