Purchased a MINI Cooper that their service department botched a repair knowing the car would fail Engine failed within 3k miles(first oil change) I had it towed to a certified MINI dealership not Sharpest Rides I did this b/c I had to replace the work Sharpest Rides invoice which was pads/sensors that were cheap pads and the right rear sensor was hanging under the bumper and had a brake warning light come on and did not trust the quality of work of their service department After the service deptat Shomp MINI looked over the car, the tech stated that the last person to work on this car knowingly changed of timing guides and had torqued on the timing chain instead of replacing all guides and putting a new chain on it Pistons 1, 2, and completely failed and also the tech, ***, stated that there wasn't even synthetic oil put in as well I tried calling the salesperson at Sharpest Rides, [redacted] , and stated she was too busy with customers and Lemon L

To be honest, this was the first time I had bought a car from a car lot so I was inexperiencedAfter listening to the commercials on air stating that this was the place to go to get an honest experiance without feeling like you're dinner for the vultures (Yes, paraphrasing) I decided to trust them and go buy a new carAs soon as I got to the lot and before I even made it through the gate, I had three guys B-line straight for meAmman was the victor of the race and quite happily said it was because it was his birthday! Soon to the saleI was looking to get something pretty nice and reliable so I didn't have to worry about car repairs for a whileHe showed me a BMW 328i (I asked him about it as a frind had sugested that as a good starting point.) Over the course of a very brief test ride (it had less than miles left in the tank...) and a painfully long application process I asked about spesific things over and over againWas it AWD? RWD is all but useless in ColoradoDid it have remote start? Not super important but if I'm paying for it, I want itAnd Did the back seat fold down? Quite important for some of the things I do with my carSOafter being reassured over and over that the car was everything I was wanting and even going as far as to say that thet JUST CHANGED THE BREAKSNowon to the loan and purchaseit took over two hours for them to just start the loan, and another hour to get it all doneI didn't realize why till laterif it had been the AWD the I would have over paid by about $but because it wasn't I only overpaid by around $No wonder it took so long to find a bank willing to finance itDuring the process they made it very clear that the state of Colorado does NOT have any buyers remorse periodMeaning that the moment I signed the paper I was basically married to itAfter all of thisthe car got damaged because of getting stuck in light snowInsurance totals it, my payments tripple, Insurance doubles, and I loose my appartmentThen I get a text from Amman asking if I was still wanting to buy a carhe had forgotten I even was thereI told him what happened and his responce was basicallyEverybody knows the 328i is only RWDsucks what happenedbest of luck to yaAaannnd the icing on the cakeit's now moved a total of miles and the brakes that wherejust replacedare now metal on metal FYII'm a gas miserI hate hitting the breaksSo to recap out of all the things told to meAWD=lie Remote start=lie Foldin rear seat=lie Buyers remorse=lie Breaks=lie Even that it was his birthday was a lie apparently! The ONLY good thing to come from it is the decal that I can't take off without damaging my car more has become a great way to start a conversation to save people from going to them

I had a great experience, great flexibility with whatever you are looking forThe best customer service ! My parents do not speak Spanish but thankfully they have bilingual workersThanks to Froy [redacted] , really helped us out and kept us entertainedHe was honest and helped us get out of this place with a smile on our face

Roughly hours after purchase the car wouldn’t start, it’s a year old car so I figured it was the battery, got a jump and went to the parts store where they confirmed the battery was badI called the dealership and they told me to bring it right back for a battery swap, however, on the way to the dealership the A/C system started making a vibrating sound behind the dash and was not pumping out air as it did during the test drives Upon arrival to the dealership on Monday they asked me to return first thing Tuesday, 6/12, and they would have it done THAT DAYI dropped off the car at 8am and was told it would be done that day and I would have an update in the afternoon*I have screenshots with texts and time stamps*As I was inquiring about my vehicle the only response I was getting was “I got youI will find out now” but no follow through~3:45p rolls around, roughly an hour before they close, I call for an update again hearing “I got you.” I let it go Wednesday, 6/13, I wait

To whom it may concern I need to file a complaint on the sharpest ride I purchased A UPLANDER FROM THEM at the time of purchase the traction lite and abs lites were on I was told by the salesman [redacted] that they would fix these cause it was a safety issue he then gave me a piece of paper saying they would fix it before I would buy it which I signed the paper it was what they would do before delivery he them ask for a check to hold the car gave him said there would hold till they fixed the car they cashed it right away 6weeks later we still did not have the car then he left me a message that they got the part on April 26th which I still have on my phoneAnd it should be fixed in a few days this car is for a elderly person who is disabled and is my father the salesman [redacted] brought the car to my home for my father to sign the paper work while he was here he asked to see the paper work I signed he then took the paper work that said the car would be fixed before we would purchas

I was able to purchase a car from this dealer with no job at the time, was to start the following weekI am a reservist in the [redacted] *** and was told we should get a 6% interest rateI did not get this interest rateI brought the car home and with in days had issuesHad to have car towed back to dealer for repairsAt first they tried to make me pay for repairs, but my dad was with me and told them we would just give car back if they do not fix it, so they fixed itThey fixed some thing but not all, they were to get parts in to fix door lock because car will not lockI was to be there at 8:am on 6/1/for this to be fixedDrove all the way across town to be told they do not have partsNO call in advance just show up and be told to come back next weekI am getting a run around because I am years oldDo not know if they should have even sold me the carNow I have to get it financed somewhere else and need a cosigner, so how could they get me financed?

I bought a Mercedes Benz GLKMarch 17, The check engine light came on while the salesman took me to the nearest bank branchNo worries we will contact you and fix it next week1, I did not think a dealer could sell you a car in the state fo Colorado that would not pass emissions?! 2, This is April 2ndNever heard from them so I took it to the nearest dealershipthey said up to 4,in repairsthis is appaulingJust to pass emissionsSoon to file a complaint if not resolved

The customer service I received and continue to receive from Jalen [redacted] was impeccable. He was very personable and went above and beyond to get me into the car I needed and wanted. He is a great salesman and guy! Great customer service. Thank you Sharpest Rides!

I had such a great experience at the sharpest ridesI came in to look and hopefully get a new car with a trade inInstantly I was helped by the best salesman I have ever seen HelmiHe was really funny, upbeat, and made me feel comfortableThroughout the process, I met another gentleman named Brandon, and he talked to me and made jokes and was super encouraging of the car I gotThe whole experience there was just really pleasantAnd a huge thanks to the finanancial guy that helped lower the down payment and got me into my new car the same dayAnd at the end of the road I met the guy that finished my paper work named YLHe was super funny and cracking jokes left and right! I purchased a car from sharpest rides on 8/26/17, two days later this car had problems- numerous problemsOne major problem was water leaking from the pedal area and a sound coming from the engine and under the carI called immediately to their service department and from the beginning it was a complete nightmare I got the car in on Tuesday it didn't get diagnosed till FridayMeanwhile no one in the service department was even really helpful except Erica, however the customer service is so bad, never got any updates on my car , they never called back when they said they wouldI had to call numerous times to push them for updates! Then when I finally got the update they said my oil pump needed to be fixed along with gaskets and that it would take more than hours of labor and approval was neededApproval didn't come till a week later! Mind you in the mean time I am calling to get updatesThis is so irritating because they sold me a car that was sh [redacted] to began withThen while I am trying to get it fixed their attitudes sounded so botheredNow almost a week and a half later I have no carThen I call to speak to service manager at sharpest rides, they say I don't have a direct number for him want to transfer me to the service department again, when they cannot even give me any real updates about my car that they have, are you serious?!!! I am so irritated and disappointed I went to the sharpest ridesThey got paid for this car and I cannot even drive it because it don't workAnd when I spoke to A manager at the dealership he says we have a loaner car but you would have to talk to service about itI said you mean go back to the people who are already giving me the run around again?!! I purchased a used Jeep Liberty back in FebruaryIn the three months I've owned this vehicle, it's needed a new battery (I drove off the lot with a battery with only 9% power), an oil change (which was never performed before the jeep was sold to me) & now I'm sitting at a mechanics paying close to $for new brakes & rotorsThere is NO WAY any of this was my doing in the short few months I've owned the jeepGranted my sales guy was terrific, but trying to get problems resolved has proven to be difficultI believe all of this should have been assessed & rectified before I even drove the vehicle off the lot

Our experience started out pretty well overall, but then when it came to running our application and giving us the attention we needed to help find a car, the salesman just dropped the ballHe was too busy helping multiple people at the same time, while there were other sales people who were standing around socializing, who could have helpedWe got up and left after waiting an hour with no check in from the salesmanHe never even called to follow upWe decided to take our business elsewhereTheir customer service is a joke, they obviously don't care about their potential customers

We purchased our XCApril 29th 2016, prior to the purchase we test drove the car and let the sales person know we were concerned about some noises we heard We have in writing on the We Owe document that there is to be a point inspection and fix whatever is wrong per *** The vehicle remained in their shop for well over a month We finally took delivery and the car continued to make the noise We brought it back and they kept it for close to another month, took delivery and the car continues to make the noise Now we were told by *** to take to his friends shop where he found the tie rods and engine mount needs replacing *** told us we're on our own This is the original problem that we want fixed
