BrandRep has been a fair company to work with. They have taken the time to explain to me and show me the end results of their work. I feel that with Mark at BrandRep personally handling my business he will continue to guide me and add value to my company. BrandRep has done what they said they would do and has done it well.

I have been with Brand Rep for approximately over a year or so now and I use them for my online exposure & marketing needs. Since I have used them, they have good customer service, but what I like the best is they always follow-up with me to ensure I don't have any questions and that I know how to use my resources they provide me with. They have good pricing also with good packages that fits everyone's budget!

These stupid is call my phone non-stop daily, I told them I wasn't interested and yet they still continue to call ! Very UN-professional, they can even get together the lies of who keeps blowing up my line! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY !

Spamming with robo callers... I get calls from companies like this every day, even though I'm on a do not call list!
Rude customer service when you ask real questions. Asked them what their company does? Ask them how they got your phone number? Then ask them if they realize the number they are calling is on a national do not call list. Ask them other real good questions? Then talk to them while looking them up online. They'll get defensive. Then they'll hang up on you...

Very poor service and not worth the money. I agreed to sign up for 3 months of service from Brand Rep for SEO. They misspelled my company's name on several sites (Yelp etc) and have not responded to my emails to correct it. They charged me for a 4th month, even though I had only agreed to sign up for 4 months. They required that I give up Primary Ownership of my Google My Business account and then they changed my company name to the misspelled version that is clearly not the name listed on my website. This company has been a waste of money and time.

I've been working with BrandRep for a year and they never disappoint! I work in the beauty industry and competition is huge. Thanks to BrandRep my listing is on the front page already and I'm among the businesses that have been around for years. Mark is good at his job,he gave me a great advice and helped me to build clientele. I'm very thankful.

Brand Rep. What can I says that hasn't already been said about brand rep. I believed I was scammed, one reason I signed up was the part about a Google partner. I paid $400.00 per month for two months and got nothing no sales and maybe one or two people who may have used the key words. If you see the name Brand Rep run the other way. You can't scam people and get a way with it. I am going to contact Google and see if they are associated with Google then I will talk to the credit card company. Scammed in Canada ay. No stars From me.

after Talking with a guy name Brain he transfer me to another guy that try to charge me 1200 for a year for google business listing

Any company that use a robocall is not a legit company.

This business is an absolute fraud. DO NOT USE. We paid them $1200 for a year of SEO and they promised we would be on the first page of Google within 3 months. WHAT A JOKE. They couldn't even get us verified on Google even though they are "partners with Google" and "SEO experts." After a month of complaints, they finally agreed to give us a refund - BUT only a partial refund of $800 something dollars. So they kept approximately $600 for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR 3 MONTHS.

I started my own business about 8 months ago. After opening up my first business I would get calls, emails, and mail from different companies all wanting my business to help market me and my brand. One of those companies was BrandRep. I looked at some of their reviews and it seemed like a ok business. Plus I really needed the help to get my business out into the online world. They promised me that my business would be on the first page of google is less then 90 days. Also I really like that it was short term contract, and less money then everyone else wanted. I gave them 3 months of my time and money, and didn't see much improvement, and then 3 more because they started this new review program that they badgered me into signing up for saying it would make all the difference in the world. I asked my clients to leave me some reviews all over the internet, and they did. I still have not seen any new results from BrandRep. I called them voicing my concerns and explaining that I am a SMALL business. What I paying them it to help my business, and it hasn't. That difference that I am paying can brake my business and my family. Two of their employees said there was nothing I could really do and that I would just have to wait and see when things would happen. Now its been 5 months since I was sucking into the scam of BrandRep and still nothing. They will promise you anything you want to hear, but wont deliver on their promises. It would be nice to find a company that's puts a fraction of the work I do into my company, especially when I paying for that service. Beware of BrandRep, they don't care about you or your business, just the money you pay them every month.
