I am not at all happy with the services provided to my company. I live in Calgary Alberta Canada with 1.1 million people. I paid $3000 CDN and after 6 months I am still nowhere near the top page on google. There are a lot of electricians in Calgary, no more then a place like LA per population. All I get is more credit to the services provided but when I search Electrician or Electrical Contractor I do not exist. People do not want to type in very specific keywords to search on google. They only want fast results to get an answer. I want some results to get clients that answer. BrandRep is a waste of money!

The people at Brand Rep really made a difference in the success of our company. I am very pleased with the amount of leads I have received from them. Mark is great at customer service and takes the time to explain the inner workings of SEO. I have enjoyed the last year working with them to build our website presence.

BrandRep is amazing! As a small business owner looking to grow my business the customer service has been second to none. I don't feel like I'm alone in this risky endeavor because I always have someone on BrandRep's end to strategize with.

I spoke to these people briefly on the phone because I was genuinely curious about what they could offer my business. That was a mistake. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH BRANDREP. We decided we weren't immediately interested in any new advertising and the salesperson wouldn't only not take "perhaps later" as an answer, they became condescending and then spammed me with calls. Very pushy and condescending, definitely not a business with people that I would ever want to have anything to do with. Don't talk to them for even a second or they will not leave you alone and will be incredibly pushy and a little threatening.

What a great company and service. They are honest and reliable and very informative. Their packages and pricing to keep me relevant on the web is stellar. Not to mention their awesome and efficient customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking to expand their company.

Terrible company, they take small businesses money and don’t do anything they say they are going to do. I would hate to answer for their wrongs in the end. I don’t know how they sleep at night. Don’t ever trust them they just blow smile up your you know what!

I prematurely engaged with BrandRep well before my revenue stream was consistent, which caused some pressure on the expense side (my mistake). However, after talking with BrandRep, they offered options to maintain their services while allowing me some "breathing" room in my expenses. The service is working as my company name is rising in the search engines. I appreciate BrandRep's willingness to work with me as I grow my business (without straining the budget). Thanks!

I'm out of ideas...
But with one call a year ago to my phone from an unknown company called BrandRep took the worries and fear of online advertising completely off of my plate. All I concern myself with is keeping all the incoming customers happy, the way BrandRep did the same for my business.

Very pleased with BrandRep. I own a chain of 6 retail stores on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I have one location with BrandRep and one with Egumball. I get regular emails from BrandRep every time a review is written about my store, or any other issues come up. I get nothing from Egumball. Customer service people on the telephone at BrandRep are not as friendly and willing to help as the Egumball employees. Rates are lower with BrandRep.

I? called to cancel within the 72 hour right of recision and have my $100 downpayment returned because I? realized it was a bad purchase. Plus they say they have a 90 day money back guarantee. I? called and cancelled services and the rep said that a manager would contact me later that day to refund my money. I? also sent them an e mail as soon as I? got off the phone with the rep. I? just want my money back. That’s fair I? am within the guidelines. I? understand that the Revdex.com is not responsible for this but hopefully you can help myself and brandrep resolve this issue.

I have been their customer for more than a year. I have to say that they offer a great support and they really do their job to make your business grow as much as they can. I will continue their service and I believe you guys should do the same.
