This is in response to Revdex.com ID ***. First, we want to extend sincere apologies for any lack of communication, causing frustration, and for any inconvenience that we may have caused our customer. That was never our intention. It was determined there were some issues with
component parts that needed to be replaced after the initial installation that was resolved . Once this was completed we did extend the warranty which is noted in our system. We want to reassure our customer the system they have purchased has many benefits including an excellent warranty. Regarding the *** rebate, it is true that the *** ratings and government ratings do not always align when combined with existing equipment. We would like to apologize that wasn’t clearly explained However, we want to offer to cover what our customer could have received for the energy credit in the amount of $350.00. Our customer indicated they spent a night in a hotel which they paid $86.26. We would also like to reimburse them for that expense. Additionally, the offer of a complimentary preventive maintenance program for two years is extended if this is something that may be of interest We did inquire about the inspection with Louisville Metro Department of Permits & Inspections as we had already filed for permit for inspection. Once a permit is pulled their department makes contact to set up appointments for inspection. I don’t know why it wasn’t scheduled but unfortunately that isn’t something we can do for our customer. Please advise them to call ***. This is their direct number to set up an appointment that would be convenient for both that they could discuss. The permit number for reference is 14HV6681. Hopefully, our offers noted above will be acceptable as resolution for our customer. If you need additional information please let us know. We look forward to your response. Thank you

proceeding.  After that conversation, we tried to reach Mr. [redacted] and left a voice mail to remind him about forwarding the invoice to us.  To date we have yet to receive a return call or the documentation.  At this point we have determined that we would offer the refund of $609 to expedite the resolution.  Please advise Mr. [redacted] of this offer.  If or when he accepts the offer let us know, then we will gladly proceed with processing the refund.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID 11611062.  On 6/11/16 we did provide service at the [redacted] residence, diagnosed their system and got the a/c cooling again.   Approximately 1 month later Mrs. [redacted] called our office to complain about the service we provided which included Freon pricing...

and also that she felt we had taken advantage of her husband whom she stated has comprehension problems.  A member of our management team did speak with her that day and kindly explained our pricing and the fact that it was unbeknownst to us that her husband had extenuating circumstances.  It is unfortunate that there wasn’t someone there to assist him as we were unaware he didn’t understand.  We do apologize for any communication shortcomings on our part that Mrs. [redacted] thinks happened.   Also, during our conversation with her it was discussed refunding for the Gold Club Membership purchased of which was processed at that time in the amount of $179.00.  Did not see that indicated in the Revdex.com complaint that we received approximately 3 weeks later.  I trust that she received the refund.   I might add that our prices are competitive in the market and generated using flat rate pricing.  As a matter of information, most of those companies that quote cheap prices for R-22 also charge for labor or additional fees just to install it which adds to the total amount they charge.  In reviewing our paper work nothing indicated that it was out of order.  It would have been advantageous for Mr. [redacted] to ask for clarification when he was looking over the paperwork when it was signed.   We would have been more than happy to answer any and all questions.   Our goal is always to best meet and preferably exceed our customers’ expectations in all aspects of service.  Quite honestly though we do not see that an additional monetary refund is warranted regarding this situation.  However, I would like to offer an additional $150.00 refund in good faith as an attempt for resolution.  Please let us know if this would be of interest to our customer.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com [redacted]   Our records indicate the last time we provided service to [redacted] was 15 months ago.   She did not indicate in the complaint that the repair did not fix the issue with her system which indicates that our diagnosis was...

correct.  Also, considering the length of time since service was provided the warranty for the repair has since expired.  I want to reiterate that our pricing is not excessive and we are competitively priced in the market.  However, with an interest in wanting her to be satisfied with our service we would like to offer a refund in the amount of $150.00.  We feel this is a more than fair offer for resolution.   If she accepts the offer we will refund by check which she should receive in approximately 10 - 14 business days.  Please advise.  Thank you.
