I ordered two cases on 2/28/19 and as of March 2 still in Seattle?!?!..today is 3/11/19 and still no answer or anything from seller.. but they got there money... what a rip off! Don’t shop here. Cause I won’t ever again. Very unhappy with service

I have previously filed a complaint about Athletic cases with the Revdex.com. On 2/13/2019 I submitted the complaint of an iphone XR greatest shooter case. I purchased the case on 1/25/2019. (They pulled my cash the same day) I then received an email on 1/31/2019 from the USPS stating that a shipping label had been created, but they were awaiting the item. I then attempted to reach out to the business on 2/8/2019 via [email protected]. I sent them the confirmation number and asked for an update, however it was not until I filed a complaint to the Revdex.com that the company responded to me on 2/14/2019. They sent me an email apologizing for the delayed shipment stating that my case was backordered and that they guarantee my delivery by February 28th. They also gave me a promo code for $25. I have no desire to use this or any other things associated with this company. I think it is unreasonable to not have any updates regarding the item, let alone the physical item over a month after being charged. I have since emailed Athletic cases again at [email protected] asking for a refund. This email was sent on 2/28/2019 (the date guaranteed to have my delivery). I have received no updates from the company since their email on 2/14/2019. I didn't even get an update regarding a new shipping label. I have also tried calling the number associated with Athletic-cases on the Revdex.com website as they do not provide one on theirs. After calling (206) 569-8677 multiple times I have only been able to reach their voicemail. I would just like my money back. Nothing else, please do not provide another promo code as I will not use it.

I ordered a case for my son on Feb 26, 2019. Feb 28 I get a text stating that a USPS shipping label was created, which means nothing in itself unless said item actually arrives at the post office. I ordered my package on February 23 and on February 27 I was told it was being sent to a USPS office but it is now March 9 and it still says it is being sent to a USPS office. I have read through complaints and apparently this is a common issue and I have sent 2 emails to athletic cases with no reply.

Terrible! I ordered the best shooter phone case February 21st and was charged the same day. Received a tracking number that only states shipping label created Usps is awaiting shipment which means Usps never received the phone case to send. It is now March 8 and I have yet receive any update on this. I have sent numerous emails and even tried DM’ing them on *** but no response. I would not recommend to anyone

I have ordered a case for my 12 year old from athletic cases on February 1 they sent me an email saying that the case will ship and sent me a *** tracking within few days .*** status says that the case is not yet shipped its just the initial label which is created.Contacted Athletic cases they said that the case is on back order and will arrive by February 28 and gave free coupon .Today is March 8 no case has arrived tried contacting them several times no response they have charged my card never refunded the money and did not conatct me back nor did they ship the case.

I placed an order with Athletic Cases on February 13th - order #***. On February 20th, I emailed the company to check on my order and on the 21st I received an email with a tracking number. It shows that a label has been printed, but not shipped (and checking again this morning, it still says the same thing.) I emailed again on February 27th and March 4th looking for an update and have received no response. In looking for reviews, I found that this is a common occurrence for this company. I found several reviews on the Revdex.com with the same complaint that I have.

Hello, my order number is ***. I purchased the 5x Champ iPhoneX case Feb 3,2018. I ordered it literally the day of the superbowl, which also happens to be my nephews birthday; as a gift to him. My card was immediately charged & in the following day my USPS Tracking label was created... Since then, my nephew & I have patiently waited for the order to arrive. Each day, ill check my email for an update on shipping. After a few weeks and no update, I began to get suspicious. So I emailed the company at [email protected]. I waited a few days & no response. It prompted me to do abit more research of the company & I shockingly noticed how many other’s have dealt with this same issue. Which has me absolutely dumbfounded. Its absurd. At this point, im very fed up wirh this company. I DO NOT want a promo code or anything of that sort. Either I get my full 25 dollar refund or send my nephew his Brady case ASAP. I am the grandson of a very prominent lawyer, I will take it there if need be. Please resolve my issue, I do not want to have to continuously waste my time tracking something I already rightfully own but have yet to receive.

After filing my complaint the company sent over the case, but it wasn’t even the right case. After waiting an entire month & a half for something that was originally supposed to be a fift for my nephew, I was sent the wrong case. Pure ridiculousness & scamming by this company. Worst company ever to order from, & I definitely will make buyers aware of this conman of a company.

I ordered 2 phone cases on February 12, 2019 from Athletic Cases. Got confirmation email and my card was charged. Fast forward to Feb. 19th, I emailed them on the status of my goods, they replied stating it usually take up to 5-7 business days for the merchandise to ship. So another week went by, haven't heard or receive any sort of email regarding my phone cases. So I emailed them again on Feb. 25th asking about the status of my phone cases. No reply whatsoever. So I emailed them a 3rd time on March 4th, 2019 and haven't gotten a reply. However I discovered they have created a USPS shipping label on Feb. 27th, but it's still in the pre-shipment stage waiting for the items to be delivered to a USPS facility as of today. Seems like the only way to get a response from the company is to file a complaint on Revdex.com like many others who also had issues with this company.

On Sunday, January 27, 2019, I ordered two iPhone X cases (Showtime & Best Shooter) as gifts, and the amount was deducted from my credit card. On February 1, I received an email saying that the order was on the way. It never made it to my designated address. I sent two emails (Feb 13 and Feb 16) clearly stating my order number (***) and asking for updates on the situation, but received no response. I requested a change of order or refund since they were presents, and the appropriate time I wanted to give them had already passed. No answer. More than one month later, if I try to track my items, it still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" so it appears that Athletic Cases never even sent my initial purchase to the delivery company.

I ordered the Allen iverson step back case in January and have not gotten my order it’s not March 1st and the tracking number is saying it’s in Washington. I just want my case that I payed for. I’ve sent emails out and get no response. This shouldn’t be that hard

I completed a purchase with Athletic Cases on 02/22/2019, which they deducted from my account immediately. I paid an additional amount for 2-3 day shipping. Since my purchase was on a Friday, I waited until the upcoming Wednesday to receive some kind of shipping notice from the company, as I understand weekends do not apply as a business day. Upon Wednesday’s arrival, I had not received any kind of shipping information from the company. I made several attempts to contact the company via email and their Instagram page. To this day, I have not received any kind of notice from Athletic Cases. I requested a refund, as they failed to ship my purchased item in a timely manner, especially when I paid for expedited service. All attempts to contact them have failed up to the time of writing, and I would like a refund as soon as possible.

I bought a case of their website on 12/2/18. The tracking number they gave me never left their facility. After multiple emails and phone calls, they sent me another tracking number. I finally got the case well after Christmas and the image on the case did not match up with the phone. I took photos and sent them to the company and they gave me a promo code for $25 and said they would send me another case. Went thru the same process multiple times and they keep sending me promo codes, but no case. After trying to contact them again with no luck, I had to get on instagram for them to message me back. Still no case OR refund and it's 3/1/19. They keep sending me tracking numbers for items that are still not shipped. I can't get an answer or a refund on this product. It's like a nightmare groundhog day with this company. I've placed 3 orders using their promotional codes over 3 months and have not received any of the items.
