Technician came out on March 3, to look at our *** refrigeratorHe says because the refrigerator is over years old, he would recommend replacing itI find out that these 48" refrigerators are over $10,000, so I call back and ask him to repair it even though he says it may cost up to $to fixI tell him to do it anywayHe comes back with another technician the 2nd time and temporarily fixes it by clearing a blockage in the refrigerant line and replacing the dryerHe charges me $bill and tells me that he told me previously it could cost up to $to fix because he wanted to give me a worst case scenarioI ask him what the root cause of the blockage is, and he says he doesn't knowHe says maybe "oil from the compressor"Two weeks later the refrigerator is not cooling againI call to tell BSH that the repair was not successfulThey send out the same original technician again, who again clears the refrigerant lineI ask him if it will break down again,

We purchased a piece Bosch appliance package on 2/12/from *** Appliance in Malver, PA, shipped 3/6/The refrigerator (model B26FT50SNS, serial FD9711) has had issues since day one and to this day after several repairsInitially the fridge randomly shot ice out onto the floor since day (mother board was replaced), weeks later the fridge alarms just randomly go off (there has been no solution for this), then the ice maker stopped making ice (ice maker has been replaced)There are also cold spots in the fridge where items will FREEZEWe have asked *** and Bosch for a replacementBosch states if ***;s cant fix completely, which they can't, and Gerhar's states its up to BoschWe just need a NEW working refrigerator like we PAID for

We received a safety recall notice today 11/15/that the power cord in our dishwasher was defective and posed a significant fire hazard such that we could not use our dishwasher When we called to set up an appointment we were not able to schedule one until 12/14/almost one month from today When I asked why there was such a delay they said this recall was started last month, but Bosch did not inform us until today even though this defect is reportedly a significant fire risk Bosch has not retained enough "certified" repair personnel or third parties who they have supplied with the power cords that are not fire hazards in order to repair our dishwasher in a timely fashion
Also customer service has not been responsive on the phone

I originally called 7/12/because I had an error code on my oven (said it was the cooling fan) Greg came out on 8/17/to fix it But instead of putting in the cooling fan, he changed out the control panel (which costs more) Not sure why, he thought it would solve the problem Instead of charging me once, charged me twice! So had to spend days on the phone with Amex to confirm the credit The first time I used the oven was 8/24/ Same error code! Called and complained I wanted a different repair person, but they would only send out Greg He came on 8/25/ I told him he didn't fix the problem and argued with me If he would have put in the cooling fan the week before, it would have worked Greg has a very sarcastic attitude In fact, every Bosch person I spoke with had attitudes of not caring He asked me if he should order the part and I said duh, yes! We argued some more and I told him to leave He then said a third party company would repair Great for me! Then while on hold with Bosch to confirm this, Zach the scheduler, called and left me a voicemail basically firing me as a customer and they would no longer help me Told me to call their third party service and Bosch would pay for it I've never been fired from being a customer! When the their party company came to fix the oven, the repair person told me that Bosch was too lazy to pull out the oven to replace the cooling fan motor He did and my oven has been working Bosch should fire their employees for not caring about their customers, being too lazy to fix the problem, and firing their customers They suck!

Purchased Bosch Refrigerator B22CT80SNS yr WarrentyIce maker went out after year Called Bosch customer service to file a claimSent me different numbers and I told them to cancel itThey filed the claim and when the service technician came out, he did not have proof that we had a contractCalled Bosch and they couldn't find their own contract eitherWhen that situation was settled, it turns out the ice maker is on back orderCalled Bosch the next day to see when the ice maker will be available, I was transferred to another number and was on hold for minutes with no answerI paid to much for the Warrenty to be treated like thisI've cancelled my Warrenty and they said days for a refundCustomer service was terribleI will never buy a Bosch product again

" I have invoices/statements to support the fact that they've sent their technician out twice and charged me for the labor and materials, over $600. I would think a reasonable person/consumer would assume those past two visits were to diagnose and repair the problem because the problem hasn't changedWhy will they only cover the repair if the oven has the same issue after the 3rd attempt? Isn't it reasonable to think their repair warranty should come into play after first repair attempt, not the third.In a world = competent technician, one visit, pay for labor and materials, with warranty. What the business is proposing results in payment for visits, labor and materials, with warranty only for last third visit. What happened to warranty for prior two visits?I believe my request is reasonable: if
third repair is unsuccessful, give us a check to reimburse us for amounts paid
to date and our time (pay us same rate you pay service tech per hour)
or give us equivalent credit towards purchase/installation of
replacement Thermador double oven or other BSH brand/special brand
double oven (our choice)
My request is essentially asking for warranty from the beginning, not the third visit.

We are extremely disappointed that such a large and prestigious company as Bosch is trying to weasel out of our agreement Of course we have no proof that their representative (*** *** led us to believe that if we could document repair dates we would get a replacement microwave We have owned this microwave for more than years but we started having difficulty with it after only months Shouldn't a microwave built by Bosch last more than months? Our only recourse now is to never purchase a Bosch product again and to voice our opinion of Bosch and Bosch products on every form available to us Which we will certainly do

Complaint *** Hello,We apologize the belief is that we are trying to weasel out of something that was never offeredAs mentioned when calling customer support, "calls are monitored" and it seems conclusions may have been drawn where offers were not present Customer advised the unit is 1/years old (not months as customer previously notes) and that *** said it can't be fixed and that he had an extended home warrantyThe rep advised *** isn't a certified (authorized) servicer of Bosch's, we could have a certified servicer out and then send that documentation to management to see if any assistance will be offeredDocumentation was also requested for ***, but again, the rep advised it would be turned over to management to reviewThe only thing that was offered was to have management review itIt was reviewed by management with the recommendation of the customer seeking assistance from the extended warranty company. I purchased the a new Bosch Dishwasher (Model#***, Serial#***) from *** in 5/2015, which comes with a one year warrantyThis machine's recessed handle has been now broken three separate times between 11/3/and 3/7/ This has involved three separate service calls from Bosch Home Service (11/3/2015, 12/11/2015, and 3/3/2016) Bosch home service has been completely inconsiderate of my time as well, with FOUR service calls abruptly cancelled on the day of the scheduled visit for various reasons After the last replacement (3/3/2016), the handle molding broke yet again within a day of installment

The Executive office here at Bosch understands that it can be frustrating to be re-scheduled due to a technician being outThe technician was put on medical leave, unfortunately we had no control over this.The customer was not available on 3/to re-schedule another appointment with our factory technician, so the supervisor called another servicing agency to schedule sooner and they agreed to run the call.
