I was able to purchase a car from this dealer with no job at the time, was to start the following weekI am a reservist in the *** *** *** and was told we should get a 6% interest rateI did not get this interest rateI brought the car home and with in days had issuesHad to have car towed back to dealer for repairsAt first they tried to make me pay for repairs, but my dad was with me and told them we would just give car back if they do not fix it, so they fixed itThey fixed some thing but not all, they were to get parts in to fix door lock because car will not lockI was to be there at 8:am on 6/1/for this to be fixedDrove all the way across town to be told they do not have partsNO call in advance just show up and be told to come back next weekI am getting a run around because I am years oldDo not know if they should have even sold me the carNow I have to get it financed somewhere else and need a cosigner, so how could they get me financed?

We had the best experience tonight at The Sharpest Ride! We came in desperately needing a reliable vehicle and Chauncey hooked us up! He found a vehicle that was in our price range that we really likedWe were in and out with a new vehicle within a couple of hoursI highly recommend The Sharpest Rides!

I purchased a Toyota Ravwith 139,miles from Josh *** at this establishment in JanuaryThree months later, it has been in the shop timesI've already put $worth of repairs into it when the alternator died and needed a new wheel bearing, and now it's in the shop again weeks later needing a whole new ABS unit which I'm told will cost $I should have known from the appearance and company motto alone that this was a bad place to buy, but needed a good deal at the timeThis is appallingThe car repair shop said they have never seen a good car come from the Sharpest RidesHe said they purchase many flooded, damaged cars and fix them up just enough to get them on the road to sellI will be contacting the attorney general next about these disgusting business practices

I bought a used car with extended warranty and have had nothing but problems with the car It started out with transmission problems and now the car is leaking oil I took the car back to the ***est Rides and the service department kept it for a month and would not respond to us, unless we called them The Manager at the ***est Ride was unresponsive and said the problem was due to our negligence and will not fix the car and we should call the insurance company to have it fixed When we attempted to contact the owner and called for email addresses, the address that was given, always came back When I called to speak to a manager the person on the phone at the ***est Ride told me the problem with the car is because it was and old car and you can't expect it to be perfect My concern is the ***est Ride is selling extended warranties just to get the money and the warranties are not being honored The manager was speculating and cannot prove his allegations, and because of

I need to file a complaint on the sharpest ride I purchased A UPLANDER FROM THEM at the time of purchase the traction lite and abs lites were on I was told by the salesman *** that they would fix these cause it was a safety issue he then gave me a piece of paper saying they would fix it before I would buy it which I signed the paper it was what they would do before delivery he them ask for a check to hold the car gave him said there would hold till they fixed the car they cashed it right away 6weeks later we still did not have the car then he left me a message that they got the part on April 26th which I still have on my phoneAnd it should be fixed in a few days this car is for a elderly person who is disabled and is my father the salesman *** brought the car to my home for my father to sign the paper work while he was here he asked to see the paper work I signed he then took the paper work that said the car would be fixed before we would purchas

Terrible experienceThe Sharpest Rides wrote me an extended warranty on a vehicle I purchased there that ended up being null and void due to their error in paperwork, specifically dating the warranty contract wrongI ended up with over $5,in repairs that warranty should have covered that I was stuck with from their mistakeI gave them opportunity to make it right and the GM, Rob said they would not do anythingI tried to be reasonable and they did nothing to make it right

There guys are cheatsBack in they sold me Nissan Altima (which I still own), but suffering which had a major accident before the information appeared on Car Fax reportTo hide the accident they repainted the car, changed the wheelsI always had a doubt, but I realized after few years after showing to my mechanicCar always had alignment issues (always moves to one side)Never drove well in snow (No where close to how well other Altima drives in snow)The paint is comming off the car

Sharpest Rides WILL take advantage of you any way they canI understand they make you sign an "as-is" contract but they are scummy enough to omit crucial information, such as a leaky radiatorThey leave you in the dark as much as possible, potentially endangering their customers with potential explosions and failuresThey also can't even bother to send the paperwork to the DMV for registration before your temp tags run outThey didn't even give me the emissions voucher that I was entitled to after telling me my car was exemptGoing there is a party, but they blind you with flashy signage and take your money with no integrity

Attempting to write a very nice review regarding the service I received, however, access was denied on the website for the Sharpest AutomotiveI purchased my vehicle from the sales office down the street and have been maintaining the oil changes regularly for the last yearsI am so pleased with the process and the level of workmenship that's been provided on my BMW 328i!!

called them about a car for $17k they said we still have it, we also talked on the phone and every thing was going good, they said everything worked fine with the vehicle but when we drove hours to get there to look at the car the ac and other big things did not work and they were not going to pay to get it fixedwe also were going to trade a car in for the car $17k car but when they did not want to fix the $17k car we were going to go to another dealershipbut before we told them no, we went on a test drive In the car for $17k and the car we were gong to trade in was sitting in front and it was sitting there just fine and it was fine when we came back to the dealership after the test drive but when we told them no they took minutes to get our keys back and when we got to the car our tire was flattened

He promised me that the car would be great and no issues on the mechanical side of the carI started having problems almost immediatelyI drove the miles each way several timesThey had my vehicle for days and said all the issues we taken care ofMy car repeatedly loses power, it dies at random, loud noise coming from rearI now cant get an answer and customer service could use some work but I didn't really have a bad experience with the employeesThe problem I have is paying $for car that has some issues they weren't addressed and I'm disappointed that I was sold a car with so many issues that weren't resolved in the numerous days my car was there

I just want to let people know so they don't look at all the good Google reviews as I did and walking in there ready to trust the dealer and walk out with added expense that they can't afford for a car that doesn't work that they were told should work fineI asked the salesman who is everything with about a warranty twice and he went up with financing and blew it up both times and then he handed me over to another guy to help with the paperwork and that guy I asked him about warranty and he said again or make the price go up and it said that's fine so then he said you know this is new car and shouldn't have any problems you'd probably be better off going to the dealership straight from them instead made no move to fulfill my request to give me warranty on the car explain the way that the car was fine it's brand new and I should go to the dealership would be way cheaper and now I had the car a week at the most and I'm already looking at and $1,repair for the air conditioner I'm I feel like I'm getting ripped off how can this business say they care about their customers and treat people like this it's disgracefulIt's also hard to believe they didn't know about this because they told me directly about a Heater switch that needed to be fixed but didn't know about the huge catastrophic air conditioner problemThis is horrible how can you sell people cars that don't work with a clear conscience and go to sleep at night just fine I can't afford to fix this car I could barely for the down payment and buy this car and I'm scared there's other things wrong with it now tooI reached out several times to the sales person I dealt with and he keeps putting me off thanking me for my patience yet nothing happening he's just putting me offNow I have to drive from Colorado Springs over an hour to Denver after work in order to go try to find the owner or somebody who's able to hear me out and hopefully handle this with integrity and help me find some solution instead of selling me a car that within a week requires at least $1,worth of workI don't even understand how it's legal
