The link provided shows me how to deactivate my own page.  I'm am trying to have an inactive page that I do not control that is using my name and likeness deleted.  I have followed the steps in other parts of your help section and have received no response or resolution in 15 months. I have also sent messages to the page owner directly with no response.  Please see below for information on the two pages.
 
I have submitted multiple request to Facebook over a period of 15 months. I have a business page [redacted] There is another business page [redacted] that has been created for my business but is not me. They are using our name and likeness without my permission. I have attempted to contact Facebook 13 times over the last last 15 months with no response or action. I'm requesting for the page to be deleted.

The response that Facebook gave ~"DOES NOT EVEN COME CLOSE"_  
to even address the issue on hand........
 
I report these SCAM Facebook pages or "IT IS QUITE OBVIOUS A SCAM Facebook Page"...And I
do REPORT THESE SCAM Facebook Pages to Facebook management and such and
give the EXACT LOCATIONS on where these SCAM Facebook Pages are located on Facebook.......
~~IN FACT I have reported these SCAM Facebook pages to Facebook several times......
 
Weeks, later the SCAM Facebook page is STILL on Facebook and still conning, tricking,
and scamming desperate Internet users out of their money with double-talk
and FALSE PROMISES....

I did an experiment on something like this which SHOULD FOLLOW in the same category
as these SCAM Facebook pages that I so easily find on Facebook and management of Facebook
does not want to seem to do, or even investigate or take action on this....Does Facebook want their
Facebook customers to be SCAM OUT OF THEIR Hard Earn Money???
What I did id this (this falls in EXACT same line with what I have with Facebook on their TAKE NO ACTION TO SCAM OPERATORS USING Facebook....

I called the local police departments information line on a scenario on what local police would do...
I asked these local police departments in Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Plano, texas asking this :
"If I was going down a neighborhood and I saw a house that clearly has several large signs
posted clearly saying, "Free BEER and ALCOHOL For Children ~ "FREE CIGARETTES and CIGARS FOR KIDS"
~FREE PORNO and DIRTH NAKED LADIES Magazines For Children to take home"..
I ask the local police department that there are young children smoking cigarettes in front of this place
and I am seeing kids opening up cans of Budweiser Beer and drinking it in front of this house.....
I asked the police information officer I was talking to if this happened and I reported this to your police
department:
"How LONG would it be before the local police would do do something about this activity?"
 
~All the police departments information officers said, "IMMEDIATELY!"...
~One department police information officer stold me that he would personally go down with a team
if such a place was doing something like this."

HOWEVER, when I report the ~~"THIS IS QUITE OBVIOUS A SCAM Facebook page to facebook that is
BILKING DESPERATE Internet USERS out of their money with doubletalk and False promises."
 
Facebook takes NO ACTION on this or even seems to want to look at this...
 
With the recent news over the weekend of a guy using Facebook to post a video of
him actually shooting to death an old man on last Sunday. Which they removed within a few hours
of posting...That is bad enough for Facebook management.
 
But, when I keep reporting a QUITE OBVIOUS SCAM on Facebook and give Facebook management
the EXACT LOCATION on this which I have done several times..
Facebook takes NO ACTION ON THIS at all...Sometimes it takes a month or NOT AT ALL...
 
Sure, I can report this to facebook at locations given.....But, I have done this several times
and STILL NOTHING has been done...That is what I am talking about.

information. Please forward the following information to the business. Hi [redacted],I'm not sure I understand what you need with the URL. I'm happy to forward the link to my business page, but since I can't add my town as a location it doesn't provide information to you. What I'm needing is for the town of [redacted] (it's in Canada) to be added as a city. This will allow my customers to check in and find me on the map via my business page. I can't find how to do this on my own. All support I have received tells me to use a nearby city, but this doesn't show my customers where I'm located. What URL exactly are you needing?

[redacted] I have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this with Facebook through their Customer Support only to be given the run around and then they close the case. Nothing except a full refund of my $400 and opening back up my payments on Facebook will be acceptable. They should provide a phone number where people spending money with them on Facebook can call instead of hiding behind a computer monitor. In effect they have stolen $400 in game cards I added to my Facebook profile that they allowed me to add then blocked my payments so I am unable to use the funds that they allowed me to add totalling $400 usd. They by law cannot keep me blocked on payments and then refuse to refund my money of $400 USD. I reject anything other than unblocking my payments on my profile and keeping them that way.

I am rejecting this response because:Without a photo on the [redacted] profile, the Facebook tool will not allow me to report it as impersonating and also bullying with nasty content with me having same name. I want the [redacted] profile deleted as it is not a real Facebook with no pictures, no friends and has ridiculously gross content that should be removed at once.  What if I passed away and this person who created this false profile puts a picture of me?  Can you please review that profile and find it is unfit for a "real" Facebook profile and it should not exist.

there is a change in leadership in an organization and the old leadership refuses to turn over the Administrator position to the new leadership.  In our case [redacted] is holding our organization hostage by refusing to turn over the Administrator position. [redacted] - I try and set[redacted] but says not possible.
If you goto [redacted] you will see I already have that name though.
When I initially started using the facebook messenger app, it made the set username vanish, even though it is still assigned. So this appears to be a bug - I need you to fix this so that it shows my username is set to[redacted] just as using the URL shows (it works).
(I set [redacted] as the username when you first allowed these to be set back many years ago and I have never changed it).
