Highly expensive refrigerator/ freezer discoloring badly in the insides
Customer service came by and agreed at the damage and told me thermador will stand behind it claim was opened and was notified a week later that it was closed and can't do anything about it highly dissapointed with the product and customer service especially when I bought their full package which includes another kitchen appliances

available then the customer can call us to discuss different dates or they can call the authorized servicer listed on our website to determine their availabilityThe customer called us and none of our available dates would work with their schedule, we referred them to our authorized servicer and that apptwas June 27thOur on line booking system accepts appts., however, if a chosen date is not available, Bosch is happy to explore other options to ensure our customers need is addressedWe note our authorized servicer addressed this need on a June 27th apptwith the customerA vast majority of consumers have very favorable views of our on line booking system and find it to be a great resource

I had my Bosch dishwasher repaired by BSH-Home Appliance , Invoice ***The repair technician left a leaking fittingHe noticed the leak, wiped it off then tightened the fitting,replaced the cover plate and leftFour hours later I notice water in front of the cover plateI removed the plate and determined the fitting he worked on was leakingI disconnected the fitting to examine it, I found that the ferule used to seal the copper tubing was cocked and tubing was distortedI cut out the section of tubing, replaced the ferule and reconnected the fitting, stopping the leakage, This occurred at PM local timeI could have called the repair service to have the techician return but he would not be back until at least the next dayI believe that I saved the repair service the cost of a service visit and requested a refund of the equivalent cost of $Had I not noticed the leak there would have been damageBSH denied my request

We're very disappointed with our experience with Bosch We moved into a new house that had a Bosch Washer & Dryer, no more than years old We used the dryer one time, turned it off (still in fine condition) and came back a week later to do another load, only to find the glass bowl inside the dryer which was attached to door, completely shattered We contacted Bosch and were told that there was a $fee for a technician just to show up and $for every minutes while in our home We found this charge unreasonable considering the repair was related to a defect in the dryer, which has been previously documented as an issue with Bosch Dryers *** ***  Even after mentioning this to the customer service representative, we were told that we would still have to pay these fees, since our dryer had never been under a recall Given that we needed this dryer, and only used it once, we reluctantly agreed to have the technician come to our home to repair the unit When he arrived, not only was he not customer service friendly, but he brought the wrong part after I had given the customer service representative I had spoken with over the phone, the exact model number and serial number of the dryer The technician insisted that we still pay the $fee after being in our home for under minutes We refused We called Bosch right away to state our dissatisfaction and they said they would review our case with a supervisor A couple days later they got back to us, and while they agreed to waive the $fee, they said in order to do the repair, we would still have to pay the labor and parts fees We refused After doing research, I found a wholesale appliance parts supplier that sold the piece for $67, quite a difference from the $plus that the technician quoted us for the same part I received the part and fixed the dryer myself Based on this experience with Bosch, we would not recommend buying their appliancesShould something go wrong, the company does not stand up to the quality of their appliances and puts the responsibility on the customer with inflated labor and parts fees

I called warranty services a month ago and stated there was a hole in our drain hose They scheduled an apt with another provider, who then cancelled our appt I was sent through multiple hold times over hour each way because provider and bosch sent me back and forth Provider came out but does not have Bosch parts, never would Had to call again schedule another appt Bosch service tech comes out and Bosch has provided wrong part to him I was told I would hear back in hours It has been over a week Dishwasher is in middle of kitchen blocking everything Not heard a thing I called again today waited over hour, to be told part is on back order Asked when it would be in, told we don't know we'll call you At this point with the warranty calls I have had a non-working dishwasher more than 1/I owned it I searched the part on amazon I could get it by the 19th I need to understand not only the lack of customer service or follow up but how I bought something that has

I would give this place zero stars if possibleI had them service my washing machine last August (had to replace the motor) and months later, it was broken againSo I called and they assured me that they'd have someone come out and look at it and if anything was wrong with the motor, it would be under warranty and all I'd have to pay for was the service call of $We had since moved so I made sure when booking the appointment that they had my updated addressThey called me two weeks later on Monday (stayed home from work to meet them) for my apt to confirm they would be there in the next two hoursThey never showed up! Went to the wrong address even though they stressed that would not be an issueSo we decide to reschedule for Friday (had to stay home from work againThey call me in the morning to say they'll be about hours later than we expected themUpon arrival, the technician lets me know that the warranty is no longer valid because we movedWHAT? At this point, I'd spoken to at least different representatives within a span of WEEKS that never mentioned this and also assured me it would be no problem to change the addressSo then he says he we can pay him for the labor to open up the machine but he cannot repair or touch anything because of the now void warrantySo I can pay you to open up my machine? And do nothing? RidiculousThe worst customer service I have ever experiencedThey have no regard for their customers, their time or their moneyEvery time I spoke with someone, I got a series of different excuses for why they messed upTheir gross incompetence is beyond upsetting as I sit here three weeks later in the same position I startedCould not be more disappointed with a company and their service

I was sitting in my kitchen in March, when I heard a loud explosion…it was very scary I did not know where the sound had come from Later, when I opened my Thermador oven as it was on the Cleaning Cycle, the entire inside glass was broken in large cracks When I opened the door, little powder flakes went on the floor When I cleaned the floor, little pieces came into my skinNo blood or anything, it felt like slivers in the skin They worked out in a week So know serious damage, just hurt and bothered me
I don’t think any oven glass should break It was a very expensive downdraft in the counter island type stove I consider it a serious safety issue I called ABT to let them know what happened, I was referred to Thermador and it took many calls back and forth I offered to send them photos of the damaged oven But, they wanted a repairman to come So, I lost time waiting and having a man come to say yes it is broken glass A repair man came out for no charge from ABT paid for by Thermador ABT repairman said it was a thermo blast and not uncommon
Later ABT said they would submit a claim to Thermador..The door and glass where not available any longer and no other contact was made I waited several weeks, called back regarding the claim and was told by ABT that Thermador was doing nothing End of Story ABT said that Thermador said my stove was too old It was years old I understand things do not last forever, however, should glass explode for n o reason and there product should last as long as it is maintained and cared for correctly, which it was
I was surprised that Thermador did not write me a postcard or email or call to say that they didn’t care what happened ….too bad But instead, they took n o responsibility for their oven exploding Never ever said oh sorry, just really indifferent
I am writing as I do not think that Thermador stands behind their product This stove of mine had every bell and whistle and was supposed to be top of the line I was surprised that I was not offered a small discount on a new stove, or even an apology letter Their customer service is definitely not very good to their customers and they do not stand up for service or care to the consumer
Thank you for your time and I appreciate it if others were made aware of Thermador’s lack of customer service and that also to expect a glass explosion in the oven without warning Watch out when baking if small children are nearby

So disappointed, I registered the machine the day it was installed, and was happy with the machine until the bottom rack broke after several monthsNot thinking it was a big deal, I called customer service because the machine had come with a one year warrantyThey actually told me they had no access to the warranty deptand could not replace the rack without a paper receipt, which I couldn’t findWe had our credit card statement, we got all the purchase information from Lowe’s corporate office and Bosch’s “customer service” said that the information would be added to our file but they could do nothing without the paper receiptAlmost a year has passed and I am getting weekly emails encouraging we purchase of another years warrantyAnd to make matters worse, when I went on the Bosch website to leave a similar review I got a response saying it had been “moderated” and would not be publishedA corrupt way of ensuring only positive reviewsThis company’s customer service deptis doing a disservice to the company and customers
