We drafted an agreement document with [redacted] to refund a total amount of $to resolve the matter [redacted] signed the document and we issued the refunds o this matter is now fully resolved

As requested, we refunded three charges of $back to the clients credit card on 12015, I issued back the $refund as requestedThe only reason we did not issue that refund until today is bc the client did not sign the agreement document we emailed themWe always do that so the client as well as our Finance Depthas a copy of the refund agreementHowever, as per this complaint, I issued the $refund and now this should be considered fully resolved

The purchase of any additional product is at the client’s own discretionThe client never contacted us to opt him out of our Perks Program, which he was contacted about several times, specifically through emailHe was also sent a physical program cardWe have gone ahead and discontinued the Perks service for him, and as a courtesy, refunded the months charged

The member, [redacted] authorized their membership purchase after an extensive interview with one of our editorsShe provided her credit card information in order to make this purchase, fully aware that she would be charged immediately, and was given a confirmation number for the charge directly after it went throughShe was advised that it would take hours to receive her welcome package, which was received by her in the said timeThis is the first time we have heard of any sort of disagreement with the purchaseWe have not received any calls or emails requesting any cancellationThe complaint that we did not respond to any question or concern is unfair and untrue, as we go out of our way to ensure the satisfaction of every one of our membersIt would be appreciated if we could work this out with the member and have some actual contact with her so that we may resolve this amicablyThank you!

The client signed a contract, agreeing to the Multimedia Press Release for a lesser charge, showing interest in the product. The product was written, delivered, and distributed. The $19.95 charge was for our optional Perks & Discount Program, offered as a free trial at the beginning of their... membership. The client never contacted us once their free trial was over, which is why they were charged for it. They first contacted us at the end of May of this year. We then went ahead and deactivated the client from the program. As a courtesy, we have now issued 5 refunds to the client’s account. Please have the client contact us if they have any further issues. Thank you.
