We purchased our bosch buimicrowave and installation kit to match it at the price of $total We had an issue with the door latch not working on this microwave *** *** repair repeatedly (different times) tried to repair the door After the third attempt we were told it was not repairable At this time we contacted Bosch customer support and were told by the representative there that if we could substantiate all the repair attempts then Bosch would replace the oven As asked we emailed all of our emails regarding repair dispatch numbers and such We even included a copy of the original sales receipt Now Bosch is saying that this information needs to be substantiated by *** *** (*** *** Service email address-***@aol.com phone number ***) We have complied with everything Bosch was asking of us and we have tried repeatedly to get *** to send his records of repair attemptsOur final notice from Bosch states they ar

We bought $18,worth of *** ***s in the summer of from ***'s *** We had an issue with a broken drawer unit in our refrigeratorStarting in January (4th) of 2016, we called about the warranty***, the customer service agent, I spoke to said that we were under warranty She said she would give me a list of repair facilities that would come out and fix our refrigerator I called all the places and none of them would service our area I called *** back twice to discuss this Both times I was told that there was a inquiry placed and I would be called back with a solution I finally called back (after not hearing from them) and asked them to mail me parts so I could start to fix it myself It is March 19, now and after months, I still have not had a phone call back We are very upset that we spent this much money on ***s and we have no solution to help fix our ***s We would like an immediate solution to this issue

Dishwasher was out of warranty by 1/monthsBosch said they gave authorization to fix based on error codeRepairman has been here three times each time saying one of us is lying and has not yet repaired the machine First visit he said it wasn't enough power getting to machineElectrician came and confirmed it isSecond visit he claimed machine isn't groundedElectician came and said machine grounded, (and documented it on form), but went ahead and provided updated groundingNow repairman says we were lying about the problem and even blamed electrician for breaking circulator pump on dishwasher Customer service said I can call someone else, but they won't cover any costs

Although delivered as indicated, it was in plastic wrapping and styrofoam and without installation.The shipping company placed it in my garage days later I was able to get help to move the unitupstairs to the kitchen in the house Upon removing the wrapping I noticed for the first time thatthere was a dent on its right corner and more importantly the left door handle was severly crushedinward I have photographs of the damage and would like the merchant to provide me with a doorhandle replacement and I would have it installed

I purchased a Thermador appliance package in March The freezer arrived in an unworkable capacity BSH has sent repair staff over times and have not been able to fix They keep saying they are ordering parts which take weeks to arrive only to see that it does not fix the problem I want them to replace the freezer as it arrived broken as their licenced installer can attest to

Originally, upon malfunction of the cook top, we called for service on 9/13/
Called again on 9/20/since service date was not given
Service technicians came to repair on 10/4/16, made a list of parts needed
When ordered parts arrived, they came back to repair, but could not restore the operation; so they decided to replace the cook top
They recommended their head office for replacement and decided to wait for approval
Secured approval, & ordered new cooktop
When the cook top arrived, they replaced it on 11/5/
During this period we had our holidays (Navaratri, Diwali and New Year) and we had friends and family visiting
During the period called about + times, and we were assured we will be reimbursed reasonable amount for eating out
We spent $ 1,for food eating out, and bills were faxed at their request

Now they are refusing to reimburse

Is it too much to ask Bosch to replace (or fix...) our brand new microwave (well under warranty), after months of patiently waiting on their many promises for a part that never arrives, phone calls with their customer service, promising fixes and replacements that never arrived, several hours on the phone, and still no solution in sight?
We bought one of the Bosch microwave and oven combinations back in August We started using it in November, once we were finally able to move in our new placeSince the very first day, we noticed that the door wasn't opening properly, and the microwave dish was not rotating correctlyWe have photos and videos showing the problems
We called Bosch customer service back in November, we had their technician come out and confirm the problem - but unable to fix the oven without the partsSince then, we have been waiting for a part that never arrives, have been called (and called) multiple times to be told that "yes, the part

The signed agreement was to purchase a new unit at disounted rate and it would be delivered, but we would not install And certainly as with any appliance it would be protected during shipping with styrofoam and the likeAs the customer reports it seems there was minor damage during shipment and wants the handle shipped, and if undertsood, they will take care of it at a later dateRegettably we are not able to do this as it would void the warranty however, we are more than happy to have our technician come out for repairA voice mail was left for the customer to call us so we can take care of this need.

After being told that my dishwasher (yrs old) was out of warranty and unless it was electrical (which carries a year) I would be responsible So not wanting to initially bear the burden had another company assess the issue Countless phone calls and finally was told by Bosch they would fix itthe Bosch tech comes out, but doesn't have the part they need (although I already told them what was wrong with it - so he should have come prepared) Then I needed to hire an electrician to attach the new electrical box, more calls and more missed work Finally the Bosch guy comes back, another day of missing work and months w/o a dishwasher, he fixes it so it works I repeatedly told him to please be careful of my new wood floors, which now have large gauges in them It wasn't until after he caused the damage he walks out to his truck and gets a plastic guard for the floorShould have done it from the beginning He doesn't secure the dishwasher with brackets b/c now they are

I purchased at Best Buy a floor model, never used that had missing parts and rustsI am asking Bosch to replace the rusted parts replace missing partsreinstatement of warranty as per best buy explanation
I was told by Best Buy multiple times that buying a store model is equivalent of buying a brand new Bosch from themThey even verified with their Bosch representative I feel like there is a miscommunication between Best Buy and Bosch on policies and I as the consumer am collateral damage

Regarding the washer, Bosch paid for the diagnoses and records reflect the "boot gasket" was sent at no cost to the consumer and delivered by UPS on 10/In regards to the customers safety concerns of the dryer, Bosch offered to cover the cost of the diagnoses to address those concerns, the apptwas set for 11/10/Records reflect the customer called customer support and cancelled the apptfor the dryer due to having another apptthat day and advised she will call back to reschedule. Bosch es Tankless Water heater Worked great for years, then had a catastrophic general failure You cannot speak to tech support, as they refuse all calls from the owners of their devices? So I had a plumber callThey suggested "replace the water flow sensor or the whole unit?" What? So I called in myself, and the rep REFUSED to discuss MY MACHINE with me!! I told them all I wanted to ask was if that sensor would fix it Got stonewalled I asked if I bought the upgrade they offerd the tech, when could it be here, THEY REFUSED TO TELL ME!!
Sorry Bosch, I like your products ALOT (washer, dryer, Tankless Water heater, Dishwasher) but since you refuse to talk to me, I now refuse to buy from youWe're "takin it to another shop"
