Whatever.You did not ask for a copy of the invoice when you first offered me $300 and you have made no attempt to make contact with me.I never got a phone call or a voicemail.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted]. It's unfortunate Mr. [redacted] feels that he received less than adequate service from us. Being a reputable company this is not what we want to hear. However, we do feel he was given an accurate diagnosis. I'm confident that our technician was not trying to...

mislead him during their conversation. We value our customers & always strive to exceed expectations. I would like to offer Mr. [redacted] reimbursement for $60 diagnostic fee that he paid. Please advise our customer & we will await your reply. Thank you.

My husband and I do not think $400 is a satisfactory amount of money to be refunded.  We were charged $8000 for an AC unit that we didn't need.   $400 is what is should have cost to have it repaired being that the unit we know now was  still under warranty until 2019.  I am not asking for a full refund but I am asking Bryant Heating and Cooling to be a better company and do the right thing.  Give us a refund that will help offset the cost of the unit that we are still paying on that we didn't need.

Please let our customer know that the transaction to credit $60 to his account was processed successfully through emerchant.com and noted approved by the bank. The credit should appear on his statement accordingly. I'm unsure how long that normally takes but would assume it should appear very soon. I apologize for the delay. Thank you.

Your salesman Ronnie is known to be very aggressive.  He took advantage of a 83 year old woman.  My mother was never shown three options! He pushed the one option on her. Bryant Heating public record shows they have a bad reputation and I am going to make it worst.

appointment for a Carrier Technical Advisor to visit his home to access the situation.  We need Mr. [redacted]'s approval to do so.  He has also previously been advised that we will cover all repair expenses related to the water damage.  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the situation and want to come to a resolution that will satisfy both parties.  However, removal of the system and a full refund is not an option.  We would very much like to coordinate having the Carrier Technical Advisor go to Mr. [redacted]'s home but as stated we do need his approval.  We will await your response.  Thank you.

In response to comments regarding pricing, our prices are competitive in the Louisville market and generated using flat rate pricing which includes...

labor, part and warranty. We do not feel the charges are excessive by any means. While it is unfortunate, is not uncommon for other companies to make negative comments about their competitors in the marketplace. Which is what we feel happened here. We are interested in resolution. The service fee we feel is fair and will not offer reimbursement. However, for resolution we will offer $200.00 as a discount & refund Mr. [redacted] that amount. This is more than fair and reasonable. We will await your reply. Thank you.

Please advise them that the request for $60 reimbursement has already been forwarded to our accounting department for processing scheduled to mail no later than 5/29/15. Thank you.

This resolution is a work in progress. Please note that we modified the installation last week. Our customer is monitoring the operation of the equipment for a few days & will advise us if changes made have corrected the situation to her satisfaction. This is in response to an earlier complaint I filed with the Revdex.com regarding deceptive service from their technician. I filed a compliant with the Revdex.com and the Complaint ID is as follows "Complaint ID [redacted]". Bryant Heating and Cooling agreed to refund my service charge of $60 that I paid to them for their service technician to come to my home and he outright lied to me that I needed a new furnace (confirmed by a separate service company). In their response to my complaint to the Revdex.com they agreed that they would refund me the $60 in the same manner that I paid, but as of a week later I have not received a refund.

our customer's needs. We have discussed with her about adding a thermostat across the room and would be more than happy to install it. However, because of the design of the room (3 walls all glass windows) while we would run the wiring to look as professional as possible it would not be totally hidden. She expressed concern with how it would look. In order to accommodate the request for a thermostat we need to discuss the options where the wiring can be run & receive her approval. We sincerely want to find a resolution to the situation & look forward to a reply. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait 30 business days for the business to perform this action.  Once reimbursement of the $60.00 diagnostic fee has been received, I will consider this complaint resolved.  If timely return of the diagnostic fee is not made, I would like to continue with the complaint.  Also, as a matter of record I would like to note that the diagnosis I received from the technician was only partially accurate and was very misleading, whether intentional or not.  As a result, I would just like for the company to make a concerted effort to ensure that their technicians truthfully represent the products and services needed by the customer.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].   Please note that on 7/1/16 we spoke with Mr. [redacted] to address his concerns & agreed upon refunding $179.00 for the Gold Club membership for resolution.  (The refund was issued on his credit card & should have already been processed...

through his bank.)  Mr. [redacted] phoned us again shortly thereafter as there was an issue regarding a breaker.  He was going to speak with his wife for clarification.  We did not hear back from him and are unsure it that was resolved.  If the breaker was replaced, please let us know & we can issue an additional $50 as noted in the Revdex.com complaint as the approximate replacement value.  Please advise.  Thank you.
