After ordering a case and filing a complaint with the BBC two weeks ago, I've yet to receive any shipment, after being told it would be delivered in 10 business days, it's been over 15. I think this company is a fraudulent one, with no intentions on ever delivering product, and taking my payment. I would like immediate funds replaced to me, as this is purely unacceptable. It's been over a month for one phone case.

I ordered 2 cases on 2/20/2019 and received a confirmation email the same day. My credit card was charged the day after. I received an email on 2/22/2019 saying the shipping label is created, but it's 2/28/2019 now and the tracking still showing Pre-shipment. I doubt that they even haven't shipped out the product. I wrote email to and haven't received any respond so far. Very disappointed with the time they spend to process my order, and the lack of customer service capability to reply email.

I received the package, but it's short-delivered. I ordered 2 cases (swash brothers & best shooter), but I only received the swash brothers. Please send out the remaining order (best shooter) ASAP with the most expedited way.

I ordered 2 cases (swish brothers for iphone x/xs and best shooter for iphone x/xs) on 2/20/2019. But so far I have only received 1 case (swish brothers for iphone x/xs) on 3/11/2019. The vendor short delivered my order. The vendor promised me in another claim I filed that they're going to ship out the other case I ordered. But it has been weeks, and I haven't heard back from the vendor.

Please ship out the rest of the order (best shooter for iphone x/xs) immediately. This is taking too long.

I ordered one phone case, cost 25.00 with free shipping , from athleticcases.com on 1/21/19. The business immediately confirmed the order and cost via email on 1/21/19 with an order # and tracking # with USPS. The business also debited my charge card for 25.00 on 1/21/19. An email from the business on 1/23/19 stated the order was On The Way and offered an email address if I had questions or needed to contact them.I begin tracking the order on 1/26/19 and tracked again on 2/18 & 2/27/19. Each time I track the USPS auto replies with the same message..."shipping label created 1/23/19 @ 6:33 PM, USPS still awaiting item". Item shows to be in Renton, WA, 98056. The business has never responded to email inquiries I sent them on 2/18/19 & 2/27/19.. The business did not answer the phone call made or respond to the message left on 2/12/19 & did not answer phone call made today, 2/28/19. It appears the business only responds to inquiries when contacted by Revdex.com.

I ordered 2 phone cases on 1/30/19. They sent me a USPS tracking #. I have still not received my 2 phones cases. I have tried to email them twice and no response. It just says they are sitting in Renton Washington ready to ship. My order # IS ***.

On Feb. 17th I placed an online order (order # Order ***) for a cell phone case. On Feb. 20th I received a tracking for USPS. As of today Feb. 27th. I have not received my product & the USPS website only says label created. I have emailed the company twice on Feb. 22nd & 24th with reply & no number is provided on the website to contact.

I placed an order with this company on February 6th 2019. I got an email confirmation for shipping on 2/13/19. From this point on my package has not been sent to me. I emailed on February 24th asking about this and again on the 26th with no response. I just want my product or to be refunded the money.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

On the 1st of February I ordered a phone case with Athletic Case. The track and trace code still tells me (on the 25th of February) that the package is awaiting shipment.

I contacted them twice via mail (on the 15th and the 22nd of February) to ask what the status of my order was. I never received a reply.

I have ordered an iphone case from them on February 3rd. I did not get a shipment confirmation from them. After waiting for a few days, I emailed them on Feb 12th asking for the status of my order. On 14th, I finally got a shipment notification from them However, when I track the item, it says the shipment is confirmed and the shipping label is created. However, the item still has not shipped out as of Feb 24th.

I wrote them again on Feb 24th asking them to cancel the order but I still have not heard anything from them. At this point, I do not believe they have the intention of deliverying the good. I want my money back.

I placed an online order(order no:***) for a phone case from Athletic Cases on Feb 11th, then posted as ready to ship and bank account was charged. I emailed them on 17th because I noticed that item still not shipped, . I reached out again on 18th by *** chat when I still had not received my phone case and no respond as well, I finally recieved a response with a tracking number . But to date there hasn't been any movement from the label being created,which is means case still had not left the warehouse till now(21th feb). I called their number couple of times and never answer. I am wonder why it is so delayed.

I ordered a 2 phone cases online on January 19, 2019, I received a confirmation email saying I did buy it and my credit card got charged. Order ***. I have not received these cases. The tracking still say that it is in Rengton, WA which makes me believe that the item was never shipped. I have emailed the company and not heard anything from them.

Any updates on my order? My tracking number in USPS is *** and it is still currently in transit since February 6, 2019. My item should be shipped here in ***. I purchase the item last January 21 in Athletic Cases. It is already a month I am waiting on my item to come here in my shipping address. I did not receive any emails since February 6. It is very frustrating. Please update me asap regarding on the status of my order. I wish I could include more natures for my complaint, but basically the situation goes as follows. I ordered a case from Athletic Cases on 1/25/2019 (they pulled the funds from my account the same day) According to the email I received USPS created a shipping label for my item at 16:47 on 1/31/2019, however at the date of 2/13/2019 the USPS status still says "Pre-shipment" and that "USPS awaiting item." Naturally I grew a little curious to the status of my item so I attempted to contact them via the email ([email protected]) they provided with the order number and confirmation update of my order. I sent the email on 2/8/2019 and have not received any updates or response from the company. At this point I have taken to reading reviews about the company on the internet and it appears the only way to illicit any type of response from the company is to use the Revdex.com.

I ordered two "Best Shooter" cases for the iphone XS/XR on January 9, 2019 or there about. I received a confirmation email from Athletic Cases on 1/10/2019 with my order number (***) and message that my "order is on the way" and tracking number with the USPS. When I click the "view your order" button, I am brought to a webpage with a tracking number, and according to the tracking number, the label has been created and the item is waiting shipment. These were supposed to be a gift, so I followed up via email twice (on 1/17/19 and 1/22/19) as the shipping status never changed. No response was ever received. After waiting nearly a month for my order, the cases were delivered on 2/4/2019. Unfortunately, both delivered cases were not what I ordered, and the shipment did not come with a packing list or instructions on how to correct the mistake. I've since contacted the company via email, [email protected], twice more inquiring about the mistake without response. I have paid for the cases and waited a long time for my cases, which are not the ones I ordered.

I ordered a “rookie” Kobe Bryant case on February 5, 2019. I received a confirmation order code from them but doesn’t have tracking number. My credit card charged the purchase right away the same day I ordered my cellphone case. I’ve been waiting for a week now but still no email or no communication from them. I emailed them twice and called once but I didn’t receive any reply at all. If only I knew that this company has complaint problems, I wouldn’t dare to purchase at all. Is this company legit? Because I just saw their ads through Youtube.

I placed an order for a phone case from Athletic Cases on 12/26. It posted as ready to ship and my bank account was charged on 12/27. I wrote to them on 1/3 to make sure the case was still shipping and they assured me it would. I reached out again on 1/11 when I still had not received my phone case and it showed it had not left the warehouse yet. I was told it would ship out the following week. I reached out again on 1/18 because the case still had not left the warehouse and Athletic Cases again promised it would show up that week. On 1/18 they apologized , promised it would be there the following Thursday (1/24) and also sent me a code for a free phone case which was very nice. I placed an order for another case for free. This case is still showing as shipped, but has not left the warehouse.
On 2/4 we finally received a package from them, but it was for the wrong case. I emailed them that day and a few days later to let them know that we received the wrong item. They have yet to answer me back and make things right. Really disappointing. I am more than willing to mail back the wrong case to receive my refund and I don't want or need the free case at this point.
I can provide all of the emails if you need.

I am rejecting this response because: I was already provided a promo code for a free case. That order was placed on 1/18 and that case has not shipped yet. If I place another order why should I believe that you are actually going to follow through on your commitment to sending me my order and it being the right item? While waiting for one of my original orders to arrive I had to purchase a case in order to protect my son's phone and I have no need for more cases at this time. Please cancel my order for the free phone case and reimburse my payment for the wrong case you originally sent a month later than expected.

My ORDER ***, made the 2 iPhone XS cases on January 14th and received an email on January 18th with shipping information but never the shipping information was updated nor received the package. Sent an email to [email protected] after a couple of emails they responded saying that wait for 7 business days or else will send new cases. So I have waited but no update from shipping or athletic cases company. They have already charged money from my credit card. It almost like month no update and they never respond to the emails. They don't have any customer support number.

On February 1, 2019, I placed an online order (***) with Athletic Cases. Com. I recieved a confirmation email for the order. On February 4th, I sent an email requesting status of the year order since the money was deducted from my account on 2/2/19. A second email was sent 2/5/19 as follow up to the first email. I finally recieved a response with a tracking. To date there hasn't been any movement from the label being created. I've sent 7 emails, left 2 voicemails***, and 2 text messages( ***. I haven't received any type of response. I've asked for a full refund in my emails. I'm highly disappointed with this company. After seeing the other complaints, this seems to be a pattern with them.

Once again, I've returned the package only to find it will be returned back to me. Per the tracking, it says addressee unknown. I will not make anymore attempts to return this item. I've spent $8.16 for postage. And while I realize this isn't a large amount of money, it's my money that I'm continuing to spend in order to receive a full refund for cases that were sent AFTER reaching out to Revdex.com. I sincerely hope all emails in response to this company are posted for the public to see. I would not want anyone to go through this. They won't give me a refund, they won't refund my postage. I'm just completely disgusted. I've not heard anything from them. I've attached the tracking from the USPS website. Feel feel to track for yourself. I appreciate your help in this matter. I placed an order on line approximately two weeks ago for a phone case on their company website, received a confirmation of payment and a shipment confirmation, but have yet to receive anything nor can I contact anyone on the site but invalid emails. I feel as though it's a fraudulent site, created to take money or they are just so terrible they don't process orders at all, both unaceceptable given they must advertise on children's websites because my ten year old son discovered the site for me.
