Let's get some things straight. This is most likely YOUR fault. I stopped using the email associated with my old Facebook years ago and around the same time I changed my number. Which means that either someone who was newly assigned my old cell number reactivated it or Facebook did. You help page is useless and limited as is any genuine concern your organization is capable of showing. Now tell me, if another individual has access to my phone and my old email is no longer in use and irretrievable, how do I recover the account? The logical answer would be to speak with support, but seeing as Facebook is handled by seemingly incompetent support technicians and possesses a shamefully ineffective support system, I have no choice but to go through Revdex.com first than to court if that fails.
Since you have chosen not to read anything I have already posted as evidenced by you bland and non-specific response, I will once again provide you with information you would be able to see had you just scrolled down.
My legal name is [redacted]. In high school I used my middle name so my account was named "[redacted]." Near the end of high school, I grew tired of Facebook and deleted the account. The accounts link is as follows: [redacted]. THIS IS THE ACCOUNT I WANT DELETED AS IT HAS EITHER BEEN COMPROMISED OR REACTIVATED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION BY FACEBOOK. You can speak with any one of my friends or family on Facebook and they will confirm my story. I do have a current Facebook account that I have listed previously in my comments. I will not list it again here out of fear you may close it on accident. The old email account associated with my old Facebook was [redacted] with the phone number ###-###-####. If you need previous passwords I can supply that as well to the best of my knowledge.
I presume I am now dealing with "[redacted]" from Facebook. I will now list you as reference for any future discussion for the issue.

I am rejecting this response because: again this is some sort of auto response. Facebook put my account in a status that I'm supposed to wait for them to respond, Facebook won't allow me to log in. This is what the complaint is about, it's been 2 months that I've been not allowed to enter my account, the problem is Facebook doesn't ha e a person to deal with, it's all automated responses that get you nowhere, one would think that a responsible business would take the time to address emails and respond and give me the opportunity to access my account, you think I have a fake name with no proof other then "someone reported it as such" I responded and have been waiting 2 months for a response from someone at facebook

Hi [redacted] It looks like you have more than one account on Facebook. A Facebook profile is meant to represent a single person, and having more than one profile doesn't follow our Community Standards. We also require that each profile shows the account owner's first and last name. This way, everyone always knows who they're connecting with.
