I am rejecting this response because:
My pages are hacked that have more than 3.5 million likes and I already have tried that link which you have provided but that link is not going to give my pages back to me. If you can not recover the pages then who will recover it? Cyber crime team? We make pages after day by day work for our business and also spend $ to get more likes now when our pages are hacked we have provided all proofs the you are saying that you can not recover it. If you can not recover it I think we must have delete our accounts cause you are helping us 0% I think u can check your own record and the date and time which I have provided and after investigating you can easily recover that pages but you do not want to investigate as you have already 2 Billion active users and you do not care for the people outside in USA or Canada or UK.you can call me back any time 24x7 for this case [redacted]. I still can hope as I have more than 3.5 Million likes so you may will help me :(

I have already visited this specific website. However, upon navigation through the troubleshooting tips, I ultimately end up stuck due to the fact that my email address and phone number have been changed by the hacker.
Will you please change my account information to my own ([redacted], ###-###-####, [redacted]) and then reactivate behind the scenes? The original email address used on the account was [redacted], but I no longer have access to this account.

I am rejecting this response because 1) the pages was in my business id I mean in [redacted] 2) He hacked my business account and get access to my pages and then make his own business id as an owner of the pages which you can see in these screenshots these are proved that I am hacked which you are not believing , [redacted] [redacted]   I think he named it as FB Business 3) His email is very similar to my email my email; [redacted] scammers email ; [redacted] This was hacked on 18 Feb 2017 at 2:45 .Kindly recheck this and remove him as page owner cause he is scammer . Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: ok again the options on[redacted] to get my account back won't work for me because when I made my account I didn't put my real birth day and I no longer have the only computer that I used to log into Facebook it's broke. I tried the Id option but I was denied even tho... The Id has the same name as my facebook account and the email that you were sending messages to is the login for the account. So.... Now please explain how do I get my account back if the only options don't work and the account was not compromised... And the account has been locked for a long time..Sincerely,[redacted]

That's fine, continue to review. In the meantime I had to REMOVE my phone number and address AGAIN this morning (9/18/17) after Facebook automatically re-added it again.
