Hello,Thank you for your feedback.Ashford certainly does understand your position in this matter, we understand the frustrationWe received this watch in our repair facility on 03/**/16, it went through a week evaluation period and then was processed to be sent to *** in Switzerland, we asked
you for your warranty card so we can provide this to ***, you did not have one and at that point we obtained a new one for you from the manufacturer directly.This watch was then sent directly to the manufacturer- being *** in Switzerland for the repair, mid AprilIt is currently in repair there and will be sent back to you as soon as the repair is completeWe are unable to return the watch for a refund for multiple reasons, a few being that the watch is now over a year and a half old within your possession and we have a day return policy, also the watch has been worn and altered which voids our return policy also.I understand the urgency in this matter, once we receive any updates we will certainly contact you

I did speak with a manager on that day as he said regardless of what happens they will need the watch back one way or another so a label was sent to me and I was told if it's broke again that I will be contacted by ashford and we will come up with a solution which includes a trade or return of moneyI just received an email that it's broke again and will take 3-weeks to repairI don't want the piece of crap watch they sold meIt's a lemon and I want what was promised which is either an exchange or my money backPlease help me because that company is taking advantage of me and I feel hopeless like I have been robbed

The customer did receive the incorrect watch. Once we received this item back in our facility in RI we posted the credit of $back to the customer’s card on 10/**/

The customer received the watch and contacted us to tell us one of the diamonds on the bracelet was different from the others. We had the customer send the watch to our Guangzhou (China) office who indicated we could replace the watch with a new one. The customer declined and requested a
refund. This customer received a full refund on 12/**/

Our watches are purchased directly from the brand Manufactures and are new items (except where specified "pre-owned") Customer stated that he went swimming with the watch and claimed he did not go beyond meters Upon evaluation of the watch, we discovered that the watches seal was compromised We advised customer that we would repair the watch and return to him

The customer support simply ignored the fact that the paint was gone in two monthsIf it were two years I'd be much less upsetThe tire analogy made no senseTires maintain constant contact with ground, and sacrifice their own life to achieve gripThey're consumablesWhat did the paint on my watch sacrifice for? Is it consumables that need periodic replacement? I'm not saying paint should last forever but if it's gone in months, it's a problemAsking me to contact watch manufacture directly makes no senseIf the seller agrees this is a problem, why do they not contact their supplier? I purchased my watch from the seller which is authorized retailerHow can they get around it with no responsibility to resolve customer's issue???

Customer contacted Ashford one month after purchase to report that watch was loosing time Ashford suggested an battery replacement and advised customer that reimbursement would be provided to customer for the cost of the battery replacement.Three months later customer contacted Ashford to
report that watch was loosing time Ashford advised customer to send watch in for repair Customer returned the watch for repair but refused to accept the repair watch and demanded a replacement Customer was advised that as the watch had been worn, a replacement was not possible, however a complete repair would be preformed and the watch would be returned

Customer's request for refund was denied because it was determined by watchmaker that the watch is in perfect working condition. Customer contacted Ashford again and advised that watch was not keeping time. Customer was advised to send the watch in again for evaluation. Return label was issued. Customer has not returned the watch to Ashford

We are sorry the customer finds our response unsatisfactory.  The customer was sent a watch that was free of blemishes and scratches however the watch we received back from the customer was scratched.  The scratches are evident in the photos we included in our previous reply.  Our returns policy clearly states that watches that have been worn, used or otherwise handled can not be returned for refund.  Unfortunately we are not able to refund the customer.

This customer’s purchase was lost in transit.  He contacted us on three occasions but because of a management transition we didn’t respond to him immediately and subsequently missed his 01/*/16 required deadline for receipt of deliver.  A replacement was sent around 01/**/16 which he...

Hello again,I'm sorry...but I don't understand.  What "other" explanation can I give to you?  The facts I gave to you are clearly outlined - you would have needed to find out the facts of this cashback offer from the affiliate site from which you tried to get it from.  The cashback offer has nothing to do with Ashford.com - we do not issue the cashback - it's the affiliate site who issues the cashback.  They have their rules and regulations we must follow.  So when an order is returned...for whatever reason...the system tells the affiliate site that you returned the order...therefore; cancelling the cashback offer.If you would like, you can contact that affiliate site to ask them why they can't apply your cashback offer to your replacement order?  Perhaps they can give you the "other" explanation you seek.Once we receive the replacement order back to our facility, we'll issue you a full refund for the purchase price.That is all we can offer you...again, sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.Kindly,Melinda H[redacted]Client Relations Manager[redacted]
