The system issues have been corrected. We have replaced damaged flooring & have done a few other things in an attempt to compensate for...

the inconvenience we caused our customer. Please let us know if further attention to this matter is needed. Thank you.

It has been 2 weeks since I accepted the settlement offer of a $658.00 refund from Bryant Heating & Cooling.  I would like to inquire as to when they will follow thru with the settlement agreement?  They have not reversed the agreed amount to the credit card that I paid them with.   Do they have to complete the refund within a specified timeframe?   Thank you for your help.   [redacted]

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].   First, I sincerely appreciate Mr. [redacted]’s complimentary positive comments regarding our services in general.  I apologize for those few instances that our customer service representative’s responses were less than adequate.  We do take...

pride in our services and do appreciate feedback when service doesn’t meet the expectations of our customers.  In reviewing the history on Mr. [redacted]’s system, I see that we did service the system on multiple occasions as mentioned, with the most recent in July when we did waive the labor fee due to the labor warranty being expired.  I’m hoping the system is now working to our customer’s expectations.  At the time that repair was made we thought that we had resolved the issue & felt Mr. [redacted] was satisfied with the resolution.  It is important to us that going forward he regains confidence in the system performance.   Currently, the labor warranty is expired, but parts warranty is good through 1/10/19.  I would like to offer an extension on the labor warranty to match the parts warranty by extending it to 1/10/19 as well.   It is my hope that our customer will see our sincere attempt to reach an acceptable resolution.  Again, please accept apologizes for any lack of service and also for the delay in responding.   Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please see the attachment  which is a copy of our original invoice that shows we did not collect & that it had a balance due of $60.  When our customers are dissatisfied with our service we do sometimes consider a refund. ...

However, in this circumstance we have no records that he paid including the invoice he signed.  We apologize for any shortcomings in service he felt he received.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID# [redacted] Our records indicate Ms. [redacted] was given 3 options including 2 options that were considerably less expensive for replacement of her furnace. The contract and invoice clearly are marked and they do not suggest an air conditioner would be included in this...

work. At this point replacement, trade or return of the installed furnace is not an option but we would be interested in discussing a reasonable resolution that satisfies both parties. We will await your response. Thank you.

I still do not feel I can trust a company that did not do all it should have at original installation,  per your techs, as well as I asked several times to speak to a Supervisor to which I was always told no one was there and/or a message would be left. Yes, the unit is finally at this time running, however, I am fearful every day that I will come home to no AC and overheated pets as I did 7x in 8 days. I will use Bryant until my warranty runs out but do not feel confident in referring them business.

I want to thank everyone involved throughout this process as I do comprehend the complexities of running a business, while establishing a good rapport with your customers. I  sincerely appreciate the extension of my labor warranty from Bryant because I have been absolutely pleased with their service. I apologize for any inconvenience that I may have caused, and thank you again. [redacted]

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please note that we have reached out to Mr. [redacted] & are waiting for a return call.  Our intention is to send a technician out to his home to address the a/c cooling issue along with a supervisor to monitor. We understand his frustration but at the same time we cannot put our technicians in an unsafe environment.  While there we can discuss and/or answer his questions regarding the contracted work completed thus far.  We have a sincere interest in finding a resolution to this matter & will reach out to Mr. [redacted] again to set up a service call if we don’t receive a return call.  We will keep you updated.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Our goal is to do our best to meet and preferably exceed our customers’ expectations in all aspects of service.  It is encouraged to inquire about any aspect of our service including pricing if it’s thought to be out of line.  However, our...

prices are competitive in the market and generated using flat rate pricing.  Equipment/parts, labor costs, warranties, and overhead costs are all reviewed & bundled together into a fixed price.  Flat rate pricing is advantageous so that customers know the costs upfront by receiving a firm quote, before work begins.  It is independent of if an installation takes longer than expected or less than expected along with other variables that could alter the costs.  Customers’ pay the same using flat rate pricing.   Our prices are not excessive & are in line with other companies similar to us in the market place.  Mr. [redacted]’ installation was during Memorial Day weekend on 5/28.  We do not charge overtime, holiday or weekend rates.   We hope this response answers his request for information regarding pricing. In reference to the removal of the old equipment, it’s my understanding that it was picked up from his home on 6/8.  We do apologize for the delay in removal.   I might add that Mr. [redacted] purchased a highly efficient Infinity system & we are confident that it will provide great service for many years to come.   Thank you.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].It was not apparent when I spoke on the phone with Bryant that they are bringing in (or suggesting) a more technical person to look at the system from the Manufacturer.  We have had so many Bryant techs (to include what we were told were 'upper level/more experienced techs' with Bryant and the system is still leaking water.  In fact, it is STILL leaking water (now).  The company that Bryant suggested would be involved in the repair of the damaged dry wall got a "C" rating from Revdex.com.  So we are not thrilled with using that company for repairing the dry wall once we have the water leak stopped.  So we agree with having an outside/more technical person coming into our house to see the system.  If that results in nothing different than what we've been dealing with since May - we will revert back to our request to have this system REMOVED from our house with our money refunded.  We simply CANNOT have a HVAC system in our house that is not even a year hold LEAKING WATER INSIDE.Regards,[redacted]

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  Please note that we are scheduling an inspection and the permit has been filed.  We plan to return with the inspector to the job to go over in detail.  Please let our customer know.  We will keep the Revdex.com updated.  Thank you.

This is in response to Revdex.com ID [redacted].  We do strive to continually meet and hopefully exceed our customers’ expectations in all aspects of service including pricing.  However, there is a cost of doing business.  Our prices are competitive in the market and generated using flat rate...

pricing which includes labor, parts and warranty.  Mr. [redacted] part was under warranty & not included in the price. We do apologize for any shortcomings in communication that our customer feels occurred. Even though we consider our pricing in-line we are concerned regarding our customer’s satisfaction.  We do appreciate his business and are interested in making an adjustment in the amount he paid.  We would like to offer a $250.00 refund which would be credited back to him on his card account.  We feel this is a very reasonable offer and a sincere attempt for resolution.  We will await your reply.  Thank you.
