?Athletic Cases sent the wrong cell phone case. Order shows it was for an iPhone 7Plus, they sent case for an iPhone 7. Aside from taking a long time to arrive, it was the wrong case. I emailed them Jan 28th, then left a voice mail message on their goofy Google ph# 206-568-8677 that they obviously never answer, and have sent many emails since. It is now Feb 7th and after reading previous complaints I was hoping they’d reply by now, but they haven’t. How can they stay in business?! Aaargh!!!!! Send me the correct case! Check your email, Athletic Cases!

I ordered a Drew Brees case form Athletic Cases on January 14, 2019. I received a Pre-shipment notification on January 18, 2019. I have not received this case. The tracking updates still say that it is in pre-shipment which makes me believe that the item was never shipped. I have emailed the company twice and not heard anything from them. There is NO contact phone number on the website. They have already charged my credit card.

FAKE, FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. THIS SITE STOLE $25 FROM AN 11 YEAR OLD KID WHO SPENT HIS CHRISTMAS MONEY TO ORDER A CASE FOR HIS PHONE. SEVERAL WEEKS AND THE CASE DID NOT SHOW. SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS ONLY TO RECEIVE ONE EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY WOULD "TRACK" IT OR WOULD SEND A REPLACEMENT AND $25 CREDIT. LIES......YOU KNOW WHAT REPLACEMENT THEY SENT, NOT THE CASE WE ORDERED. STILL NO CORRESPONDENCE, STILL NOT CORRECT CASE, AND STILL NO MONEY BACK. SAVE YOU MONEY AND FRUSTRATION AND ORDER THE CASE FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE AMAZON, NOT WHOEVER RUNS THIS, LYING THIEVING WEBSITE.

I placed an order for a phone case on January 27th for $25.00. When given the option for payment method I paid through *** pay. I was given an order number #***. I never received any more information once the order was placed and I have not received the phone case. I have emailed them several time to the email address given on their website since there is no phone number listed and have had no response. My bank statements shows they have received my payment. I started with contacting *** thinking they could help me but they don't keep record of orders from second party website orders. I just would like to receive information on the merchandise I paid for and have not received.

Shame on me. I should have read reviews before ordering. I placed an order for 2 phone cases on January 23rd. I received a confirmation email and payed the money that was due. The email claims the package is on the way, but it has been sitting in Pre Shipment status since the 23rd. I have already sent 1 email and have not heard anything back and just sent a 2nd one. At this point, I would just like a full refund since it does not even appear that the cases have left Washington. I am very disappointed with this company and the lack of communication.

It appears they only respond to people though the Revdex.com and will only officially ship an order once they have been complained on. Why would I trust them to send me a refund if send the cases back anyways? I want a full refund

Tracking number says it’s in transit:

My son received a phone case for Christmas which was not the one he wanted. My mother who purchased the case contacted the company to inquire about exchanging it. Athletic Cases said to keep the one he had and provided a code to use to order the correct case at no cost. I placed the order for the correct phone case on January 12, 2019. I received an email on January 18th which stated my order (# ***) was on the way. The order has not arrived. When clicking "view your order" in the email, it directs me to the athleticcases.com website which shows the "current shipment location" of Renton, WA. When clicking on the USPS tracking number, it states "your package is on its way to a USPS facility." I have emailed this company twice since. The first time on January 24th, and a second time on January 29th. I have received no response. This company's customer service is non-existent. The only contact information on the athleticcases.com website is their email address. No phone number, no address.

17th of January, purchased iphone 8 kobe goat cell phone case. 18th of January, shipping label is printed and is at facility in Renton. The 25 dollars was pulled from account, expected delivery date was for the 25th of January. Every day till then I tracked it, and it never left Renton, or updated with more then pre-shipment info. On Monday 28th of January I emailed the company, twice. Tuesday I tried to contact them through social media accounts, *** messenger and ***,. Wednesday I then left 2 voicemails with phone number on account. I still have not heard from the company, in anyway that I have contacted them. I m trying to get my refund at this point. 25 dollars to be credited to the card used.

I ordered a phone case online on January 12, 2019, I received a confirmation email saying I did buy it and my credit card got charged I got a text from them on January 18 saying my phone case has shipped. 4 days later I try the tracking number and it doesn’t work, I contact them and they told me the case is out of stock and will be shipped when they get more. I questioned why they charged my credit card if they didn’t have it in stock and also was informed that the case had been shipped when it never was. I keep demanding a refund and they keep trying to give me discounts to order more cases on their website. I just want my refund of $22.50 and they won’t do it. As of today January 25 at 5pm it’s still not shipped!

I ordered 2 phone cases and they haven’t even shipped yet. I ordered them on Jan. 10 and it’s now Jan 23 and the order still hasn’t shipped yet. I can see on my account that the payment already went through. I emailed them 2 times and never heard back from them. They need to ship my order or give me a full refund.

Yes, the cases I ordered were never sent to me, neither was I refunded. They gave me a promo code so I can order those same cases again from them but when I used their promo code and ordered again, the same thing happened. The items still have not shipped and it’s been over 2 weeks already.

Placed order *** - for an iPhone 6 case. The description said iPhone 6/6s plus so I thought it was for an iPhone 6 but it was for 6 plus. I contacted them after I received it to exchange. This is the confusing ("monies"??) reply I got:

"No worries. We can send a new case monies shipping and handling for a new case and keep that one as a gift from us and don’t worry about returning. "

They also sent a promo code, so I tried using that but it only took off $15, owing $10. So I did not place a new order. I would like to exchange it or get the replacement as they stated above. I emailed them back countless times for clarification and also called, but no one has returned my email or call.

I order two phone case from Athletic Cases on December 20, 2018. Order was processed and tracking information was sent December 27, 2018. It is now January 22, 2019 and I have checked the tracking information provided and I get an error when clicking on the link to track it. I have sent two emails to this company to the email address provided on my order confirmation [email protected] on December 21, 2018 and January 22, 2019 asking for and update on my order but have yet to receive a reply. They have already received payment and yet we have not received our products. Please assist me in this matter. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

We ordered an Antonio Brown case for our son for Christmas. We were delivered the wrong case and it was a Patriots player. I emailed the company right away and they sent a code for a free case to get the correct one. I submitted the new code on 12/23/18. We have emailed and called this company 4 times and still don't have a case. They were very responsive when we received the wrong case. However, we don't have the case and no one has responded. This is very unprofessional and we just want our money back. I emailed them the following email on 1/10/19 and still haven't heard a thing: Good Morning, I left you a message and have sent 3 emails with no response. This is unacceptable and I need an answer as to why our case hasn’t shipped yet. I’ve put a screen shot below and the case is still in WA. I want an email or call back today by 5pm CST. I will call the Revdex.com and put information on all social networks if I don’t hear back. I can’t believe you think it’s ok to run a business like this. I know people check the emails because you responded quickly after we were sent the wrong product for Christmas.
At this point we've purchased another case for our son. We want an answer to our email and our money back! I would suggest that no one order from this company.

I bought a phone case from this business for Christmas. It didn’t end up fitting our device, so I’ve been trying to return it. I emailed multiple times and finally someone gave me an address to return it to. I mailed the case back and it was returned to me. I then sent another email and haven’t heard a response. I searched the address they gave me (after the fact) and it is an apartment building. They didn’t give me an apartment number with address they gave me. The address is also not the same as the one listed on this Revdex.com site. I just want my $25 refund. I’m going to end up spending more in shipping to return it multiple times than what it cost! Give me a real address so I can return it or just give me my refund.

I placed an online order on 12/10 for two phone cases, and the full payment of $40 was processed on 12/11. I had to contact the company several times to get a proof of purchase and shipping update as they were intended to be Christmas presents. I was not issued a receipt for my order either. The company then shipped two cases to arrive time for the holidays (delivered 12/22). However, one of the cases had the wrong design so I requested a refund since I had to purchase another gift to replace the incorrect case. It was essentially useless to me. I have sent several emails to the company asking for a $20 refund for the case that I did not receive but have not gotten a response. The last contact with them was on 12/27. I have copies of the email communications and photos of the products ordered/received if they are needed.

My son ordered a phone case on December 25, 2018 and paid additional money for expedited shipping. My credit card was charged but the phone case never arrived. On January 3, 2019, I contacted the company via email requesting our order be delivered or to issue a refund. I received a response on January 4, 2019 stating they would follow up with the order to resolve our issues. As of January 13, 2019, we still have not received our order or a refund.
