They proactively reached-out to my business to offer online marketing services. The sales-pitch was interesting, but the conversation wasn't the same after I hired them...

- They promised to be on first page of Google within 3months; they didn't deliver.
- They promised to streamline my online presence within 2weeks: they didn't deliver.
- Follow-up emails on the progress of the job stays un-answered.
- Try to talk to someone to complain: Phone line gets dropped (happened 4 times...)

The only thing they delivered-on was taking my money at the right date every-month.

==> Now that seems like a pretty good business model... They are selling a service for which they can't guaranty will be done. Then making the client sign a document that basically says that you have to pay, no matter what. The fact that the service sold is not acted upon from the company doesn't give you right to get reimbursed??
Is that even legal? If it is, I definitly am in the wrong business.

Yes, you can still go to small claims court; but it will cost you about 600$ in court fees to get back the 500$ you have already given to the company...

I paid for three months to show up on page 1 of Google. My ad is not there. The three months is not up. I want my money back!

This people are a bunch crooks!!! They lied about everything and them they try to steel your google business page!! I wish I would have read reviews on them first before making the mistak.How is it that this company has 4.5 stars this company is a scam from the get go how is this possible all they do is sell you a dream take your money and you can’t prove it that they didn’t do anything this company should be criminally charged.

I paid these people $1,800. They guaranteed I'd be on the first page of Google rankings. I have 10 key words and I don't show up for any of them! Now they want to charge me more money to "maintain" my wonderful standing!!! HA ha!

This place is a total scam! The representative will come off like they care about your business and really want to help you prosper in your business. It’s all talk! They talk a good game! First they offer you a higher plan and when you tell them no they go lower in price. They guarantee you that you will be on google, bing, etc and to use key words blah blah blah! I’m very upset that I paid them 100.00 a month and was stuck in a three month contract with them! I couldn’t wait until my contract was up! I will never trust a marketing company again! They are so misleading! I’m a stay at home mom trying to get my home business off the ground and I express that to them so my money is limited! I feel so scammed I only received two calls from someone researching my business the entire three months! If your gut tell you to say no to them please go with your gut I should’ve! Also the web team sucks! I called several times complaining about what they didn’t add! Then after you cancel them they will take the website away in which I already had a website before I signed up with them! The people will give you their extensions numbers and everything and you will never get in contact with the people who scammed you into signing up! This company is full of st! They are not a known company they only called because I was already on google they are just taking people’s money!! This company needs to go far away and crash somewhere!

This company keeps calling me pretending they are *** after I told them to remove me from their calling list, I get at least 2 calls daily sometimes four

I used Brand Rep for a couple years. There service was fine. I no longer needed them so I canceled my service. They created an account on Google my Buisness, which is free to all. I went in to set myself up as the primary owner of Google my Business. I can not because they established themselves as primary owner. They will not change it for me. I am afraid they will cancel my account since I am no longer using them. I have put pictures and set up information that I would hate to see erased. I want to be the primary owner of Google My Business account not Brand Rep.

The incompetent scammers at Brandrep took down my businesses website after 3 months after I paid around $500. They claimed that if I canceled after 3 months, my website would still be up (just not on the first page) but after I canceled, my website stopped working. I called and they said that I had to pay $20 a month to keep it up WHICH THEY DIDNT EXPLAIN THE FIRST TIME AROUND.

I usually do not review companies online, but this needed to be the exception. I'd recommend you to search for a different company, BrandRep call you and email you upon the point you pay for the service and when you are due to renew, other than that, no communication, no help, no results, nothing positive from this company. They told me I had to make them primary owner and took over my google business page that I set up a while back which they had nothing to do with and now I cant even manage my own account. I've been trying to get it back but they keep on emailing me with an automatic response that someone will contact me shortly, so far I' been waiting for that call several months.

Company says they will provide a service and has not done so and when I asked for a refund and cancel I was refused a refund. Company has not met there agreement and and will not do anything

We are a small, woman-owned, cleaning business just starting up in Utah, New Leaf Cleaning Services, LLC. They helped us develop a website and are improving our imprint in Google. We are struggling with the type of niche we are in for the smaller areas outside of Salt Lake City, but with their help and low prices we have been able to get our name out there and with the website, more credibility. The people have been great to work with, especially Mark Wright. We had hit a lull and had some family medical issues and they were willing to work with us and not continue overcharging with fees and unexplained charges. I strongly recommend them.

Brand Rep has definitely helped my company to get out there to be seen as far as online. I ask my customers where they heard about me from and the majority of there answers have been online. Good company to do business with it you want to grow.

I have been using brand rep for 2 months now and I have seen my exposure on google go from nonexistent to the front page in that short of a time.
Mark at brand rep will work his tail off to get you were you need to be to get the leads you need to keep your company moving in the rite direction.
I’ve used several companies that claim they can provide the same thing but none came as far as brand rep.

Do not use this company, A wast of money and they will ruin your buisness...

Just had our first and second call from these jerks. The first was a robocall that did no seem to speak English. We left a "please don't call again" message via voice and email. An hour later a person called after having ongoing trouble understanding "DO NOT CALL US EVER AGAIN". If they call back it'll be harrassment charges - luckily my business partner and wife is a former federal prosecuting attorney. Avoid these guys like the plague.
