I see that there is a new message from Facebook, but I cannot reply to it.
Can you please explain to them that the Facebook pages were merged. The page now looks like this:[redacted]
but it was OUR page originally. Our company started it and paid all of the money for advertising on it - we have statements showing that it is OUR page.
Now we no longer have access and details were changed. I really need help with this.

I am rejecting this response because:I reported this as they requested me to do on the 18th and still have not heard back from them. So at this time no I don't accept this answer because they are still not taking any action right now to fix the problem. So I'm gonna give them till the end of this week then I'm going to go to the media that nothing is being done about bullying and harassment.

I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to create a online account to know know about your business and what it's capabilities are for tie-ing into said business.I need to know about HIPAA regulations and if you meet those regulations, not information on how to create an account which I most likely will not use if you do not meet those said requirements.Your organization lacks direct contact when a non-member has inquiries about your business. Unless I am actually using your services there should be no need to create an account just to contact your organization. Since your EULA strips my rights to prevent you from collecting personal information from me or third parties.
