What a horrible company. I ordered a case for my son, paid the extra $25 for "next day priority shipping", and all I got was apologies and excuses from them. I ended up with a disappointed kid, not able to take his new phone to school because the case never came. We ended up ordering a case from a REAL retailer, Amazon, and it arrived right on time. It turns out that it is possible to reliably ship a cell phone case. The very next day the one from Athletic Cases finally showed up, a week late. I exchanged emails with them but only got lies and offers of "store credit" (no thank you). Now it's been almost a month and still no refund. If you really think you HAVE to have one of their cases, I guess you can take your chances, but I would avoid these clowns and go with literally any other retailer. Horrible, horrible service and STILL NO REFUND. Next step is to dispute charges via my credit card co. Two thumbs down to these incompetent frauds.

I order a product (cell phone case) from Athleticcases.com on Dec 7, 2018. A tracking number was emailed to me on Dec 10, 2018. I followed the tracking number for several days and the website stated my package never left Washington State. I emailed the company and they stated Dec 20th, 2018 and they replied the next day stating that they didn't know where the mix up occurred and that the *** was to blame. They gave me a promo code for a new case and the code did not work. I sent another follow up email that was never returned.

Looking at other complaints, there seems to be a common issue with individuals ordering cases, being told the United States Postal service lost the case, and the consumer never receives their product.

I am rejecting this response because:

I was already given a promo code two other instances when I contacted the company. Both times I reordered the product using the two separate Promo codes I was given and, as with my original order, both orders from the promo codes are still showing as :"Shipping label created but not received by the ***" when I check the tracking website provided by the business. I find it very difficult to believe that the *** has lost all three of my orders.

So the date break down of all of my orders are as follows:

Dec. 6th first order was initiated (order# ***). Never arrived and tracking indicated that the *** never received the product to ship. Contact was made with the company on Dec 20th.

Dec 20th a promo code was given via email contact (Promo Code ***) Product was reordered (order# ***) After monitoring the shipping through the *** link provided the same situation occurred. The tracking states that a *** label was created but the postal service never received the product to ship. Contact was once again made with the business on Dec 27th.

Dec 27th another promo code (***) was offered and for the third time the same product was ordered under the new promo code (order# ***). Once again as I check the tracking on this order, the third order, it states that the *** has created a label but has not received to product to ship to me. Currently I have three orders pending with not a single one shipped out. I will not accept another promo code as a run around to not holding up their end of the bargain. The payment was removed from my account almost one month ago so I have help up my end of the bargain. I will accept DEFINITE evidence that the product has been shipped or I will accept a full refund of the cost of the product plus the cost of the expedited shipping.

I am rejecting this response because:

On 1/02/2019 the business responded that they would send me an updated *** tracking number to ensure that the product was indeed ship, as well as stating that the new tracking number would be updated within 48 hours. I have waited and checked my email for the updated tracking number but nothing has arrived. It has been 6 days (144 hours) and I yet have to receive a new tracking number. I rechecked all three of my previous tracking numbers and they still state that my package is in the "Pre-shipment" stage with the *** and that the Postal service has NOT received the product to ship to me. My initial order was on 12/06/2018 and the cost of the case ($25.00) and the cost of expedited shipping ($12.50) was promptly removed from my account a day after the order (order #***).

Please promptly refund in total the amount I paid for the product ($25.00) as well as the expedited shipping ($12.50). At this point I am not willing to accept the product do to poor business practices and false claims of the *** loosing/mishandling the product.

I ordered from this company even after reading some of the complaints. Service was great. However, my brother-in-law had me order the wrong case. I knew returning the case was probably never going to happen. I searched on their website for information and on Christmas night the links I clicked on didn't work. I finally decided to just order another one. When I did this, a contact email popped up, so I sent an email explaining my situation. They got back with me the next day, gave me a coupon for an entirely new case (which now cost more than what I had paid), let me keep the case that was my mistake, and cancelled the new case I had ordered. It was very kind of them. I told them I would write a good review so people start seeing they are taking care of customers, even going above and beyond!

They took the money out of my account. They never shipped the phone case and then said the post office lost it. They then sent a code for a new case and it does not work.

UPS messed up the tracking of my order and Athletic Cases went above and beyond to manually track it down to keep me updated on its location/arrival date and to ensure it would still get to me in a timely manner. Added bonus, the case is absolutely stunning (I get compliments all the time on it) it offers a good blend of looking clean and nicely painted but without looking like it's a simple laser cut. Not to mention it's super resilient and has no damage or chipping to the image in months of use!

My son ordered a phone case from Athletic Cases on October 23, 2018. Order was processed and tracking information was sent the next day. It is now November 14, 2018 and I have checked the tracking information provided and it stated that it still has yet left Athletic cases facility. I have sent two emails to this company to the email address provided on my order confirmation [email protected] asking for and update on my sons order but have yet to receive a reply. They have already received payment and yet we have not received our product.

The item is expected to be delivered at the final destination on Monday as shown in the tracking number below.

I ordered the case with the Odell Beckham Jr. design on the back and when it arrived the design was messed up. Part of the design was missing because it looked like it got chipped off somehow and the design was also shifted too far to the left. His hand is supposed to be on the apple sign like its advertised on the site but on my phone he is shifted an inch too far to the left.

Buyer has emailed and requested for a refund. A refund is being processed.

I bought an *** case from the website named 'Athletic Cases' on October 5(https://athleticcases.com). I haven't received my package as of today (10/22) so I emailed them asking about my package. They first responded that they called *** and updated my tracking number. But my package status still the same and it still says 'Pre-Shipement', which means it hasn't been shipped yet. Whenever I inquired about the status of my package, the company has been ignoring my inquiry.

I ordered a case from Athletic Cases and the case was shipped and delivered to Seattle, Washington (where they're HQ'd) rather than my address, which I double checked on the order status is listed correctly. They have not been responsive to email or calls and it seems the only way they are responsive is through the Revdex.com.

On 9/20/18, I ordered an iPhone 8 plus case to be delivered to my son at our home address. The order # is ***. The package arrived in very good condition on 10/1/18. However, the case was for an iPhone 7, not the 8 plus that we requested. The evening of 10/1/18, I emailed the company and explained that the incorrect size had been shipped and asked what I needed to do to return the item for the correct size. I did not receive a response. The morning of 10/3/18, I sent another email asking that I be contacted to correct this matter as soon as possible. I provided my cell number in both email messages, but I still did not receive a response. The website for Athletic Cases.com did not include a phone number that I could call, only an email address ([email protected]). A Google search of the company yielded a phone number (206-569-8677). I left two voicemails, one at 11:59 PM EST on 10/4/18 and one at 5:34 PM EST on 10/5/18. I chose those 2 times because of the time difference between North Carolina and Seattle. As of this complaint submission, I have not received an email or phone call from the company. I would simply like someone to respond to my request for return/replacement information as this item was a birthday gift for my son. Thank you.

Ordered athletic case on September 13th , payment went through on the 14th still no case. Postal label is still with USPS. I tried calling there phone left messages. I left messages on *** and *** still nothing.

I ordered a the "Buckets" case for iphone 6/6s on September 19, 2018. I received an email from Athletic Cases with my order number and message that my "order is on the way" and the option to track my shipment. When I click the "view your order" button, I am brought to a webpage with a tracking number, and according to the tracking number, the label has been created and the item is waiting shipment. Today's date is October 7. I've contacted the company via email, [email protected], twice inquiring about the shipment of my phone case without response. I have paid for the case; the money has been charged to my credit card and the bill has been paid. Athletic Cases needs to send the product or provide reimbursement.

I made a mistake that I realized after purchasing the item and emailed them to please fix it. (ordered a case for an iphone 6 plus when I wanted a case for an iphone 6) They did not respond to the email at all, I sent 3 emails in total and when the package was delivered the issue was not resolved; I got a case for an iphone 6 plus.

I ordered an iPhone case for my son on August 3,2018 today is September 13, 2018 I have no package and USPS said they have not received a package from them! I have sent several emails and tried contacting them through social media and have had no response! They got my money the day I ordered! I would like my case ASAP or a full refund!

I placed my order on the 24h of August and had to send an email on the 29th asking for status and received a shipping tracking number that to this day has not been accepted by USPS. This order has now been 17 day since my order with no status of my purchase. . I've sent 4 emails and numerous calls to a number that no one answers. I have gotten no reply from vendor.

I am rejecting this response because:the phone case was received today 9/4 along with a 20% off promo code for a future order. Like previous reports to the Revdex.com, the case is the incorrect size and there is no return information. A new email has been sent to the company requesting how to return the item and a full refund. The case is of very poor quality and the company’s support of their product is unacceptable.

This doesn't even deserve one star. Over a month ago from writing this post, I ordered 2 cases and I have yet to hear anything on where they are.

I purchased two phone cases from their website on August 6th or 7th and never received an order confirmation or any information to substantiate the order moving forward. Needless to say I never received a product I paid for. They provide no phone number to call on their website and appear to have no interest in fulfilling the order. However. They are quite comfortable taking my money and violating the revenue recognition standards required for an online retailer.
