I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Regardless of their claims, I have still not received professional updates or contacts, of any kind, since Aug 2015. The 'magazine profile' they mention, did not include cover photo I sent (more than once); and the original text written by Bristol, was very poorly written, w/ 'facts' wrong and irrelevant platitudes. A poorly written/edited profile is not going to represent me well, as a writer/editor. At one point, customer service repadmitted to me, profile writing is 'jobbed out' to a technician in India. I said, that explains why so many profiles, seem like they are written by a 'robot' or by someone who does not speak English well, as a first language or otherwise They also admitted to me, yesterday, that social media dirRachel B***, w/ whom I'd corresponded, was no longer working at Bristol, and they'd 'just hired a new social media person'. I was counting on Bristol to deliver all the services and benefits promised to me, so enthusiastically, by their sales person, who hounded me for months to buy additional products incl a desk nameplate for which they wanted @ $1K! I refused, but he kept insisting I had to buy it, which I did notI think they may be angry about that.. I would respectfully like to request a refund of my Lifetime membership, whose benefits lasted me, not even months; and reject all the bad things they say about me, and my motives, in their reply. I even offered, to write profiles for them, for free - to get in practice and to help what I thought was a very promising professional networking organization; as it was clear to me from the onset that despite her best efforts, Ms B*** was in over her head Yours truly, *** ***

The description of 'multiple times' is open to interpretationYes, Lisa has tried a couple of times which I have had to reschedule due to the time difference but I have long periods of silence when I have to chase via emailI hope to speak to her today but do not accept the assertion that a cancellation can only be done after a telephone conversation
