Brandon and Helmi are seriously the most helpful people I’ve ever metAfter being jaded by other dealerships that don’t care about you, working with Brandon and Helmi was the most painless and honest process I’ve ever been throughIf you need help with a car, please come see them

The stars are for the quality and prices of their vehicles, the service we received from Amman & Roger, and the follow up by Amman a week laterWe buy vehicles often, and the vehicles at The Sharpest Rides not only look better, they also run/handle betterThe prices really are much lower, including the dealer handling feeWe were looking for a specific model vehicle, and they not only had 3, but all were in better shape than others we had looked atAmman was the main person helping us, and there was not a hint of the car sales push from himHe answered all of the questions we had, and stayed in touch with us while our bank processed paperworkAlso, his great personality made the experience very enjoyableAfter buying the vehicle, Amman followed up with us to see how things were goingwe have never had a car dealer do that beforeI would highly recommend The Sharpest Rides to anyoneIt was a great experience, and even the managers are real people you can have an enjoyable conversation withNext time around they will be the first place we go when looking for a vehicle

I purchased a vehicle from the Sharpest Rides in May and began wondering why I noticed the check engine light on in July of The Sharpest Rides provided me with my emissions test and I researched the coding provided on the Failed emissions test that they originally provided meI noticed COcoding on the emissions test and went to their auto repair shop and notified them of the codingThey told me to drop it off to them for a couple of days so that they could look at itThey contacted me back notifying me that they were unsure why the check engine light was on, but in order to look into it further there will be fees associatedI told them that there shouldn’t be fees to repair my vehicle that still had temp tags on it with a failed emissions test that the business provided me on the day of purchaseThey specified that I had the “old” emissions test and not the new and updated emissions documentI received a copy of the new emissions test that specified PASS instead of F

I am writing to get my frustrations heard! I have complained to the dealership about how unprofessional I have been treated, and It goes in one ear, and out the other! I purchased a Hyundai on June 19thI was quoted a price, signed paperwork, and left with the car that dayOne week later I started getting calls that I needed to go back into the dealership, that they needed to do another signing because my payment went downI spoke with the salesman, told him I would be there the next day to sign my paperwork and he stated that he was going to have everything ready for me the next day....next day came, I drove all the way from Brighton and guess what? My papers were not ready, and to top it off the finance person wasn't there to help me outI then left that day, and set up another day the following couple days....I get there couple days later after being asked numerous times by the salesman that I had already made plans to meet with only to sit for another hour waiting for my paperwork to be printed...He assured me that the paperwork would be ready to go, and....it wasn't! So, I sat patiently with my mom after both of us had just left workI get to the finance dept and that's when they dropped a real doozy on me and informed me that they decided to go with another bank, therefore my payments were going upNOBODY had called me to inform me of any of this!!! Banks were being tossed around, payments were being made without consulting with me first, and they were okay with thisMy interest rate changed from the original 9% to 11.9%....again, NO communication regarding these changesI had the salesman lie to me regarding my payments, and financingThe unprofessionalism, and non-communication has made me dislike my car purchaseIf I had know all this, I would have taken my business elsewhereI feel unhappy, and really resent driving this car nowIt has definitely changed my view of The Sharpest RidesThe worst part about this, is the fact that nobody cared to apologize about this whole ordealNot to mention that I asked the salesman to look at my passenger side door, as It was not opening correctly...the salesman came out, sat in the passenger side, and said...oh, it has a dent...it will fix itself! WOW!!!!!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE PEOPLE I JAVE EVER DEALT WITHLIARS, AND SCAM ARTISTS THE SHARPEST RIDES NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD! DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES, ADVERTISING, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, CARS LOOK NICE BUT BREAK DOWN WITHIN A WEEK OF DRIVING IT OFF THE LOT, THEY PULLED MY CREDIT AND NEVER SUBMITTED MY APPLICATION TO THE BANK, I ASKED THEM TO REMOVE THEIR INQUIRY OFF MY CREDIT REPORT AND THE GUY REFUSED TO DO SO UNLESS I WROTE THEM A LETTERACCOTDING TO FDCPA LAWSA VERBAL DISPUTE IS A VALID DISPUTE AND THEY MUST TREAT IT AS A WRITTEN DISPUTEFCRA LAWS REQUIRE CREDITORS TO REMOVE INACCURATE DATA OFF MY CREDIT REPORTI HAVE A HARD INQUIRY ON MY CREDIT REPORT THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF SINCE THEY DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FINANCE ME WITH A BANKTHEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS REGARDING THE STATUS OF MY APPTHE GUY I SPOKE TO SAID THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO HELP ME, WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGERTHEN HE TRIED PULLING UP MY APP AND SAID WHEN I HA

Having owned a construction business for years, I have made a lot of equipment and vehicle purchases I've had transactions with Cat, John Deer, Ford, and countless others I ended up here with my son, looking for his first vehicle having just turned The first thing that stuck me was the huge selection of used car and the overall general condition of most While all used cars are used, I believe they are very selective in what they inventoryI was immediately greeted by Helmi *** who took the time to listen and understand our limited budget and extensive wish list Helmi is definitely NOT a used car salesman, although technically he is He was professional, resourceful, knowledgeable and in general a great guy to work with The best part is his straight forward attitudeI believe we good a great car and a very fair and reasonable price Helmi and his team (Roger ***) made the process an awesome experience

Hi
My name is *** ***, I am years old and have lived in *** now for over years with my year old daughterI am writing this letter out of pure desperation and in the hope that someone will help me seek retribution from The Sharpest Rides auto dealership and Royal Administration Warranty Services for selling me a defective vehicle with a pre-existing condition and a fraudulent extended warranty to cover the vehicle in the event of a break downThe defective *** *** ** did break down on me on January 3, 2017, less than months after I purchased the vehicle and after several calls and attempts to have the service department at the Sharpest Rides inspect my concerns of extreme oil consumption and leaksBetween the Sharpest Rides and the Extended Warranty Company (both in cahoots with one another) the process was dragged out and I was without my vehicle until July 20th, that is monthsThat was months of trying to get to work, go to the store, my daughter to sc

Amazing, honest car dealer! These guys have helped me so much, I have personally purchased vehicles from the sharpest rides and have helped my friends and family purchase over another vehicles from themThats vehicles I have personally helped remove from thier lot and every single deal and car has been perfect for us and we are very picky car peopleBrandon, Helmi, Matt r, and Chris *** thank you from the bottom of my heart

Roughly hours after purchase the car wouldn’t start, it’s a year old car so I figured it was the battery, got a jump and went to the parts store where they confirmed the battery was badI called the dealership and they told me to bring it right back for a battery swap, however, on the way to the dealership the A/C system started making a vibrating sound behind the dash and was not pumping out air as it did during the test drives
Upon arrival to the dealership on Monday they asked me to return first thing Tuesday, 6/12, and they would have it done THAT DAYI dropped off the car at 8am and was told it would be done that day and I would have an update in the afternoon*I have screenshots with texts and time stamps*As I was inquiring about my vehicle the only response I was getting was “I got youI will find out now” but no follow through~3:45p rolls around, roughly an hour before they close, I call for an update again hearing “I got you.” I let it go…Wednesday, 6/13, I wait

I bought a car from The Sharpest rides under the signed and agreed upon condition that they would replace the steering wheel column as it was locked in the lowest settingI had to push and push to schedule a service date and it was as if they tried to avoid scheduling the service all together! The date of service arrived so I took the car into the shopThe tech made me fill out the invoice details and when I told him, "I'm not a mechanic how do I know what to write here" and he didn't even look away from his magazine as he responded, "Just do the best you can"I filled it out the best I could and they took the carminutes later they said that they had to order the part and they would call me when the part was at the shopThey also raised the wheel up to its highest setting
Two weeks went by and I received no call from them so I decided to post a well thought out star review for their shop on GoogleA couple days after I posted the review I received a call from the servic

If it was possible, I would rate this business a zero starCustomer service is horribleThey all are a bunch of liarsI spent over half a day at the dealer once I decided what vehicle to purchase because I needed to talk to the financial manager in order to buy the vehicleWhen filling out the paperwork, I was told I could choose not to get any after-market warranty on the vehicle, but when I met the FINANCIAL MANAGER to sign the purchase papers as well as the pink slip, he said I had to buy the after-market warranty in oder to buy the vehicleHe also said I could op-out of that warranty within monthsWhen I called to cancel the warranty, I was told that those kinds of warranties are canceled only by the dealer and that I had to write a letter stating my decisionWhen I called the dealer, they said that that warranty was NOT cancellableA few months later I found out my vehicle had computer problemsTo diagnose these kind of problems, you're looking at least $worth of test plus however many to fix the problem which could well be over $2,to startDo not buy at this dealership, they are full of lies and they sell only to enlarged their pocketsDo not trust this business and if possible avoid any business with the shapest rides

The Sharpest Rides is probably the WORST dealership that I have ever worked withEveryone has a fear of being taken advantage of when purchasing a car...well they definitely have mastered that and made my nightmare come trueI would NOT recommend going here to ANYONE! They really leeward us in with how much more they were giving us for our trade in than other dealershipsLittle did we know that they would take advantage of us going forwardWe had to come down a total of times to the dealership because they couldn't get the correct paperwork signed, their service team failed to fix our auto when they were supposed to (they kept our auto for days) and they have yet to give us our spare tire and jack that is in our written agreementThe first time I came down to sign my paperwork, they were so busy that the general sales manager Luis stepped in and Ran me through the paperworkI am a person who is thorough and asks lots of questionsEvery time I asked a question Luis was not happy to answer it...not to mention UNEDUCATED!!! He stated several things to us that we later found to be UNTRUE! He lied to us about several things, including things that we signedOh and he didn't even get all of the paperwork signed (which is why we had to go back down again)To the owners...Kevin and John, hire someone with some ethics and integrity because it is a direct reflection on you and your shop!
I would like to recognize two people that we did encounter that were very nice and helpful John S in financing (this is when we actually dealt with a real finance manager who knew what he was doing and did it correctly) and Gandhy who was there to sit with us while we waited and was the middle man through our experienceSome serious changes need to be made at this dealership, starting with learning some ethics and integrity

The sales experience wasn't that great, the service post-sales started off shaky, but the service department came through in the end (went above and beyond)Had in mind to look at four cars they had advertised but ended up looking at seven and test driving four before settling on oneThe whole buying process took around five hours with a lot of time expended in our own internal debating, but it apparently put off our sales representative (didn't get the feeling he'd care for return business)At the time of the sale there were only two minor due outs, but we discovered two issues on the drive home-- the brakes were squeaking and the right side would only blow cold airI called the service department immediately the next morning and, after a short conversation, was given a diagnostic appointment the following Monday (six days from purchase from an originally offered twenty)The diagnostics took four hours-- which seemed excessive -- but I was told the dealer was going to replace the heater core in addition to front/back rotors and break padsThe whole repair process was said to take approximately two to three days to include taking care of the two "due outs." I rented a car for interim transportation and was annoyed when I found out that the work had not started until the third day despite having had the parts the entire timeI was more annoyed when I was told the work could not be completed until the next weekWith manager intervention, I was promised the repairs would be completed on the fifth dayThey were true to the last word and even provided more than what was due (a new windshield as opposed to a chip repair and a free oil change)I am very satisfied with the outcome but I don't believe it should have taken this much communications "rigor" to attain

I BOUGHT A *** *** ON MAY FROM SHARPEST RIDES DEALERSHIP AND BEFORE I MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT THE WHOLE STEERING ASSEMBLY FAILED I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS FALLS UNDER THE POINT INSPECTION THAT IS FEDERALLY BY LAW MUST BE ADHERED TO BY ALL DEALERSHIPS THAT SELL USED CARS UNDER THE LEMON LAW ACT HAD THIS STEERING ASSEMBLY GONE OUT WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE IT WOULD HAVE KILLED ME AND ANYONE ELSE ON THE ROAD I FEEL THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT PERFORM THE MANDATORY POINT INSPECTION TO THE LEVEL REQUIRED BY LAWA CERTIFIED MECHANIC WHO LOOKED AT THE DAMAGE SAID THIS WAS ON GOING FOR QUITE A LONG TIME AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN NOTICED BY THE DEALERSHIP'S SERVICE DEPARTMENT MY LOAN COMPANY ARE IN AGREEMENT THAT THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM COVERING ALL THE COSTS, BUT THE DEALERSHIP REFUSE TO DO SO I FACE $PLUS IF I WERE TO REPAIR THE TRUCK MYSELF, I AM OUT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE TRUCK IS PARKED, AND UNUSEABLE WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A VEH
