I dont accept the answer , They don't have the sincerity to solve my request , I pay a new watch price ,but I get a watch is different with the official,So I have reason to doubt that the watch is  refurbishment ?second hand ?or the other circumstance,At least its not new, As a consumer,I need an explanation , During I defend rights,I spend time and energy,I need  a reasonable compensation.In the deal , I am the weaker,but I think in the world must be have justice?Thx.

The customer had many issues with the order and we did try to correct the issues. We were unable to get new items for the customer. The final outcome to the customer was positive. With so many items going back and forth we did have a mix up in processing the refunds. We have corrected the issue and...

the customer has been fully refunded as of 03/**/17

Our operations manager in our Hong Kong facility is currently working with this customer in developing an equally amenable solution to this issue.  It's my understanding the customer will drop this complaint once that solution has been finalized.

If the claim that they make on their website "Ashford.com warrants all of our products to be brand new, unworn, 100% genuine and free of defects." why is there a need to do not one, but two quality checks prior to shipping? It appears they are selling refurbished merchandise and falsely representing it by their statement above. As far as the 3.5 week time frame, that is an LIE ! I have [redacted] tracking receipts.They had the watch in their possession on 2/** and did not try to deliver it until 5/**. That is 10 weeks! It was refused because the credit card company had given me a credit on 5/* after proving I did not have the watch ([redacted] tracking) and seeing photographic evidence that proved the bezel was NOT scratched and because I did not want to accept a refurbished watch. Now Ashford has lied to my credit card company saying the watch was worn for two days (absurd) and my credit card was charged back the $999.00!   NO WATCH & NO MONEY!!! I had sent multiple emails to Ashford that went unanswered until finally I had to contact my credit card company multiply times to dispute. This company has multiple complaints online. BUYER BEWARE !  Next step is the Attorney General's Office!

 Supply assistance?What assitance you supply?You said the HK office gathering the information from UCS,but actually they not.The only thing that the HK office do is  requested me to send them a proof  which the post office did not provide!I contact my local post office,they said they did not prove any proof because first,the package delivered too many days ago,and second they delivered the pacakge to a normal and safe,it is not their responsibility.I explain to HK office that the local office can not provide me the proof ,the HK office also knows that it is very difficult to get a proof from local post office,but they still request me to get this proof,Because they know I cann't get this proof so they can escape responsibility.  It is almost 20 days since I first contacted them,but they still did not resolve this.As  a customer,it is very upset,I also know that investigation need time,but I can not unlimited waiting.

I cannot completely agree with the explanation. I can understand that there is some technical difficulties in the cashback processing. But such policy should be also transparent to the customers. Therefore it can prevent such frustration and mistrust in the business. I will accept the other explanation and look forward to the final solution.

Thank you for response. This is the same response I received last time the y fixed it and when I sent it back they said it needed to be repaired again. This was a good lesson not to buy from this company ever again and to deter any people I know including family and friends from doing business with this company. It's amazing that I have purchased 5 watches between my wife and I and when there is one issue we are treated condescendingly. I am further upset with the Revdex.com because now I feel they don't do a damn thing for the customer and just back up the business owner. I will never come to the Revdex.com again because you guys are more a scam than even the scammers themselves

The watch the customer returned  to us is not one that Ashford sells.  The tags and documentation included in the return are also not Ashford's.  We have confirmed internally that the correct watch was packaged and sent to the customer.   Items shipped into China, as is the...

case with this customer's watch, are shipped via a carrier named SF Express.  We are opening an investigation with them to determine what may have happened.  At this point we are unable to provide a timeline as to how long with this will take but typically lost merchandise investigations can take up to eight weeks.  We will update the customer as we receive information from the carrier.

Customer please the order with Ashfor.com on Feb **, 2017 4:19 PM Saturday. Ashford.com does not process and ship on weekends. The order was shipped on the next business day Feb **, 2017. The customer purchased a Coach Maddy [redacted] Women's Watch on 2016-08-** 14:10:29.823 and received the watch August **, 2016 , 11:06 am.  The customer contacted us on 8/**/16 1:26 PM to request a return.  We disclosed that all returns are contingent upon an inspection to ensure the watch...

shows no signs of wear, use or damage since only unused, unworn and undamaged watches will be accepted for refund.  We received the watch back from the customer the week September [redacted] and the watch went through the inspection on September **.  (From the time of receipt to the time of inspection the returned item remain in the shipping container, unopened, in which the customer sent it to us).  The inspection found scratches on both sides of the watch casing; photos are attached.   We notified the customer on September ** and included the attached photos.Ashford inspects every watch when we receive it from a manufacturer.  We certify at that time that the watch is free of blemishes and is in working order.  Only items that pass this inspection are placed in sale-able inventory.  This customer's watch was pulled from this sale-able inventory. The scratches on the case indicate there was some kind of use, be it from handling, being worn or some other kind of use.  Unfortunately we are not able accept back items that have been worn or damaged: [redacted] .  The watch was sent back to the customer via USPS on September **, 2016 , 10:10 pm  and delivered September **, 2016 , 12:13 pm.
