This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted]   We do appreciate Mr. [redacted]’s business & with great interest in trying to resolve this situation we have made the decision to refund an additional $323.00 per his request.  Please let him know this information will be forwarded to our...

To whom it may concern:
This is in response to Revdex.com-Complaint #[redacted].   In an attempt to resolve this directly with our customer, we have left phone messages but regret to say have not been able to make contact.  Our intention is to reimburse our customer ½ of cost of...

service which is $101.50 per his request.  Also, he has asked that we pro-rate the remainder of service contract which we can do as well at $358.00 refund per his request.  Please advise our customer that in lieu of canceling his contract that we would like to offer an extension to his service contract for another year free of charge.  It’s unfortunate that we were not able to reach them by phone to discuss.  However, we truly value our customers and very much want to regain his confidence.  We will wait for his response through you.  Thank you.

Regards,
[redacted]The very same opinions were regurgitated on this site as were given to me on the phone when I made my initial complaint to Bryant Heating & Cooling. They were unsatisfactory now as they were then. Perhaps if she clicks her heels three times and says, "I work for a reputable company" it will be true.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please note that I have left a voice mail asking our customer to return call at his convenience.  I will keep you updated.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please extend our sincere apology for any lack of service and communication on our part while servicing our customer.   We trust that since the replacement of the new A/C that it has performed proficiently and met their...

expectations.  Occasionally situations such as this do occur and while very unfortunate we do stand behind our work and take care of the issues as expeditiously as possible.  I’m confident that going forward our customer will be pleased not only with the new system but also with our service.  We will strive to gain their confidence in us.  We have a great team both in the field and within our office and encourage them to call us anytime they feel service is needed.  We are anxious to come to a resolution and would like to offer a reimbursement in the amount of $800.  Also, we recently serviced the furnace last month and trust that it is performing to their satisfaction as well.   With that in mind we plan to start the effective date of the warranty for the complete system to begin as of our last service date of October 20th, 2015, hoping to regain a fresh start going forward.  Please let us know if this would be satisfactory for resolution.  Again, please accept our apologies for any inconvenience our customer experienced.  Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution (refund $101.50 for the service call and refund the pro-rated remainder [$358] of my service contract) would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
Thank you Revdex.com for your assistance in this matter.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  We did service Mr. [redacted]’s furnace in Nov ’15.  As noted on the invoice we did detect some rust around the inducer motor and noted some areas in the heat exchanger as well.  We also listed other component parts that checked out okay. ...

We state honestly what we see or don’t see.   We did not include a quoted price for replacement or any repairs.  Since Mr. [redacted] has a home warranty we are thinking he may have went through them to have another company service his unit.  We most certainly will refund him the $64.95 that was paid by credit card.  The reimbursement will be refunded in the same manner he paid.   Please extend our apologies to Mr. [redacted] for any shortcomings he felt he received in the service we provided.    Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please note that while I have attempted contact by leaving voice mail messages for Mr. [redacted] we have not had an opportunity to speak yet regarding the situation.  Please extend my apologies to him for any lack of service and shortcomings in communication that he felt occurred at the time of service.  As a matter of good faith & an interest in expressing that we do sincerely value Mr. [redacted] as our customer, I would like to refund a portion of what he paid in the amount of $200.00.  Services were paid for by credit card.   I will wait for your response & if this is acceptable to him for resolution we will issue a refund of $200.00 through the method paid.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  We do apologize for any shortcomings in communication and service that our customer feels occurred.  Ms. [redacted]’s concern was she thought the new unit was too loud.  We did take the appropriate steps in attempting to address her concern. ...

Some modifications were completed, but it did not correct the issue to her satisfaction.  We also set up an appointment for a Carrier representative to inspect the system. He determined the unit was operating properly and the sound level was normal.  With a genuine interest in trying to satisfy our customer we moved the unit around the corner of the home.   Moving the unit did not correct the issue to her satisfaction.  So in order to resolve the situation we then moved the unit to the other side of the home requiring us to hire an electrician to run additional wiring and do a complete reinstall of the A/C system.   Much communication and coordination was involved.  By moving the system to the other side of the home we were under the impression from Ms. [redacted] that this would be sufficient to resolve her complaint.   We feel that we went beyond what most other companies would have done in an attempt to satisfy our customer.   Also, I might add that our pricing is competitive in the market and is not out of line. However, we are willing to make an additional offer of a $500 adjustment to their account hopefully to reach a resolution.  If the offer is accepted our accounting department will initiate the credit through the financial institution in the amount agreed upon & we will consider the issue resolved.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID #10372511. We feel that we have addressed Mr. [redacted]'s requests to his satisfaction and that the situation is now resolved. Please advise us if there is anything we need to do further for resolution. Thank you.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The contracted work you speak of was a complete installation of a new HVAC system. I would assume that would be to the customer's specifications and satisfaction. You have NOT completed this work! The unit and ductwork were not placed where I wanted them. This caused a complete change of the intended use of my entire downstairs, but I gave on that and agreed to work with it. The issues that I have brought up are all issues because your workers did not do them right the first time around. I have had to repeatedly call you to get someone to come fix one thing after another that was not done right. I have given you lists of problems on multiple occasions only to get a few items on the list taken care of. The last time someone came out to assess the problems I had they made a list. 2 weeks later when I called I was told you were waiting for vent covers to come in! A few days later I got a call saying vent covers were in and when the guy showed up that's ALL he had! He said he didn't know anything about any of the other issues and he couldn't fix them because it wasn't on his work order! They still are not fixed! This has been going on since early December! As far as your assumption that I was unhappy with the price, that is not the case at all!! I will happily pay a premium price for premium service! My problem is that I did not get premium service! I have had nothing but headaches. I have had to hound you guys to get work done. You tore up my house and stole my supplies. So yeah, I finally lost it and cussed at you. Now on to my new complaint... on Saturday it was the first really warm day and we were working in the house. At 1:30 the temperature inside hit 75 so I closed the windows and turned on the A/C. It was only 66 outside. By 6:30 the inside temperature hit 80 and the A/C was set at 60! I opened the windows back up and turned it off! The price was not the issue, your shoddy workmanship and inability to communicate and meet your customers expectations is the problem! You also said you were giving me $500.00 back and revoking my warranty, but big surprise... I haven't received any money from you! It amazes me you guys have been able to stay in business this long!

The response by Bryant Heating & Cooling Service is not acceptable.  Where is the documentation of Option #1, #2, and #3?  What's the cost of the options they are referring?   Bryant salesman took advantage of my 83 year old mother to make a sale to his advantage.  I reject their offer.  Clearly, Bryant Heating has a lot of complaints.  To resolve this matter and be completely done with this company, take back this unit, give my mother money back and cut all ties.  Bryant is not a good company. and neither is the salesman who got over on my mother.
