We spent quite a bit outfitting our recent complete kitchen remodel with the Bosch stainless steel appliances We've lined up two series ovens with the Series Microwave All essentially have the same display panel featuring a digital clock read out Seems reasonable to expect that the clock displays would all illuminate at the same level Bosch's online web page for the Microwave touts, "BuiMicrowave Design Matched for Use in Combination with Bosch Wall Oven" Turns out, they don't match The clock displays on the ovens illuminate visibly (as the picture above) The clock on the microwave, which is housed in virtually identical panel, appears very faint and dim (unlike the picture above) Basically, the display is so dim, you can't read it unless your get right in front of the microwave We contacted Bosch about the dimming display They sent a technician on three separate occasions to replace the panel It was only after the third attempt, that Bosch det

Hello,The statement my [redacted] is COMPLETELY UNTRUE We were told specifically by [redacted] and [redacted] that we would be reimbursed for expenses due to the defective cooktop that was installed in our home Other than a cooktop we had no method in which to prepare meals [redacted] did not offer to supply us with a portable induction cooktop or even an electric cooktop We were specifically told that if we saved all receipts we would be reimbursed for our meals [redacted] came out times in which to attempt to repair the defective cooktopIT TOOK THEM DAYS TO REPAIR AND INSTALL A NEW COOKTOP! The gentleman who came to the home was a 'handyman' and had NO CLUE on how to operate the equipment thus no instructional information was given [redacted] has no reason or right to bill us for 'instructional usage' as NONE WAS GIVEN Regards, [redacted]

We bought a Bosch dishwasher 9/11/// ( [redacted] , After years our dishwasher stopped working They sent Expert Appliance to fix They apparently wired incorrectly We have pics taken of the frayed wiring and burnt surfaces The plumber told us today, after purchasing another dishwasher, we should send pictures to Bosch as our house could have caught on fire We had to buy a new dishwasher and pay for installation Bosch said it was not their responsibility as this was a third party, even though they told us to use these people We are asking for some form of reimbursement for the trauma we have been thru, no dishwasher for at lease months, and Bosch saying they are not rexponsilble for the inept dishwasher and service people Would appreciate your assistance Thank you MrsB Schaul

We ordered Aquastop hot and cold water washing machine hoses from Bosch for $on April 29, 2017, and we want Bosch to refund our money, accept their product, and change their misleading advertising Bosch advertises their Aquatstop Washer Inlet hoses as: "For washers of all brands Ideal for all homes, especially condominiums and 2nd floor laundry rooms." We ordered two hoses, which were more expensive than other similar products The hoses did not work Once they were installed on the machine, water sprayed all over The hoses we were replacing leaked only slightly, but the Bosch Aquastop hoses sprayed water all over, indicating a problem with the hoses, not our machine connection at the inlet We properly installed the Aquastop hoses, since installation is a simple matter of screwing on the hoses, therefore the problem is with the hoses The spraying water indicates they are not designed for our machine Such spraying could cause catastrophic water damage We

We bought $18,worth of [redacted] s in the summer of from ***'s [redacted] We had an issue with a broken drawer unit in our refrigeratorStarting in January (4th) of 2016, we called about the warranty***, the customer service agent, I spoke to said that we were under warranty She said she would give me a list of repair facilities that would come out and fix our refrigerator I called all the places and none of them would service our area I called [redacted] back twice to discuss this Both times I was told that there was a inquiry placed and I would be called back with a solution I finally called back (after not hearing from them) and asked them to mail me parts so I could start to fix it myself It is March 19, now and after months, I still have not had a phone call back We are very upset that we spent this much money on [redacted] s and we have no solution to help fix our [redacted] s We would like an immediate solution to this issue
