They are super responsive and helpful up until you get signed on and pay for their generic services. Paid $1850 for website + 3 facebook posts per week for a year. They do not personalize anything. Website could have been for any electrical contracting company. They posted the same stock photo for the FB posts, when they actually would post them. The wording with the photo was written by someone who's English is their second language. Generic three-word posts at best. They went ahead and renewed my contract without permission a year later - Earlier than they were supposed to. I didn't even have a chance to tell them I didn't want to renew. They charged my credit card 1750.00. Called and asked for refund, they said I could have one, but they would have to call me back when the supervisor wasn't busy. No one ever called me back. Instead of wasting time and keep trying to get it sorted out with them directly, I disputed the charge and got my money back that way. Now I am fighting with them to transfer rights for my domain and hosting. The person in charge of my account is always out to lunch and never calls me back. I am always on hold for at least an hour every time I call. I am on hold with them right now writing this review because I know I'll have time to write it. These people are a generic joke. BUSINESS OWNERS PAY ATTENTION. DO YOUR RESEARCH WHEN YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A WEBSITE BUILDER AND CONTENT PROVIDER. YOU CAN GET VERIFIED ON GOOGLE YOURSELF, YOU DO NOT NEED THESE GUYS TO DO SO.

These guys are spam and scam thugs. They call several times a day, with spoofed phone numbers so you can't call back. They don't care that you are on the Do Not Call list. They just keep calling. Total scammers. I mean have you seen their Social Media reviews? Stay away from them!

Vicky from brand rep and anyone I have ever spoken to has always been more than helpful! I love working with them. I have tried other companies before and Brandrep has by far been the most cost effective and had the best customer service. Justin signed me up and has been there for me since day one. Vicky helped me this time around and answered every question in a timely manner. She was sincere and polite. I will never do business with anyone else.

These are the people constantly placing spam calls to update your google listing. No matter how many times I have pressed the button to be placed on the do not call list and even spoke with a representative and told them to place us on the do not call list, they continue to call. It's been well over 2 years of these calls and I am considering legal action if it does not stop soon.

What a joke. Promised to accurately list my business on several directory sites to help with SEO optimization. Also promised to build a landing page to manage interest. I run a swimming pool company and they put a picture of a tomato sandwich on the landing page. I had to complain to get that changed. Almost every directory they listed me on now has incorrect information including incorrect hours, pictures of a jungle and listing me on Facebook as an amusement park (Seriously!) Now and I am having to manually correct their mistakes. Some of the directories are locked with the platform that they used. They appear to be using YEXT to manage the directories. I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

I wanted make it easier for home buyers in Edmonton to find me...... So I signed up for the BrandRep SEO program; I was told that it may take up to 90 days to get my company to the first page of google. I cannot even FIND myself on Google, when going back 100 pages... THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM... After I called them they said "THE KEYWORDS ONLY WORK IF YOU PUT IN YOUR POSTAL CODE" so anyone searching would need to search "REAL ESTATE" plus "T5H 3P9". Are you serious? Who is going to write a random postal code that they have no idea what it even is? AFTER 18 MONTHS and $5000.00 Canadian dollars wasted I received nothing from them. No higher ranking on google. No website visits. Nothing!

I asked them show me how I moved up. Show me where I am on google after 18 months and $5000, Their response was "it takes time"

How can a company hide behind the "it takes time" excuse after 18 months?!

I was defrauded by BrandRep and their deceitful salespeople.

There customer service phone number has been disconnected. Signed up 3 months ago, no results at all. I think they went out of business and I am set up for automatic withdrawal. I think i’m Screwed. Any help finding them would be appreciated.

I Have been with Brand rep for almost 5 years, they have handled all aspects of my advertising, my representative Miss Jacqueline *** always goes over and above all my expectations,Very professional and courteous.

Like many other 1-star reviews left here, our business was also swindled by the promise of SEO optimization and website visibility by BrandRep. Our company has paid for their "services" far too long to see no tangible results. I have been working for our company over a year as the Marketing Director and have seen no evidence of optimization because of the efforts of this company. In fact, they are running a 'ghost site' (their terms) with our old company name that we have been trying to take down (as it has a #3 listing when people search for our new company name) with no success. Even after my boss put my name on the contract as a decision-maker, any attempt to work with this business and ask questions has resulted in a dead end.
Thankfully, I managed to take over ownership of my Google My Business listing by requesting to resubmit verification to my business's address so that I can actually work on improving my business's listing without being impeded by BrandRep. The fact that they were resistant to work with a person hired for marketing led me to believe that they are predatory towards businesses that are not internet-savvy and do not provide the results offered in their sales pitch.
Worst of all, we have only cancelled our services with them at the end of Nov 2019 and they are already sending calls trying to reach our Vice President (who is elderly) in an attempt to have him resubscribe to their company. I recommend researching more localized SEO/website assistance if you really need help developing a website or *** Listing.

I have REPEATEDLY told the rep on the phone to remove my phone number. I received multiple calls on my business phone during the week to update or confirm my Google listing. The rep says they are contracted and working for Google to do this work, but Google claims they are not. I still receive phone calls after requested they stop.

I highly recommend BrandRep they’ve helped my business grow by getting my website and services I offer noticed. I’ve been with them for several years now. Great company to work with. Friendly customer service has been very easy to do business with.
