I had such a great experience at the sharpest ridesI came in to look and hopefully get a new car with a trade inInstantly I was helped by the best salesman I have ever seen HelmiHe was really funny, upbeat, and made me feel comfortableThroughout the process, I met another gentleman named Brandon, and he talked to me and made jokes and was super encouraging of the car I gotThe whole experience there was just really pleasantAnd a huge thanks to the finanancial guy that helped lower the down payment and got me into my new car the same dayAnd at the end of the road I met the guy that finished my paper work named YLHe was super funny and cracking jokes left and right! I gotta say, I haven’t laughed so hard and had such a great experience somewhere in a while! If you’re going to go get a car from here make sure you get Helmi or Brandon! They will treat you right and make sure you get your new car! Thanks guys!

Just bought my second car from here The selection here is insane The prices are excellent and they are one of the few dealerships that won't screw You I suggest asking for Bill Peck when you go in I want someone who knows what they are talking about and Bill is a true professional Sharpest is a very large dealership and they sell ALOT of cars but still the owner greeted me personally and thanked me for my business Seeing an owner who actually "hands on manages" their business means they actually care This is not my first purchase from Sharpest Rides and it will not be my last purchase Every time I step foot on this car lot I know I'm in good hands Thank you Bill for making my experience so specialYou are a true professional

Brandon and Moose are AMAZING!!!!! They were very honest and patient with our pickiness and had no problem letting our mechanic check out the vehicle we FINALLY decided on I highly recommend you ask to work with them

Every aspect of our experience with this bogus "Dealership" has been so awfulThey have NO clue what it means to offer any kind of customer service!! We purchased a car from them in May of 2016, and as long as they are taking your money, they're friendly and accommodating, but that's where the customer service ENDS We dropped off the car at the end of July, for a few minor repairs Over the next 2-weeks, they did not communicate with us as to their progress with the repairs at all They kept the car for over a month, and blamed the delay on ordering of parts, but did not keep up updated on when they would be finished After the repairs were made, we had a very sudden and unexpected move to Alaska, and my husband contact them to inquire about selling this car back to them, as we were unable to take it with usThe sales manager, Roger, made an offer to buy the car back from us, and asked us to come sign the paperwork and to complete the sale We drove hours to Denver, to seal the deal, and when we got there, we find out that Roger hadn't even bothered to come in that day!! We had no choice but to leave the car there on their lot, with nothing but a promise and this man's "word" that he would send the bill of sale as soon as possible to us by fax That was months ago When I called to speak with this it weeks ago, he gave many excuses as to why he didn't get back with us- claiming that he had tried to reach us (a LIE) and even blamed the OWNER (Kevin ***) of neglecting to get in contact with us MANY frustrating attempts to get in touch with him, these last weeks, and the car is STILL in their lot, and they are not going to honor their word to purchase the car Meanwhile, we are in Alaska and our only choice is to ask a friend to go pick up the car, and try to sell it elsewhere This business is run by a bunch of clueless it!! They have NO idea what it means to offer any kind of customer service Out of dozens of people working at this business, that I spoke with the past weeks, and heard my desperate plea for help, only ONE guy offered any kind of apology Richard in the service department was the only one to take the time to say he was sorry for this ordeal If you are considering doing business with this "dealership," DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Purchased a MINI Cooper that their service department botched a repair knowing the car would fail Engine failed within 3k miles(first oil change) I had it towed to a certified MINI dealership not Sharpest Rides I did this b/c I had to replace the work Sharpest Rides invoice which was pads/sensors that were cheap pads and the right rear sensor was hanging under the bumper and had a brake warning light come on and did not trust the quality of work of their service department
After the service deptat Shomp MINI looked over the car, the tech stated that the last person to work on this car knowingly changed of timing guides and had torqued on the timing chain instead of replacing all guides and putting a new chain on it Pistons 1, 2, and completely failed and also the tech, ***, stated that there wasn't even synthetic oil put in as well

On August 6, Wells Fargo Dealer Services financed me for a Mercedes GLKOn August 11, 16, and I called The Sharpest Rides, (Englewood, CO) to have them explain why my old lender was still contacting me to pay for my Jeep Patriot trade-inThey said things weren't finalized yetI was concerned as we hadn't heard anything from my brother's financing eitherEven though our contract stated Wells Fargo was my lender and Premier (Boulder, CO) was his lenderI did get my lender paperwork and acct number but my brother still hadn'tAlmost immediately these cars had issuesI called on August at length several timesMy brother has sensor codes going off for traction control and wheel bearings, my Mercedes makes a loud whirring noise upon acceleration and deceleration first time around August 20, I took my Mercedes to a reputable mechanic on 8/He wasn't supposed to get back to me until the next dayHe called within two hours to tell me a host of issues, m

I've purchased cars so far from The Sharpest RidesMy first purchase wasn't great and surprisingly the dealer let me out of the deal and into a different car that was much betterThese guys are the real dealThe dealership is off the beaten path and has a huge lot with a pretty big selectionOnly rule of thumb (with any used car) is get it inspected first

I got my car at Sharpest Rides and it works as it should and have had no problems with it! I take it to the mountains all the time and it’s a smooth ride Thanks to Bill *** for the ride and the Sales Manager Brandon as well as Julian and Candace in finance who helped facilitate the deal

Bought a Mercedes from Sharpest Rides last month & the whole process went greatThey were fine with me taking the car to the dealership to get a prepurchase inspection (I've had other used car dealers get really pushy about this) Also fine with me bringing my own financing -- didn't run any un-requested credit check which was nice I've had the car for a month now and the only issue has been a dead auxiliary battery, not too unusual for this car and replaced by the Mercedes dealership at no charge since the car's still under warrantyMy salesguys (Joshua *** & another guy whose card I unfortunately didn't get) were great Props also to Tonya (sp?) in the title department for helping me get the titleI was out of state a BUNCH the month after the purchase and only had a couple of days in which to pick up the title and get it to the DMV

I purchased a car from sharpest rides on 8/26/17, two days later this car had problems- numerous problemsOne major problem was water leaking from the pedal area and a sound coming from the engine and under the carI called immediately to their service department and from the beginning it was a complete nightmare I got the car in on Tuesday it didn't get diagnosed till FridayMeanwhile no one in the service department was even really helpful except Erica, however the customer service is so bad, never got any updates on my car , they never called back when they said they wouldI had to call numerous times to push them for updates! Then when I finally got the update they said my oil pump needed to be fixed along with gaskets and that it would take more than hours of labor and approval was neededApproval didn't come till a week later! Mind you in the mean time I am calling to get updatesThis is so irritating because they sold me a car that was sh** to began withThen while I am trying to get it fixed their attitudes sounded so botheredNow almost a week and a half later I have no carThen I call to speak to service manager at sharpest rides, they say I don't have a direct number for him want to transfer me to the service department again, when they cannot even give me any real updates about my car that they have, are you serious?!!! I am so irritated and disappointed I went to the sharpest ridesThey got paid for this car and I cannot even drive it because it don't workAnd when I spoke to A manager at the dealership he says we have a loaner car but you would have to talk to service about itI said you mean go back to the people who are already giving me the run around again?!! I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone looking to buy a carYour quick to help sell the car , but treat your customer like crap after when there is a problemthey acted like they were doing me a favor fixing the car for me, umm no this car was sold broken!!!This company says the inspect all cars before hand and I refuse to believe that because had the car been inspected they would have seen these problemsHow can you sell a car with problems???!!!i don't see how they run their businessCOMPLETELY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH MY PURCHASE!!!

I Purched a Truck With Sharpest Rides They gave me a voucher to get the *** done at a private testing station, the truck passedA year passed and I received a notification that I needed to get *** done againI took it to the *** *** station next to the *** station they informed me that my truck will not pass because the exaust gas recirculation was never thereI have not had anyone work on my truck in the past year, the only thing that I had done was an oil changeEither the inspection report was fraudulant either they paid off the private testing station was paid off
