Brand Rep didn’t do what was advertised.

I never leave a review!!! This company Brand Rep by far was the unethical business I have ever encountered. They promised that I would be listed on the first page of google, they promised my website would be up and running as soon as I forwarded all my pictures to the Content department( that took almost a month to setup after the pictures were sent), then I called and spoke with Lily McCuien and she tried to give a discount for all the confusion! My website never worked because I had not been verified, that took 3 months to even get my website running!!!! Did I even mention they have been drafting my account on Friday for $129.95!!! Then they aren’t even open on the weekends!I’m so damn mad! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CRAZY COMPANY!

after almost 20 months, I was still not listed where they told me I would be . Every time I called I got the same story its fixed then a few days later back to no listing my credit card company is fighting to get my money back this is a fraudulent scam with high pressure sales pros with no intention of helping you

We receive 2-3 auto-dialer calls from this company PER DAY. It's infuriating! We have asked over and over to be put on their DO NOT CALL list and they never do!
Worst business practices ever!! I definitely would never recommend them!!

I feel manipulated. Sounded great, but after payment and going through keywords I began to ask questions they couldn’t answer. “How am I going to be on the first page of google when you have other clients with the same keywords?” “How can you possibly promise 24 hrs a day 7 days a week of being in the first page?” “Is this search targeted to a location because you didn’t even ask where I’m located or where I’d like to target.” Upon reviewing the email of chosen keywords half were spelled wrong! In the same email the print below says “You will begin to see your business listed on ***, ***, *** and other top local directories within 90 days from now.” Well that’s convenient since the contract is for 90 days.... there is a 3 day refund window but no one has contacted me to cancel yet. I am disputing this charge and praying they will honor the contract.

A total waste of good money. Don't be a fool and let these people promise you the world. BrandRep first contacted me around October of 2018. I hired them for three months. They deliver nothing. They stole my *** My Business Listing. They pretended like they was going to help management my GMB listing, but without my knowledge or permission changed my Administrator to Contributor. Then they told me if I wanted my Admin role back, I had to sign a contract cancelling out our original contract and stated they we're liable for any results. I got my GMB back and no results. I lost three months payments for nothing. No only that, but BrandRep kept on charging me 5 months after our contract ended, even after I canceled my credit card (I am still not sure how they managed that) and I am still trying to get my money back. This year has been a nightmare because of BrandRep. I am going to let everyone know about these crooks.

If you enjoy parting with your money, then this is the company for you. You get absolutely zero value for your money. I have no idea how companies like this stay in business. I,m not going to elaborate suffice to say there are lots of internet marketing companies out there, so do yourself a favour, don't pick this one.

Excellent product and customer service. We would recommend this company to other businesses looking for a customizable website service. Working with them in making our vision translate into a polished website is a positive experience.

Do really pay attention what they say when they try to sale you a service!!!
I used their local seo service. I was ranked for some keywords but not all of them. "It takes time"-thats what they say.Well that's true for local seo but not in this case and not this long.
Also I figured what they told me before and after I purchased the service and commited contract,was ABSOLUTELY different.
I also used their google ads service for specific keywords for 24/7 guaranteed on first page. Well that service was working BUT...
So the keywords for google ads was showing but the problem was that those keywords had only 5-20 searches per month.And I did not know about it.So I used google keyword planner to figure out that.And then called them and they were like "oh okay,we can change to different keywords" and those keywords they were offering had same value which means I was just paying to them for nothing but to show on google couple times for 24/7. And when I tried to suggest my keywords the price they were offering was ridicilously expensive.
"WHO needs a car that noone can drive???"
Who needs the keywords that won't convert or bring traffic??
So anyway because I had contract with them, I couldn't stop the service and was gonna pay 710$ for every month.Thanks god Google released new policy about tech support ads. Thats why I got lucky but im sure there are tons of people who were in my situation and got victim of it..
They won't do much while eating your money.Im sure they can do a lot better if they want to.But who would not like more and more money?! Their core value is money not you and me, not the customer.I truly think it is NOT worth to use their service.
BrandRep is marketing company.Marketing means basically "to bring leads to business".Well BrandRep is great about that.They don't bring you a lead,you are the lead for themselves.So their focus is not to make you money,their focus is "to make money".
It's not "win-win", it is "win-lose". And guess what? Who is losing in this condition?
Be really patient.Do not sign a contract.Just do your research.
Don't believe anything they say.There will always be hidden information that they don't tell you.I have personally experienced this multiple times. Im NOT here to get BrandRep bad reputation. They will always find people who will buy. Im here to alert you my friend, you are in danger of losing money.A lot of money. Just because someone represent himself as agency or pro, you can't believe him. Stay alert and my suggestion:

One of the worst experience ever. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY.. their marketing and so called brand Ad experts couldn't even get the word "lighting" correct. On the Ad they created it said "lightning". They place wrong phone number and promised to create a "landing page" which they said, we did not need. We have spend years on our brand reputation and this companies service to our company was so bad it has truly shaken my confidence in ever working with marketing company again. The sales person Glenn Smith told us all kinds of things they would do for us and everything he told us was a LIE. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR SALES PITCH.

I hired this business to get a better placement on ***. And after a years worth of phone calls they have done more harm than good and charged me $1150

Great company, I’ve been with them for May years and really satisfied with their service.

Think twice before sign up. They guarantee 3 month result or work for free. On practice just charged me for nothing and may ruin your business reputation. Also I had trouble with google after their work.

If you choose to use this company, they will request ownership of your Google My Business page, remove you as the owner and make you a communications manager. Once you realize that they do nothing for your business, they tell you that you will have to contact google in order to get ownership back, which is a lengthy and hard process to do.

I’ve been a client for almost 2 years. For the past 2 months they have not replied to a single email. I’ve sent them 15 plus. They take my money every month, but for what? I get no response from them. This company is shady, they lead you on to sign up and seem great for a while. Then just drop off and leave you to fend for yourself, after they already own your google listing. It’s a legitimate scam, and the fact they have an A+ rating is a joke. Please listen to the other consumers that are in the same position as myself. This company does not deserve a profile on your respected page.

I contracted andrep on November 12, 2018 to do my online marketing as a B to B exchange.
andrep proactively reached-out to my business to offer their online marketing services in October 2018. They haven't delivered on their promises. now almost 2months and a half in our agreement/contract; there is still no changes made by them regarding my online presence. we have been exchanging emails and switching account managers in order to get the ''right'' person to execute on the service I bought from them. But still, as of today (January 21st, 2019) nobody in the company seems to be able to do the job they proactively reached-out to me for.
When contacted to discuss my being un-happy with their work, it seems like I am not able to speak to a decision-maker. Someone will call me back (but never does).

Today Jan 21st, I received a Call from a andrep salesperson, trying to proactively sell me on their online marketing services... I informed him that I am already using andrep for my online marketing. The salesperson sounded confused and informed me that my file was inactive and that I was not an existing andRep client. I get transfered 4 times to someone who ''knew more about it'' and the line got dropped after speaking to the 4th different person.

I called back customer service. Asked to speak to a manager. But in order to do that I need to give my file number first. ''I will get you someone'' says the voice on the other end and I am put on hold. 2minutes later: ''everybody went on lunch, I'll have someone call you back''; there is nobody she can transfert me to at this time.... Been there, done that...

Tried several times to contact andRep to discuss my services, but I cannot get any concrete answers, I can't even ask the questions because they eak the communication with me... (the communication line always seems to drop on their end when they transfert me to the
''right person'').
