I ordered a case on July 2, 2018 and they sent the wrong one. I emailed them to notify them of the problem along with a photo of what was sent to me and have not received a response. This is the second time I have tried to order the right case from this company and the customer service is non existent. I just want the right case I ordered. order #*** Please ship the case for the 6s

My son ordered a case and they sent the wrong size. After 4 attempts to reach this company via email, social media and phone, not a single reply nor any attempt on their part to even acknowledge us as a customer. Stuck with a case we cannot use and my son spent $25+ of his own money. What an absolute shame, and unethical business, as given their products, I'd imagine many of this company's customers are young people.

Failure to respond to the customer. The wrong case was delivered. I have contacted the company via email twice with no response.

I purchased the wrong size phone case in December 2017. There is no information on the business website about returns or refunds and the email address listed prompts an error when you click on it. There are no phone numbers or other contact details on the website to reach Athletic Cases. I would like a refund and have the case which I am happy to return. I do not have an order number but do have the USPS tracking number from the order I received and I can provide that if needed.

Approximately two weeks ago I placed an order with the company at the price of $50 for two of their iPhone cases. Upon tracking the package through USPS I noticed that a shipping label was created but no package/product was received to officially begin the shipping process. I tried sending the company emails inquiring about the product but I have yet to receive a response from them. Now I am worried they will continue to ignore my emails and keep the money I’ve already given them.

I placed I order for a cell phone case and received the wrong size. I want to return it but there is no paper work on how to send it back. I have emailed this company 3 times because there is no number on their website. The website says if you have any problems the best and Fastest way to contact them is by email - well that's a joke. They don't respond. So I want to get my refund- but can't do that if they don't respond.

I've been trying to contact business since 12/25 with no answer my last attempt was on 1/6/2018. The only way to contact them is through email and I have yet to be contacted. There is no other way to contact business.

I ordered a case days ago and a few days later I received a text saying my order was shipped and had a tracker on it, it has been 4 days since my case has “shipped” and it has not left Seattle, Washington. I am starting to grown impatient.

I ordered a case for my grandson and never received it. Have been trying to phone them to no avail. Sent an email still no response

I am needing to return a cell phone case. They state that in order to return a case, you must email them. We have done so several times and they have yet to respond. I reached out to them on their social media pages as well.....no response. They state after 30 days they won't take a return back. I have a feeling they are waiting for the 30 days to end and then they will respond and it will be too late to return the case. I want to return the case and receive my refund in full.

On November 9th, I ordered the Bicycle Kick case for an iPhone 5S for $25. On November 15th, I received an email that the package was on the way. The package was delivered on November 20th. Instead of the Bicycle Kick case, I received a case of a Denver Football player.
I have tried to contact the company 3 times via email on their website.
I have tried their Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/Athletic-Cases-***/ but it has been removed.
I have tried their Instagram account and no response.
I have also tried their Twitter account s://twitter.com/AthleticCases , but not being updated.
The was a birthday gift for my son, and I failed to research them before ordering. All I want is the correct order or a refund. There was no packing slip in the package.

On Oct 22nd I placed an order for an I phone 8 case from Athletic Cases online. On Oct 28th I received an email from them stating your order is on the way. If I click in view information it says your shipment is confirmed and gives me a USPS tracking number. I have tried several times to track it and it says it is in pre-shipment status and that a shipping label was prepared on Oct 28th, but still has not shipped out yet. I have reached out to the company for the status of the case last week via email and still has not heard anything. I looked them up on the Revdex.com website and found a phone number in which I called and it brings you to a Google voicemail. So I am unable to get ahold of anyone for a status on my order.

After reading multiple reviews from this company on the Revdex.com it looks like others were having the same issue.
