All my bosch appliances have now broken
refrigerators
Microwave
oven
cooktop
These products are absolutely terrible! All electronic parts have broken, and the fridges wouldn't make ice
Hello,The dealer credit was emailed to the dealer on 9/@ 3:PM, PSTDealer states they did not receive itEmail address has been confirmed again and re-sent to dealerWill verify with dealer that they have received it
We paid a Bosch service rep, ***, to repair our dryer February 15, Bosch received $from us and the unit has not worked sinceWe called and asked for the service rep to return to solve what we paid forHe did, left without fixing the unitWhen we asked for his assessment he said he had emailed us a bid for $worth of parts for us to order and him to install at a labor rate that was undisclosed
The bid still has not arrived and now Bosch service reps are hanging up on us and not explaining why they are not sending out a competent service rep or returning our moneyWe have no written bid and, to add insult to injury, while not explaining why our $accomplished nothing, they are (again without written data) implying that we should pay more money for them to consider reviewing a unit that they never serviced properly and received money for
The Executive office respectfully declines to offer reimbursement for the service call
I originally called 7/12/because I had an error code on my oven (said it was the cooling fan) Greg came out on 8/17/to fix it But instead of putting in the cooling fan, he changed out the control panel (which costs more) Not sure why, he thought it would solve the problem Instead of charging me once, charged me twice! So had to spend days on the phone with Amex to confirm the credit The first time I used the oven was 8/24/ Same error code! Called and complained I wanted a different repair person, but they would only send out Greg He came on 8/25/ I told him he didn't fix the problem and argued with me If he would have put in the cooling fan the week before, it would have worked Greg has a very sarcastic attitude In fact, every Bosch person I spoke with had attitudes of not caring He asked me if he should order the part and I said duh, yes! We argued some more and I told him to leave He then said a third party company would repair Great for me! Then while on hold with Bosch to confirm this, Zach the scheduler, called and left me a voicemail basically firing me as a customer and they would no longer help me Told me to call their third party service and Bosch would pay for it I've never been fired from being a customer! When the their party company came to fix the oven, the repair person told me that Bosch was too lazy to pull out the oven to replace the cooling fan motor He did and my oven has been working Bosch should fire their employees for not caring about their customers, being too lazy to fix the problem, and firing their customers They suck!
We received a safety recall notice today 11/15/that the power cord in our dishwasher was defective and posed a significant fire hazard such that we could not use our dishwasher When we called to set up an appointment we were not able to schedule one until 12/14/almost one month from today When I asked why there was such a delay they said this recall was started last month, but Bosch did not inform us until today even though this defect is reportedly a significant fire risk Bosch has not retained enough "certified" repair personnel or third parties who they have supplied with the power cords that are not fire hazards in order to repair our dishwasher in a timely fashion
Also customer service has not been responsive on the phone
We purchased a piece Bosch appliance package on 2/12/from *** Appliance in Malver, PA, shipped 3/6/The refrigerator (model B26FT50SNS, serial FD9711) has had issues since day one and to this day after several repairsInitially the fridge randomly shot ice out onto the floor since day (mother board was replaced), weeks later the fridge alarms just randomly go off (there has been no solution for this), then the ice maker stopped making ice (ice maker has been replaced)There are also cold spots in the fridge where items will FREEZEWe have asked *** and Bosch for a replacementBosch states if ***;s cant fix completely, which they can't, and Gerhar's states its up to BoschWe just need a NEW working refrigerator like we PAID for
Hello,Dealer credit was sent to Zimmel's (dealer) on the customer's behalf on 3/31/17, which allows the unit to be replaced *** *** ***

Purchased "top of the line" Linea Refrigerator ***Per the company's advertising materials, I was going to "Discover quality, perfection, and reliability", but neither happenedLeaving the perfection part outside of this complaint, there is no quality or reliability in *** products anymoreThe shelves are made from some cheap plastic; they've started falling apart within the second year after the purchaseThe company stated shelves are considered accessories and are not covered by their warrantyThe situation is getting worse, the shelves are disintegrating and breakingEntire shelves falling down, breaking food containers and destroying foodI have already spent a few hundred dollars purchasing the replacementsSearching the Internet for *** shows a lot of unsatisfied customers complaining about the same quality issuesThe same problem with plastic applies to the other *** appliances we have, but the refrigerator is the worst one*** perfected in taking q

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
They state: "The customer needs to allow our technician out to diagnosis
the issue and then we address his concerns from that pointWe cannot guarantee
something if we haven't been out to diagnosis the issueIf the oven has the
same issue then the repair will be covered
" I have invoices/statements to support the fact that they've sent their technician out twice and charged me for the labor and materials, over $600. I would think a reasonable person/consumer would assume those past two visits were to diagnose and repair the problem because the problem hasn't changedWhy will they only cover the repair if the oven has the same issue after the 3rd attempt? Isn't it reasonable to think their repair warranty should come into play after first repair attempt, not the third. In a world = competent technician, one visit, pay for labor and materials, with warranty. What the business is proposing results in payment for visits, labor and materials, with warranty only for last third visit. What happened to warranty for prior two visits?I believe my request is reasonable: if
third repair is unsuccessful, give us a check to reimburse us for amounts paid
to date and our time (pay us same rate you pay service tech per hour)
or give us equivalent credit towards purchase/installation of
replacement Thermador double oven or other BSH brand/special brand
double oven (our choice)
My request is essentially asking for warranty from the beginning, not the third visit.

We apologize for the cosmetic issue being experiencedWith the pictures submitted and attached, this appears to be a continual build up dishwashing soap in the same areaIf not addressed properly at the time and buildup is occurring, this can compromise the cosmetic integrity of any productThis
is a care and use issue as opposed to a quality issueIf this were a quality issue, we would have countless complaints regarding this and we simply do notBosch carries a day cosmetic warranty and it is well outside that warrantyIf the desire is to replace the door skin; while it is well outside the cosmetic warranty, Bosch is happy to offer a 50% discount off the part if purchased directly through us, labor would remain the consumers responsibilityThis offer is available for daysTo accept this offer, please call us and reference your file number ***There will be no forthcoming offers. Complaint *** Hello,We apologize the belief is that we are trying to weasel out of something that was never offeredAs mentioned when calling customer support, "calls are monitored" and it seems conclusions may have been drawn where offers were not present Customer advised the unit is 1/years old (not months as customer previously notes) and that *** said it can't be fixed and that he had an extended home warrantyThe rep advised *** isn't a certified (authorized) servicer of Bosch's, we could have a certified servicer out and then send that documentation to management to see if any assistance will be offeredDocumentation was also requested for ***, but again, the rep advised it would be turned over to management to reviewThe only thing that was offered was to have management review itIt was reviewed by management with the recommendation of the customer seeking assistance from the extended warranty company. We again note the customer has an extended warranty and *** is who the extended warranty company uses for serviceWe would again recommend the customer contact the extended home warranty company for resolution.Bosch LiaisonMain StSte 600Irvine CA

We are extremely disappointed that such a large and prestigious company as Bosch is trying to weasel out of our agreement Of course we have no proof that their representative (*** *** led us to believe that if we could document repair dates we would get a replacement microwave We have owned this microwave for more than years but we started having difficulty with it after only months Shouldn't a microwave built by Bosch last more than months? Our only recourse now is to never purchase a Bosch product again and to voice our opinion of Bosch and Bosch products on every form available to us Which we will certainly do
In SeptI received a recall notice for a repair on our dishwasherAfter contacting # provided I was given a # to contact a local repair companyI tried calling them for several days with no success( no answers, no answering machine )I called the recall center again, they were able to contact the business and I received a call in a few minutes from the repairmanHe was going to be waiting for a part and would contact me when it came inI realize getting parts to Hawaii can sometimes take over weeks so I waitedI was advised to not use the machine during this timeToward late November I tried calling the repairmanNo answerscalled the recall line and they were unable to make contact eitherI was told they would try and find a new repair personNothing for another month, not even a call from Bosch to say they were " working " on itMiddle of January I started to make numerous calls to Bosch to see what was going onI was told they were now working with " Dish Netw
If negative stars were possible they have scincerely earned itWe spent nearly 11,dollars in appliances and the combination wall oven microwave has never worked correctlyBosch has tried and failed to fix the appliance three timesI have spent over hours on the phone with Bosch, most of it on hold, trying to rectify this situationI have asked for assistance to get the appliances replaced to no availOn 1/3/they came and fixed the appliance for the third timeThis fix was to replace the touch panel because the second trip to the house the technician replaced it with the wrong touch panelWhen that technician was questioned about it he said “that’s the right one for your oven” instead of holding the two next to each other to determine that it was in fact the wrong oneThen a different technician came to replace that touch panel with the correct oneThat one, on the first use came up with fault codes saying that the electrical was too hotTen minutes later another cod
I recently noticed rust pitting in the front panel of my Bosch dishwasher I purchased in I reported the concern to customer service and they offered "good will" gesture of 20% off a replacement panel listed at $I will share with all of you that this was disappointing given the purchase price of the original unitI have maintained the dishwasher as recommended and find that a $appliance and its cosmetic parts should last longer than yearsThe competition offered cheaper appliances, but I chose Bosch because of the Consumer Reports at the timeMistake on my part for doing the research and going with the recommendations by so called expertsMay I suggest to the consumer that be prepared for companies and their so called customer service standards, not to meet your expectationsThis appliance is my newest purchase in the kitchen, used the least, yet disappoints the most to dateSad day in consumer worldMay I suggest Bosch reconsider their warranty and custome
We purchased a Bosch dishwasher in April, and worked fine until January, I called Bosch & they said to call *** *** *** in Algona, Ia which we didThey came down & looked at it & said we needed a new control unit,They put that in & we left on vacation for daysCame back & dishwasher was still not working & there was a message on our answering machine that said we were responsible for the labor part of the jobWe should not be responsible for any of the workAnyhow the dishwasher still did not workI called Bosch again and first they said to call *** *** *** againI said no as they are not a Bosch dealer anymore which he informed us when he left a message on the phone regarding the laborThey said to call Seiler Appliance in Humboldt, Iawhich we didHe said it was our water heaterIt is not our water heaterDiscovered the bottom arm was not moving, fixed that & worked fine for a monthNow it will not do anything
I purchased the a new Bosch Dishwasher (Model#***, Serial#***) from *** in 5/2015, which comes with a one year warrantyThis machine's recessed handle has been now broken three separate times between 11/3/and 3/7/ This has involved three separate service calls from Bosch Home Service (11/3/2015, 12/11/2015, and 3/3/2016) Bosch home service has been completely inconsiderate of my time as well, with FOUR service calls abruptly cancelled on the day of the scheduled visit for various reasons After the last replacement (3/3/2016), the handle molding broke yet again within a day of installment
I have had an incredibly frustrating (and unsafe) experience with Bosch, which refuses to take any responsibility for the dishwasher The recessed handle has now broken four times, leaving sharp plastic shards that are a hazard to my three children and other members of my familyI have been incredibly patient with Bosch-- the handle has already been replaced three
