I ordered a case from this company. Shortly after, I got a confirmation email stating that "Your order is on the way." It's been three weeks since and I still haven't received the order. The USPS tracking number associated with it shows that the package "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item". The status has not changed for three weeks.

I contacted the company via e-mail three times and received no response. I requested to cancel my order.

We placed our order for one phone case five weeks ago on April 16th. We were charged immediately and sent notice that a mailing label had been created. Several attempts to track our order uncovered zero activity and we've sent three emails inquiring about the status with no reply. There is no phone number to call. Their link to their "customer support team" goes to an error page. We are very dissatisfied with the way this company handles orders as well as their lack of communication.

My son wanted some cases for his phone after he saw an Athletic Cases ad on a YouTube video.. I ordered the cases on March 21st. Order number 26245, and was sent a usps confirmation number that basically did absolutely nothing. Never updated or changed. It Just said that usps was waiting on the package. I then reached out to Athletic Cases and received no reply at all. Started to feel like a scam so I did some research (which I should have done in the beginning) and found that this had been happening to other people for about a month or two before I ordered. I emailed again like 2 times and received no response again. Finally I receive the order 16 days later and of course as you may have read in other complaints, the wrong case was sent to me. I then emailed Athletics Cases again to request how to proceed with an exchange... nothing. So I finally figured screw it I’ll do the work for the company. I sent the wrong case back with the order number a return label from UPS that I paid for. I put a note with directions to exchange. This was on April 6th. Today May 7th I have just received the package with the same case and a refusal to accept notice. The company if you want to call it that is a complete *** scam! The company preys on kids and tricks them into spending their money on their bootleg product. Btw you can go on Amazon and find the real athletic cases with the actual image of the athlete. I now have a case I will never use and I’m out 40$. No way to exchange and no way to get a refund. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are *** thieves. Plan and simple. Case ordered 9/4 and money taken. Sms received to say order being shipped to USPs. USPS tracking has still not received order (over 2 weeks later). Company not responding to multiple emails or messengers.

The company has sent us out a completely wrong phone cover. It is not wanted and not what we paid for. Again I’ve sent them emails that are going unanswered.

I want a complete refund including postage and have no idea what else to do.

I purchased 4 cases from athletic cases off their 2 for $40 sale. I received 4 cases almost 2-3 weeks late and one of the cases was incorrect size. I’ve emailed them several times with no response. I’ve even messaged on Facebook with no reply. I would like to know how my order can be corrected. I’ve even tried calling a number that is listed with no answer. Very dissatisfied with the service and lack of response from the company.

I ordered a case on 3/30 and have not received anything. They do not have a customer service number and don’t reply to emails. No tracking information has been updated and it says it hasn’t even been sent. Terrible fraudulent company.

I ordered a case on March 27, 2019. I have only received the receipt, from PayPal, to date. This case was $25. I've sent three emails to Athletic Cases with no response. I have yet to receive my product.

I first got a phone case roughly over a week ago and contacted them over an issue regarding my address verification being failed. After some time, there was still no response. After what I’ve seen from reviews, this company is poor with their services and I can confirm this after over a week without a response back or any updates on my product. I gave this company a chance but now it’s just pushing the line...since it’s been so long AND no shipment preparation I wish a refund.

I ordered 2 phone cases on March 1, 2019 from Athletic Cases. I received an order confirmation email and my card was charged. On March 4th, I emailed the company to find out the status if my order. I never received a response from them. On March 8th, I received an order status email stating that my order is on it's way. It is now March 25th and I still haven't received my cases. When I check tracking of my order through ***, it states that a shipping label has been created and that *** was awaiting the items. I check the tracking through *** almost daily and the status has not changed in two weeks. As of today, the status still states *** is still awaiting to receive the package. I emailed them again Monday March 25th and I still have not received a response. I have been unsuccessful in reaching them to get an update on my order/package and the status of my package remains unchanged with ***.

I reviewed the tracking info. for my order and it does not show any change from what I previously reported. Still pre-shipment label created and still in Renton, WA. The business advised it would be delivered by 4/19 or a replacement. Not sure if the business has any intention of delivering it.

I ordered 2 cases from them for $40 around two weeks ago. I first emailed them about my order on March 17th. I also emailed them on March 18th about the same issue but never got a response. I tried to contact them on March 21st but still, no response. The only information I have about my cases is the tracking number and that they’re in Washington. I haven’t gotten any other information since my tracking number, at least 6 days ago. Now, it’s March 27th and I have yet to receive a response from Athletic Cases nor have they given updates on my package.

We waited over three weeks for the delivery of our order, promised in 5-7 business days, and then received the wrong product. I made two attempts to email the company with no response. No phone number listed online. I initially contacted Athletic Cases two weeks after placing our order inquiring about the late delivery - no response. One week later I received the wrong product. We ordered a Russell Wilson “We Trust” case, but received a "Marshawn Lynch in his Raiders uniform grabbing his crotch" case instead (aka "The Town"). I contacted the company again and requested an exchange or full refund within 24 hours. No response in 4 days.

On 1/4/19 I ordered two cases from this business. My account was charged $40.00 for the product on 1/7/19. A shipping label was printed on 1/9/19, but tracking information never showed any pick up by carrier. I began emailing the company on 1/14/19. Their initial reply was that they would contact USPS and get back to me. I sent additional emails on 1/17/19 and 1/24/19. They finally replied since we had not received our product (despite being charged for it) after 20 days. They provided a promo code to get new cases, but the code did not cover shipping costs. I immediately replied back to the business via email. Once again, I did not get a reply. I emailed three different times on 1/24/19, 1/25/19, and 1/30/19. On 1/30/19 they sent a reply saying the first code did not apply to shipping and gave me another code. However, the new code did not stack with the others and I still could not get my replacement products. I emailed back on 1/30/19 asking for help to get the order completed, but never got a reply. On 2/5/19, we received two products from this company in the mail - but neither of them was what I originally ordered. I emailed again on 2/7/19 explaining the whole process that had happened up to this point and requested a full refund of the product. I did not get any reply. I emailed again on 2/18/19 requesting a refund of my original $40.00, but they sent me another promo code. I told them I didn't want to pursue another promo code and I wanted my refund. Between 2/18/19 - 2/20/19 we emailed back and forth. Athletic Cases said I needed to send the wrong products back to them - at my cost! I told them I would happily return the products in their original packaging, but the error in the order was not mine - it was the company's and I am not responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to them. They have not communicated with me since 3/5/19 despite my emails and requests for a phone conversation with a supervisor. They have not provided a refund.

I am rejecting this response because: this business has proven itself to be untrustworthy and incompetent with its order fulfillment, shipping procedures, and customer service. They have no quality control. I made multiple attempts to resolve this with product replacement. I want a full refund of my original amount $40.00 and return shipping costs coveted for the wrong product they sent, if they want them returned. We cannot use the product and am glad to return them in the original packaging at their cost for shipping. The only acceptable response from the company at this point is a full refund of the $40.00 they charged my card almost three months ago.

However, I have never been given a return shipping address! I’ve emailed multiple times the last few weeks with no response. This has been the typical procedure in my dealings with this company. There is no physical address to be found on their website.

Please reopen this complaint so I can go through that platform to finally resolve this ridiculous business dealing.

I ordered a cellphone case on 3/10/2019 with this company, Athletic Cases. My credit card was charged on the same date as the order (3/10/2019). On 3/11/2019, they created a shipping label and I received a tracking number. It appears that the shipment has not yet been received by the USPS.

It seems that the status of my order has not changed since 3/11/2019. I have reached out to the company (with emails and a phone call to the number you have on file) but have not received any response. I recently discovered that this company has had multiple complaints on the same issue and that the Revdex.com has been involved and appears to be the only way to get the company to respond and resolve the issue.

Could you please help me reach out to the company so that I could get the product that I ordered? Or if they aren't able to fulfill the order, I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

My issue with the company, Athletic Cases, has not been resolved. Per Athletic Cases' last communication with you, they stated that the product would be received by the end of March. As of today, April 3, we have not received the product. This issue continues to be unresolved. At this point, I would like to ask the company for a refund since I had to order a different product from another company.

Completely unprofessional, where is your courtesy? You supposedly sent it on March 11!!! And now you supposedly sent it again, I'll believe it when I see it. Either way, your company is truly terrible with transparency. I will never shop here again and I hope people learn from my and the other 81 complaints you have on here. You shoule be ashamed.

I paid for 2-3 day delivery and the order was placed for March 9th and yes I understand that it’s 2-3 business days but I still haven’t gotten anything and when I check the status of my order it hasn’t even left the state yet . It’s still in the same facility it told me since March 11th. It hasn’t shipped yet it’s still under pre shipment. Not happy at all because of this.

I ordered 2 phone cases (valued at $40) on Thursday February 28th at 9 in the morning. I kept checking to see if the cases were sent out yet and it kept saying Athletic cases has not sent them to the USPS for delivery yet. I emailed Athletic Cases, since they have no phone number listed, TWICE, on March 6th and again on March 8th and have not had any response and my cases still have not been sent. They also advertised a deal if you buy 2 cases you save an additional 10%, that’s why I ordered the two.

I ordered two cases from this company on February 17th. They charged $40 and took it that same night which was fine but it’s about to be a month at this point and I still have not received the cases that I purchased. My order number is ***. I think the phone cases that this company is advertising look awesome but it definitely should not take this long to receive them. I emailed and called this company numerous times and have never received a response. I am very disappointed because I would have purchased more items from them if I had received the cases that I initially purchased.
