This issue began back in February of 2016.I am a single mother working fulltime and attending school fulltime.I requested to be put in a vehicle $10,or less to fit my budget.I worked with *** ***, who immediately advised me to go with a silver Pontiac Gas a buy here pay here deal that is non reporting to my credit.I was told the Pontiac was one of the lower costing vehicles that I could finance and quickly pay off and trade.I was also advised the other cars had check engine lights on and could be assured if I ever experienced a problem that I could easily bring it back.I put $cash down on this vehicle, and was told that I could finance the remaining $4,300.There were electrical problems with this carThe turning signals did not correspond with the wheel, the second front struts need to be replaced;there is a problem with the left and right tire rods and ball joints.The front end alignment was not set, fluids weren’t topped, there was a leak, and there wasn’t even a

I recently purchased a vehicle from The Sharpest RidesIt was used so I made an appointment to take it to a mechanic shortly after buying for an overall look through at everythingHowever, only TWO days after purchase the check engine light came onHoping it was something minor I waited until my upcoming mechanic appointmentThe bill was $and did not get fixed, the estimated repair cost is $2,The sad news is that the mechanic was able to determine that someone had recently been in this area of the car checking the same thingNot only was the dealership aware of the problem and did not want to pay the money to fix it, they restarted the check engine light so that it would not come on during test drive

Hoodwinked from the very startHelmi text me the car was clean had one scratch When I got there it had total hail damage A man identified as the owner told me he would sell me the car at a lesser price When we went to make the deal Helmi wouldn’t honor that price nor would the managerTo top it all off when I got there my car had no warning lights on but when I left the check engine light was onI don’t know what they did to my car but don’t trust them!! I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, from new high end to CraigslistI've learned that usually when you enter a used car lot you are entering a war zone and your are the target, normally after several hours you leave feeling pounced on, beat up and angry, I was shocked and amazed to find that The Sharpest Rides was totally differentThey made me a fair offer, didn't play the usual gameseven sent me to their mechanic immediately when I had a concern about the carturned out to be a noisy hubcapBut still they took the time to put me at ease with my purchaseThey even allowed me to sleep on the offer and come back the next dayI would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing an affordable used carI especially was impressed with the teamI worked with Chauncy, Moose, Jessie, Robert and RayEach one was just as patient, and reassuring as the nextI've read some reviews on-line that were not so complimentary, But I'm here to tell you I would give these men and this dealership my highest vote of confidence

First off this dealership is a complete joke I found a Camaro on there site that I liked and was interested inSo I called and was connected by rep by the name of Nick He took all my information and I applied for the vehicleAfter being told that I was approved and to come down I was acknowledged that the vehicle I applied for was already soldSo I took a hit on my credit for nothing on a vehicle that was already sold anyways nick advised me there were other Camaro and to see if I was interested in we found another Camaro we like and appliedat this point nick told me he could get me approved again but the down payment would be higherlets keep in mind I was already approved for a vehicle at the same price ?? why would the down payment be more for something the same price ? at this point we had been dealing with sharpest rides for days now and no deal just run arounds to get me to agree to higher down payment Very pushy sales and they lie to youHe jumped from a down payment of 2k up to 5K down for a vehicle that honestly wasn't worth itI was offered a way better deal from a different dealership on a way better vehicle for less then 1k down and 8% interest when they wanted 5k down on 18% interest Are they actually running credit or just making up deals in there head? They are just looking to take advantage and hustle off bad cars Go to a more professional reliable dealership a spend your hard earned money

I purchased a Mercedes Sfrom these guys and a week after I bought it the car broke downI was also told repeatedly during the purchase of the car that my warranty was refundable by not only the sales person but also the guy who handles the warrantiesTurns out, I call to find out how to get my warranty cancelled and refunded and the sales guy not only pulls my credit without permission AT ALL but claims he is the "only person capable of helping with my warranty" but I have to buy another car through him otherwise the warranty just stays how it isI cannot believe these people are in business still

The only reason I'm putting a one star is because I have to select something When we first walked in a salesperson approached us seemed nice and helpful Very crowded carlot but hey it seemed to just have great business We found the car we were looking for and sat down for financing, Again everything seemed great We traded in our tahoe which we were upfront about as far as its condition, they said they could only give us $and pay off the remaining balance which was around $and they would tow the truck back to the carlot from Northglenn He even got us a better APRThan the nightmares began We received the keys and THEN were told that we had to take care of the towing of the trade in Next day the car started to shake a little bit and had a grinding noise I called the sales manager and we discussed the towing issue which he was understanding enough to realize we were mislead and he ended up taking care of the tow Now my issue was the noise of this car It is a Impala which should be in great shape so I thought I talked with the service manager and he agreed that they did not want to sell us a problem car and they would fix it Took it in and it got worse No calls, no follow ups, I had to miss work because service is not open on weekends I would call for status, they couldn;t even find who was working on my carI had to go back to pick it up finally because I need to go to work and they said they would call me the next day to set up an appt to bring it back to fix itSurprise Surprise, no call I have heard great things about this place but my encounter was the worse I do not recommend this place to ANYONE! I hope they make it right...I just want what I paid for, a nice working car that I can depend on

I purchased a car from this dealership back in July At the end of August 2017, I started experiencing problems with the carI took it to shops and got the same diagnostic So since I didnt have the car for long I assumed the dealership that I thought was great, ended up giving me the hardest timeThey didn't check either diagnostics and tried to tell me the problem with the car was caused by meA problem with the head gasketsomething that would have caused the car not to moveLet alone be able for me to drive it back to their dealershipI recived no phone calls about them not fixing itI went almost a week without a car and had to get my daughter to school and myself to work across town, I let them know this and they showed no sympathy This is the worst place I've ever had to deal withThe staff and the owner are all horrible peopleTaking advantage of families and stealing their money

This is the easiest, most amazing dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working withDaniel Lstayed patient with my ever changing mind and got me into a car I love even with my less than stellar credit! I can’t say enough good things about this dealership!

Only on problem I have with the Sharpest Rides is, I only received key!! I paid thousand for a car from them and they can't by a extra key because it's gonna cost them $200.00! Cheap *** Owner MrSharp!!!
