The [redacted] purchased their 2015 Keystone Bullet Premier (vin # [redacted]) on 11.28.15; this unit was 'new' and covered by the Keystone Manufacturer Warranty. All service work, since their purchase, that has been requested by the [redacted] under 'factory warranty' has been...
submitted/authorized/completed under their warranty... The [redacted] have now requested that 'stress cracks' be repaired under 'factory warranty', which has been DENIED by Keystone RV (we have requested the authorization several times from Keystone, and have been denied each time). As we have continued to try and assist the [redacted], Blue Dog RV requested that hey get estimates for the repairs by their local RV shops; these estimates have ranged from over $7,000 to now recently closer to $2,000)... These estimates seemed out-of-line with what the actual work entailed, which led Blue Dog RV to ask the [redacted] to bring the unit back to ANY Blue Dog RV facility to have the work inspected and possibly repaired... Blue Dog RV does not feel that this is 'out of the ordinary' and will stand by the offer to do any necessary repairs (should there be actual fault)... Additionally, this is what the customer is asking to be done (they are just 'inconvenienced' by having to bring it to a Blue Dog RV facility, which is where they purchased it)... Should the [redacted] agree to bring their unit to our facility, they may contact me directly to set up any necessary appointments...
Please feel free to contact me with any additional questions,

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I was never shown by the Tech or Manager or Service writer that the toilet was not leaking was only told so by service writer not given that option. My attempts to get this resolved have fallen on deaf ears. They do not answer e-mail or return phone calls. They did offer gas card amount unknown.
I would accept the gas card for $140.40 = 260 miles X .54 a mile that is rate. Also if can bring it over get it fixed at time of getting there.
Also want to know positively what is happening with the couch. Last visit was told was going to be replaced. Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:I am only clicking accept to this because it is obvious that this will be a simple he said she said case. Blue Dog never did contact me multiple times. Only contact with them was the day after I wrote my complaint when "I" went down and "got" my money back on Sept. 22. Never heard from them until yesterday 10/3. They did a horrible job at providing customer care and even the Sales Manager, Jay Harbrige said he couldn't apologize enough for how badly they dropped the ball. But, that didn't go no where in helping us. Just lip service as usual. In the old days, making things right toward a customer was good business. Now they have so much business, they don't need to care. It will come back on them eventually.Sincerely, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:While I appreciate the response from Blue Dog RV, let it be known that the damage done to the RV was 100% Blue Dog RVs fault. Their staff, George, closed up the slides on our trailer as we were shuffled off fto sign paperwork and purchase additional supplies needed. HE left the drawer open after HE stated he was going to put manuals in the drawer..then said oh I will just put them in the caninet overhead. WE had absolutely no part of closing up the trailer properly! After 6 hours at the dealer we finally left..drove less than 4 miles down city streets not even rxceeding 30mph to our campsite and upon opening the slide outs, as YOU have to do, the slideout grabbed the drawer LEFT OPEN BY BLUE DOG EMPLOYEE GEORGE, and ripped the cabinet Either the drawer was defective and not closing properly or left open by Blue Dog emploee I do not know but that is NOT the respobsibility of the customer. We have received zero communication from anyone at Blue Dog RV advising us of the outcome or plans To help resolve this issue. We feel we were told one thing to make us "go away" then the ignoring started. Communication is key to any business/customer relationship and I have all my emails and dates saved to reflect the absolute disregard for us from Blue Dog RV. They do not seem to care about the outcome or customer satisfaction. Their flippant and unprofessional emails we did receive offered no explanation or plan, and we have these documented also. Our second issue regarding DMV registration is still unresolved after a fourth trip to dmv. They have received nothing from Blue Dog and telling us we need a tracking number from them as they cannot locate anything. it would seem it should be simple enough to contact us and give us the information we need but instead we received emails stating "i dont know my hands are tied".Not very helpful and not demonstrating good customer support. We just want our needs addressed and for Blue Dog to demonstrate some sort of help for us.this is where we stand as of today.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
Run Run Run Blue Dog Rv Service has had our new $129k trailer going on 6 months! . Wish I would have bought from Camping World just up the street from them. But sadly believed them when they said local and they serviced Yata Yata. Bought a 120k RV NEW from Blue Dog that has now been in BLUE DOG shop over 6 months for repairs that should have been made before they let it leave the lot. Repairs over and over again. No return phone calls. When I went on was basically threatened and they would answer my husband instead of me when I asked questions. They sure did return calls and haunt me when I was looking and quick to take my money . Now no return emails or return of phone calls. And Blue Dog ran into the rv and damaged the exterior of my RV while in their lot. See photos on Yelp.
[redacted],
I would like to share with you our experience when looking and ultimately purchasing our 1998 Monaco Dynasty!
I have been looking online for months and no follow up by other dealerships, so one late afternoon my Husband and I decided to look on your lot to see what you had in the way of Motorhomes. Why late afternoon, we didn't want to be "hassled" by a salesman! While walking around we saw a salesman, we almost hid, we didn't and we are sure glad we didn't. Here it was at closing and [redacted] took the time to find out what we were looking for and then proceeded to show us 3 Coaches without rushing us or pressuring us. I apologized for keeping him from leaving work but he assured us that it was his pleasure showing us the Coaches and answering questions, many, many questions.
I returned within the next few days and after additional questions on the Motor Coach my Husband and I chose we put the paperwork in and came to agreement on the awesome deal that was presented to us and purchased the 1998 Monaco Dynasty.
I have to say this was a phenomenal experience for us and we will be proud to share it with others. It went so smooth and you and Finance were great but [redacted] sealed the deal for us!
If it hadn't been for [redacted]s professionalism, caring, and going the extra mile I don't believe we would be the proud owners of the Coach nor respected Blue Dog RV as we do.
Many Thanks [redacted]l

Review: We purchased a brand new Forest River 5th wheel from the Coeur D'Alene location in June 2015. We had issues from the moment the RV was delivered. Items were not fixed prior to delivery, ie. cabinet door removed and outside roof coming off. We couldn't cancel our trip we were leaving for immediately and when we notified the problems in a matters of hours of delivery, we received no feed back.
After a few weeks of ownership the RV started breaking. Cabinet doors started falling off, without being used. One of the bedroom door handles broke off in my 6 year olds hand. One of the slide outs cut the inside flooring. LED lights broke. Window seals were coming undone. Worst of all the outside awning completely broke away from the wall. The screws pulled away without being touched, while opening the awning for shade. I notified the company immediately when the awning broke. They never got back to me on how to restrain it for our travels back home. When we got back from our trip we took it immediately to the dealership for repairs, with a list of almost 20 different items that had broke. Even, while doing the walk through to [redacted] broken items, more things kept breaking. By this time we had had enough with the RV. I notified our salesman that we wanted them to buy it back, he didn't care and ignored me, he just kept insisting on getting everything fixed. I then spoke to the sales manager [redacted]. He just kept laughing about all of the issues, while insisting he wasn't taking it lightly. The manager told me he would forward everything to the Service Director and I never received a call. Two weeks ago I called again and left a message with the customer relationship representative. My message was never returned. Our RV has been at the service dept for almost 2 months now.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund and to return the RV.
Literally every single time we go into the camper something breaks. We do not appreciate getting the run around and no solution being offered. Although the same items as of yet do not keep breaking, so many things have broke all within 2 months that this RV is a lemon.

Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While Blue Dog has been in contact with us, they continually fail to realize this RV is more trouble than its worth. We bought this specific RV because we were told it is the best, clearly it has turned out to be the worst. We have told them repeatedly that we no longer wish to have this unit and they truly just ignore that fact. [redacted] made it seem like it was possible to no longer have to deal with this unit, however that was not the case. All he did was extend the manufacturer warranty. Which in turns still leaves us with a unit that is completely defective. So we get to continue making payments for the winter and then when spring time comes and we are able to use it again when more stuff breaks then all we do is continue to deal with warranty issues. We prefer to no longer have the unit, therefore it is in their best interest as a company to buy it back from us and sell it to somebody else if they are so adamant that all the problems are most likely taken care of "almost everything is probably broken now, has been repaired, and it should be fine now". We don't wish to continue to sit back and see if it holds up as they say.

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] purchased a "new" 2015 Sierra Select Fifth Wheel (vin# [redacted]) from Blue Dog RV-CDA location on Thursday, June 18th 2015. Part of the original negotiations included the [redacted]' demands that the trailer had to be prepped and "ready-to-roll" no later than Wednesday, June 24th (4 business days later). Blue Dog RV accommodated this demand and the unit was picked up on time. The [redacted]' then first reported on 6.23.15 that the trailer "had some issues". Blue Dog RV service team then returned call and set service appointment with customer. Since that period of time, all issues with the trailer (manufacturer defects) have been repaired or addressed under Forest River warranty, without exception. On August 15th, 2015 it was also reported that Mrs. [redacted] had called into our service center and stated "this trailer is a piece of crap" and demanded a full refund of their purchase. She was informed that Blue Dog RV was not the manufacturer of their RV, and that everything in our power had been done to address/remedy any issues with their RV. On 9.17.15 Blue Dog RV received a notice from the Revdex.com that the [redacted]' were again demanding a "full refund" of their purchase. On 9.22.15 Mrs. [redacted] was informed that Forest River had extended their warranty 3 months because of these issues, which then Mrs. [redacted] stated that she "wanted to be further compensated by Blue Dog RV for her time"... Since that time/date, Blue Dog RV has continued to stay in touch with customer to notify them of all repairs/parts shipments, etc., along with passing information to Forest River for warranty authorizations (which we have received and continue to do remaining work).

This customer has picked up and is very happy with the repairs preformed. Sometimes it takes a while for the factory to authorize the repair work and until then we cannot start on a customers trailer. We do however fight very hard to get our Blue Dog customers taken care of.
We recently purchased a new 2013 Coleman camping trailer from Blue Dog RV over the phone, after researching pricing and options locally. Blue Dog RV worked with us through the sales, finance, delivery walk through, as well as on a few after sales concerns. We travelled from Arizona to Post Falls, ID, picked up the trailer, and drove it 1,500 miles home to Arizona. The customer care and service of every Blue Dog RV personnel was exceptional. In every case, we were helped through the process, and our concerns addressed professionally and to our satisfaction.
As first time campers, we got all the assistance and information we needed. We would absolutely recommend Blue Dog RV to others as a great place to get the best price and quality.
My review is for blue dog rv in Kennewick , wa. Their service has been poor, with not returning phone calls and doing repairs.
Review: Bought a new $30,000 rv with multiple problems. Want our money back. Door broken, major water leaks. Dvd broken, coatings not applied, refrigerator did not work, water heater did not work, rusted stabilizers, door does not lock from the inside, slides do not operate properly. Tell us we cannot return it. Threaten to ruin our credit.Desired Settlement: Exchange for new rv of our choosing. One without major water leaks and damage where everything works and the door locks.

We have spoken to customer on several occasions, the last contact being 10.7.15 @ 8:40AM. Customer has always been kept informed of any parts on order, service appointments, etc. and has never been threatened to "ruin their credit" by any Blue Dog RV employee... Customer has threatened Blue Dog RV several times with "getting a lawyer" regarding even the smallest of issues, which has been documented. Customer has also stated to several different employees on many occasions, that they "want their money back or we will be getting an attorney". We have tried to accommodate customer, but get the same statements repeated each time we try to assist.
About two weeks ago, I was contacted by a salesman from Blue Dog (Coeur D'Alene) who knew that I have been looking for a small motor home and informed me that he was receiving a BT Cruiser in trade and questioned whether I would be interested. I told him I was and he said he would call me when it became available and also gave me the distinct impression that I would get first look at it when it came in. On Saturday April 19, 2014, he called me early (about 8:00 AM) and said the unit was in and the people were moving out of it and he would call me again as soon as they were out of it. I heard no more, so at about 1:00 PM, I called him and he told me he was "so sorry," but someone had already bought it! I was unhappy, and told him so, but he denied any responsibility for notifiying me falsely that it would be available for my wife and I to examine as soon as the people were out of it. I do not like these kinds of false promises, and I will not deal with that salesman in the future.
Review: On July 31, 2015 we purchased a 2016 Coleman travel trailer from Blue Dog RV in Kennewick, WA. We picked it up on August 10, 2015. The day we got it home we noticed several issues with it as follows.
1. One of the windows would not open and the window frame was gouged.
2. The frame of the sofa was coming apart. The screws were falling out.
3. The wall next to the sofa is rippled and appears to have had water damage.
4. The kitchen window has deep cuts in the frame and the mini blinds will not stay up.
5. The trim between the fridge and the bathroom is bubbled up.
6. The wall next to the bunk beds is bowed out.
7. The wall above the sofa has glue on it.
Upon finding all of these issues we contacted Blue Dog on August 11, 2015. They sent someone to pick up the trailer on August 12, 2015. They said they needed approx. 3 weeks to repair the issues. On September 16, 2015 we decided to go pick up the trailer so that we could use it at least one time this year even though they had not yet fixed all of the issues. When we picked it up they had only repaired the mini blind and the sofa where it was falling apart. When we took the trailer on our trip we found and experience several more issues as follows.
1. The radio was making a constant noise and would not work nor would it turn off. We had to pull the fuse in order to get it to stop making noise.
2. The bottom of the sofa was damaged.
3. The dinette table is not mounted straight so it rubs on the wall.
4. The mini blinds above the bunkbeds are missing the wands.
5. The wall board above the sofa has come away from the wall stud so the wall is very flimsy.
6. The bathroom door is not mounted correctly so you can see through the door jam.
7. One of the rear bumper plugs is missing.
8. There are scratches and glue on the outside of the trailer.
9. To top it all off we lost power to the trailer on the first night of our trip and were forced to pack up in the dark and go home. The battery checked out fine and the connections on the battery were good. The power gauge inside the trailer kept changing between 0-3 out of 4 bars. It is like there is a short somewhere in the electrical.
We called Blue Dog on September 19, 2015 to inform them of the additional issues we experienced. They picked the trailer up on September 25, 2015. We contacted [redacted] (owner) of Blue Dog RV on September 28, 2015 to make him aware of the issues we have had with our trailer. He referred us to his manages [redacted] and [redacted]. We explained to [redacted] and [redacted] that we wanted a refund for the tailer as we felt it is a lemon and we are concerned of the overall quality and future durability based on our experience so far. They told us that they could not refund us because the trailer was now considered used.
Purchasing this trailer was supposed to be exiting and it has turned into nothing but a nightmare.Desired Settlement: At this point we do not want the trailer and would like a full refund.

To whom it may concern,
Blue Dog RV is a joke. Just returned from a local camping trip and am now cleaning up the aftermath of a leaky AC unit these guys just replaced in my BRAND NEW unit. Just now noticed the bent stabilizer jack, rear taillight lens that fell off, and a host of other small issues. I just shelled out 15k Cash for a unit that you would never know was new. This is after two trips back to their service center because they had never done the PDI, and their salesman damaged my unit. Now I have to worry about getting the AC drain fixed before we go to Chelan for hydrofest in just shy of a month.
How many times must a brand new trailer go back to their service center before it is ready to go?? I have finally decided to seek help from the manufacturer and/or seek the help of another dealer to get these issues fixed. Thanks Blue Dog RV for making this purchase a totally horrible experience!!!!!
Review: On May 25, 2013, my husband and I purchased a Coleman camp trailer from Blue Dog RV. Our salesman, [redacted], told us multiple times how important it was to have a few things on our pick up and operating before we could tow the Coleman off of the lot. First thing was to make sure we had a pickup that could handle the weight, next was a break controller, and finally an equalizer hitch. [redacted] emphasized that if these things were not met and installed that we would not be allowed to pull the trailer off the lot. We had those things, so it was not a problem; ton pickup, 8.1 motor, equalizer hitch, and the break controller all up and running and installed. So, we scheduled our appointment with the concierge to do the 2 hour concierge service for Friday May 31, 2013 at 3, we were there at 2:45. This was to show us how to work everything, and where everything was. [redacted] was our concierge; he told us from the start of our 2 hour service it was his second day with the company! So we started from the outside working our way around and in. [redacted] was very apologetic because he didnt know much beyond his own experience with his own camp trailer. There was a hole in front of the wheel fender and my husband asked him if that was where we could manually pull in the slide.he had no idea, so we gave it a try and sure enough thats what it was, [redacted] was not the reason for this complaint, just setting the scene if you will. So we moved to the inside, first thing we noticed was, our salesman [redacted], told us the trailer came with a tv and that it would be installed before we picked it up, and it did not have a tv installed. [redacted] told us that the trailer came with 2 full sets of keys; ours did not have 2 full sets, so [redacted] said he would get us the missing key, ok, no big deal. Our 2 hour service took about 45 minutes, maybe an hour, maybe. [redacted] took us inside to meet with the Service professional, [redacted]. [redacted] was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. 1st he old [redacted] the trailers do not come with 2 full sets of keys, and [redacted]Desired Settlement: We can begin with an apology from [redacted] for his rude and unprofessional treatment. My husband told the Blue Dog Rep that he would like to have the bbq for $175, in replace of the stay at a campground near the facility and the redo in the concierge service or the $100 IN STORE Credit....we do not wish to do business with the service dept again.

Bluedog RV strives to offer the best customer service and

When a customer has an issue, Bluedog RV makes great efforts to resolve any

Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] took delivery of their RV.
6/3/2013
Mr. [redacted] called Bluedog RV, he spoke with Lead Service
Advisor [redacted] and complained about poor customer service and that he had a
bad walk through and delivery of is new unit. Service Advisor *. [redacted] said he
would see what we could do for the [redacted]’s.
6/5/2013 4:50pm
Bluedog RV Business Development Manager called Mr. [redacted] to
discuss Mr. [redacted]’s issues. Customer said that his delivery walk through was
performed by a Bluedog RV employee that was new on the job and that the
employee was unfamiliar with Mr. [redacted]s rv. Mr. [redacted] said that the new
employee was a nice guy, just not overly helpful. Mr. [redacted] also said that he
was concerned that his new rv didn’t have a TV installed and that his sales
person had said his new rv came with a TV. The model Mr. [redacted] purchased did
not come with a TV however since the Bluedog RV sales person had told Mr.
[redacted] it did, Bluedog RV immediately installed a new TV for Mr. [redacted] at no

6/6/2013 2:26pm
Mr. [redacted] called Bluedog RV to decline the free camping and

biggest concern) and in turn Mr. [redacted] asked for a free BBQ.
6/6/2013 6:30pm
Bluedog RV General Manager [redacted] called the [redacted]’s to
address their concerns. Again the [redacted]’s declined the free camping and
walk through offer and asked for a free BBQ.
6/6/2013 6:35pm
Bluedog RV General Manager [redacted] offered the [redacted]’s a

The [redacted]’s post on the Bluedog RV Facebook page:

Bluedog reached out to the [redacted]’s five times within 24

Review: I purchased a 2013 evergreen Bay hill 320RS from Blue Dog RV in Hayden, ID in Oct and took delivery of it Nov 2 in Soap Lake RV Resort, Soap Lake WA. I had planned to live in it full time. I checked the tanks inside of the RV to see if they needed to be dumped. they were all 3/4 full. I have 2 grey water tanks and one black water tank. I have gotten one tank open after removing the foam in place that was put there by the mfr. I can't get the other two tanks open because the valves don't work. Its like they are frozen.I originally contacted my walk thru instructor by email on 8 Nov. He said that he passed it onto service. They never contacted me and I responded back to the email on 13 Nov. I called the hayden store on Thur Nov 14 and spoke with [redacted] in Service. She passed me to Service tech [redacted]. I told him the problem and that I don't have a way to tow my RV back to the shop. He said that they don't do house calls and if I wanted to have them respond I would have to pay $400 to have if fixed under warranty or I could call some one locally and have them fix the problem and bill Blue dog for the warranty. [redacted] asked if I wanted to talk with the service manager and transferred me to [redacted], General Service manager. [redacted]'s solution was for me to turn the valves slightly to the right and I would hear a pop and the valves would open. that didn't work either. I called him back to let him know that I still had problems. He passed me back to [redacted] @ Hayden and I left a message on Fri Nov 15.Nov 16, I called this morning to talk to the concierge dept. and was told by [redacted] who is the front desk person that was also her job. All she wants to do is pass me to service who won't take care of the problem.Service is the reason I am having this problem. they filled the tanks to check the valves and never performed this part of the final check process.Desired Settlement: They need to come to where my trailer is and fix the problem they created when they didn't operate the valves before delivering the RV to me. I can't use the shower/toilet because the valves can't be opened which has the potential to become a health hazard/issue.
