The member, *** *** *** authorized their membership purchase after an extensive interview with one of our editorsShe provided her credit card information in order to make this purchase, fully aware that she would be charged immediately, and was given a confirmation number for
the charge directly after it went throughShe was advised that it would take hours to receive her welcome package, which was received by her in the said timeThis is the first time we have heard of any sort of disagreement with the purchaseWe have not received any calls or emails requesting any cancellationThe complaint that we did not respond to any question or concern is unfair and untrue, as we go out of our way to ensure the satisfaction of every one of our membersIt would be appreciated if we could work this out with the member and have some actual contact with her so that we may resolve this amicablyThank you!

After purchasing the initial membership, any further purchases are optionalWe have tried to contact the client by calling and emailing them on multiple occasions to try to come up with a resolution to this matterWe need to speak with him on the phone in order to resolve this. We will go
ahead and cancel the Multimedia Press Release chargeAs per the original membership, please have the client call us to resolve this matter as swiftly as possibleThank you

option to opt out, but didn’t inform us sooner to do soThank you

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the
response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[The original contract amount deducted from my bank account was USD 1,028-On the ** ** December Bristol offered to repay me the sum of USD 1,023-11.This was acceptable to me based on the additional undertaking that the unauthorised further deduction from my bank of USD 199-AND USD 19-would be restored to my bank account as these were subject to a dispute with the BankThere is a difference due to me of USD 205-There is no explanation from Bristol as to why I should be out of pocket for this amount
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,
*** ***

As per our conversation with this client, *** ***, an agreement was made to drop him down to a lower membershipAttached, you can find a copy of the signed agreementIf he would like, we can resend his receipt

As requested, we refunded three charges of $back to the clients credit card on 1/*/Today, 1/**/2015, I issued back the $refund as requestedThe only reason we did not issue that refund until today is bc the client did not sign the agreement document we emailed themWe always do
that so the client as well as our Finance Depthas a copy of the refund agreementHowever, as per this complaint, I issued the $refund and now this should be considered fully resolved
