Attentive, on top of things, and reliable. Brand Rep has contacted us regularly to keep up with our business and it's really helped us stay relevant on the internet. We definitely don't know how to provide the service to ourselves, and Brand Rep makes it easy and affordable to keep it out of our minds, but keep us engaged online.

Dear Revdex.com & Brandrep,
I own CTC ElectricalContracting Inc. (CTC) in Washington State and hired Brand Rep to be CTC's SEO approximately 3 years ago.
The Main reason CTC agreed to hire Brandrep was the FACT that Brand Rep gave CTC a money back guarantee if Brandrep did NOT get & continue to keep CTC on Googles First page.

*Simply Put, CTC/I want a full refund, as guaranteed by Brandrep's warranty, based on the following:
Fact ~ Approximately 3 Years Ago, when Brandrep was initially hired by CTC, CTC's Address was ***.
Fact ~ Approximately 2 Years Ago CTC moved and requested Brand Rep Change CTC's address to ***.
Fact ~ Approximately 4 Months Ago CTC Moved and requested Brand Rep Change CTC's address to ***.

CTC should get a FULL Refund for ALL Monthly Payments since, from the onset, Services were never provided:
Please see attached photo of CTC's Google listings Address still being listed at *** up until 3/17/2018
*This is the first Address that Brand Rep was given for CTC and CTC moved from that address over 2 years ago & Brand Rep does NOT even have CTC's Google listing in the Correct Town? Let alone the fact Brand Rep has CTC doing business on Google some 200 miles away!

In Short, It is worse for an electrical contractor to be listed in the wrong town some 200 miles away, than to not even be listed on Google. CTC is a direct service based company so Brand Rep's Services Provided, Listing CTC in the wrong town on Google, actually cost CTC business, Time, and Money by diverting any potential customers, in the Spokane area, to other Electrical Contractors given CTC's Google listing address had CTC's Service area 200 miles away in another town.

To the Point, Whether Brand Reps Services were just plan incompetency or the result of direct sabotage, I got ownership out of Brand Rep's name yesterday & I changed CTC's Address & Town.

The first address we started with was a USPS location, which is always a challenge with Google, but we were able to get you successfully verified in this location. Throughout our history, there were some payment failures that stopped the work, multiple changes to address as you discussed, which can always be a challenge with Google. From the notes I see on your file, we did accommodate these requests in a timely matter for you when requested. Even when you requested the Google Business Listing from us which is a crucial piece of the optimization process.

When it comes to our Guarantee, We provide a work for free guarantee which states: If you are not ranking on at least 2 keywords on the first page of Google within 90 days we will work for free until we can achieve these results. We did accomplish this multiple times for you in your local area throughout our term. Now that you have acquired the listing, the services we provided will fall off in time. Unfortunately we do not provide a money back guarantee for 3 years of service. But we always do our best to accommodate our customers requests as we feel there was value provided to your business, even with the challenges on your account from the start. That being said, we are still willing to work on a fair resolution for you. Please contact me and we will see how we can help.

This company will do just about nothing for you but will charge a pretty penny. The amount of work they do cannot be more than 5-10 minutes, tops, and has little to no actual effect on your ranking.
Complete waste of money, which is extremely frustrating for small businesses that are sometimes on the edge of survival (as I have been). These guys are sm.

I’ve been using BrandRep since I open my store. Thanks to BrandRep I’ve been able to make my business visible on google, which allow my business to grow. BrandRep’s customer service is fast and friendly and ready to answer any question you have. If you want your business to grow BrandRep is the way to go .

signed up 11/13/17 they contacted me on a/13/ 18 said I was moving up on the google account , I did talk to sales rep on the first contact an explained why this would not work in my rural area because all the towns around here were so small anywhere from 60low end to 3300 or so but most in the 600 or so range the sales rep assured me that it would be taken care of we spent hour or so going through the zip codes we needed to include. was contacted 1/13/18 to reset password an again on 1/16/ a8 it did take this time , during this period they contacted me again by phone an lowered the rate to $149.00 I started checkin goolge listing but only showed up on the town of orchard aprox 300 people. called again they said it would take some time to get it listed on the various sites wait it out .. I did this cause of the 90 free guarantee they talked about. I have not had one call or inquirey, the company says well it is for only one town,, that is NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD . FOR THE MONEY I HAVE PAID THEM I COULD HAVE HIRED SOMEONE TO WALK AROUND TO EACH HOME AN PERSONALY VISIT EACH ONE ONCE A WEEK . they are not telling the truth an or explaining their service to the custumers correctly at all. I would never sign up for one town in my area have been in business for 40 plus years I know what I am dealing with as far as population goes here. I want my money back no more an no less

they did contact me an now want till may 25 th or so to try to resolve this I did listen and still will listen but I will not remove this complaint until the issue is resolved so will wait an see what they can do end of may denny

I love BrandRep they have taken my google listing off my plate and now its #1 all the time. Also my website is on first page of google at a very reasonable price. I was doing my google listing myself and was pretty good at it. My listing would move from 1st to 5th to 10th back to 1st all the time but it was so much time and effort to keep it there. Thanks BrandRep for freeing up my time and doing a better job then me!!

BrandRep promised my web client excellent search ratings and a wonderful website, neither of which he got. So my client hired me to get him excellent search ratings and a nice website, which I am doing, but I am hindered by the fact that BrandRep has a not very good website out there for him, as well as a Google Maps listing that is not correct. I requested a transfer of the domain from BrandRep so I can fix this client's website but BrandRep refuses to answer my requests for the domain unlock or auth code, and they refuse to answer my client's phone calls. My client paid them $500 a month for this terrible service. Do NOT hire this company if you value your advertizing dollar. They will actually ruin your reputation, not enhance it. I have complaints in with the domain registrar as well as the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, which BrandRep needs to be approved through to even register a .ca domain.

I got a contact with this company on September 24, 2017 to now January 30, 2018 my business still not show up on google, I call them to get my money back about 4 time already but they don’t want to refund my money!

This company spam calls me multiple times a day despite me telling them they have the wrong number and I don't own a business 2 separate times. Each time, they immediately hung up on me and called back later that same day!

Great Customer service thanks Mark Wright for taking the time to explain things for me.

I get almost 100 calls from these guys a year. Its rather crazy how much they call me to a point of harassment. I have asked them not to call and I have put my number on do not call list and they still call. One time they tried to tell me they were google.I knew it to be a lie. Even today they tried to sell me a 300 a month package but I told them again, please stop harassing me. They dont care. The next day they call again.

In November 2016 I gave these guys my hard earned money. It's over a year later and they have provided literally nothing!

Awesome costumer service am very happy to be with Brandrep Mark has been helping me with our business, he not only helps by explaining exactly what he's offering, but he also listens to our concerns and gives us advice on what els we can do to grow on the web, definitely would recommend them.

I hired his company because I needed help when my business moved to a new address and *** map was still showing the old location. They claimed they would fix this immediately. I’ve been paying $495 for 12 months and this has not been corrected. They have taken ownership over my *** page so I have NO access. I need to change my business hours and am NOT allowed to because I don’t have access to my own business *** page! I have called and sent emails requesting they give me access. Their only concern is that I have another month of $495 due. I have not asked for any money back or to cancel the contract, IF they would get their name off my *** page as owner and put me back on. They do not answer my calls or emails.
